I have Nothing to like about the place. The only reason I stay there because I cannot get refund from the booking.

It was dirty, dusty smelly vandalise bag all over the place. I have evidence. I feel everything if you do open the window there’s nothing to protect you but to be you and outside it is not safe for women to leave there at all We was sitting up all night

At night random people come banging and knocking on the door I and my girlfriend was scared all night Table are and windows are dirty I will be drop a picture evidence the frames were dirty bed were shaking tables are damaged I almost forgot I got stucked in the apartment elevator sorry the apartment should be made 1960 🙄

Great if you have couple of big dogs

The guy who gave us the keys was friendly and was on time. I liked the neighbors all friendly people. We were 4 friends we also had 2 big dogs, no problems with the dogs, they really enjoyed such a big space in the apartment in particular the couch where they could sleep really well. The whole area is good, near to the center and super safe for women too.

Just that while we were waiting for the keys to be handed over we noted a man on his 60's came with a tablet that was responsible to manage several properties in this building, he was with someone who names himself a policeman that asked us what we were doing in there.

Appartment was good. Near to main tourist spots. Metro station and supermarket were under the building.

Appartment was very noisy. Difficult to sleep in one of the 2 rooms. Wifi was not working. We made a complaint but it was not fixed in our entire stay.

Apart you need to repair, but not far from center.

I think it was rather good price for apart near to center.

Apart is very old. Almost all windows was not possible to close, so it was little bit windy and cold inside. Entrance door was to slim, that we could hear everything outside. Our neighbors was cocking something very stinky, so smell sometime got into our apart.

Nothing at all

Everything. The outside was surrounded by people doing drugs and prostitutes. The host never showed up to open the door for us or gives us the keys. We had some other resident open the building door for us just to walk in and see graffiti/holes all over the walls, cockroaches crawling around everywhere, and drug needles on the floor.

The apartment is terrible, starting with the entrance door, which is very thin: we heard neighbors passing through, the light was visible from under the door. In addition, the neighbors smoked marijuana and there was a brick in the apartment. The entrance to the apartment is directly through the room, the cleanliness is mediocre, the bed and towels are very worn.

Located close, 8 min walk, to Grand Midi Zuid Rail Station

Terrible, book somewhere else. Followed instructions for checkin but i had to call back 3 times, while we waited 45 mins outside in the street next to piles of burnt rubbish while an old man urinated in the street. Apartment is very basic. Pillows, duvets are old, flat and stained. . Cheap uncomfortable furniture, drafty windows. Neighbours argued loudly for hours during the night. We got bites from bed bugs. Stairway is steep, dark and stinks.

It sort of has a view; if the windows were clan, you could actually see it. I like the location very near the centre of Brussels and close to the train station. The shower is nice.

It was dirty, one bed was not made, it's difficult to unlock the doors, the floors are crooked, the neighborhood and building are a bit shady.

Not recomment for family with children to stay ! The staircase at the building has no light, it was totally dark! The lift is old and dangerous for Kids, and not stopping at the 2nd floor for the apartment! It was loud at night! The Wifi was broken.I wouldn't stay for a second night, we just Packed and move even without refund !!

Kitchen was fully equiped..location was ok having markets near by.. but you wont feel like you are staying in old town or near grand palace.. House was not very clean but host did give us utensil and other stuff we requested.. Overall it was good stay and in our budget It was not noisy as it was mentioned in other comments.. we never faced any noise issue.

Flat is in very bad condition. Bed bugs everywhere. Very dirty. Not like photos at all. Very noisy. Lift very small not stop in same apartment floor we have to go up then one floor downstairs. With disabled child. I don't recommend any one to stay there even for free. Disappointing.

The staff were horrendous, we didn’t get given a key fob to get in the main door, when I spoke to the person who gave me the keys, he said he did. Didn’t help us get in, when we asked to speak to his boss he hung up the phone. The only way we got access was by a resident entering the building otherwise I would’ve stood outside all night with nowhere to stay. When I arrived he shouted at me because he’d been waiting there a while, completely disrespectful.

The building was not in a desirable location. It made me feel uncomfortable, staying there with my family. The apartments wasn't the cleanest. Especially, the bathroom. We only stayed for one night, but could barely sleep, due to the noise level of the street below.

Absolutamente nada

El piso es un auténtico desastre y una completa estafa. Estaba sucio hasta el límite, con paredes rayadas, sofás con manchas de sangre, una sartén rota sin mango, y toallas, vasos y cubiertos insuficientes. Las ventanas estaban llenas de suciedad de años y no aislaban nada, y trozos del techo se caían constantemente. La puerta de entrada es insegura, el ascensor ni siquiera tenía puerta, y el barrio es extremadamente peligroso, con altas probabilidades de que te roben si sales o incluso si estás dentro del piso. Para colmo, el casero tardó más de media hora en aparecer y no contestaba nuestros mensajes, dejándonos totalmente desprotegidos. Éramos un grupo de 6 jóvenes acostumbrados a alojamientos modestos,, pero esto fue sin duda lo peor que hemos visto nunca. Si estás pensando en reservar, NO LO HAGAS. Este lugar es un riesgo para tu seguridad y una experiencia totalmente inaceptable.
