This was my worse experience with booking.com I don't think I will trust you again

Nothing the property was very bad we had to leave the following day.

Dirty, the heater was not working, he owner was rude and arrogant, the location was very bad, it says two bedroom apartment but there is only one room and they use the sitting room as another room

What A Horror

No heather Room is ice cold the heather not working. No wifi The room smelled like bar The sheet is smelly cigarette The pillow cases are smelly cigarette The towel smelly cigarette The fridge is with fungus sooooo disgusting, that we have to keep our drinks there It was a complete HORROR They could atleast offer a new sheet towel and pillow cases but instead he was just ignoring us So rude No service at all We complained and the only thing he say, noooo... its impossible! That's it!!! Denying everything like we are lying for fun And when we challenged him to come and smell it for himself his answer was naaa I don't have time, I am at work. Bloody bustard. Like we are a beggar and we got this room for free. It was a waste of our money Every cent of it!!!

Not so great stay...

The code lock system is really good for the check in autonomy. There are good public transport connections to the city centre.

Fridge was loud and we had bug bites and flies inside. The fridge is very loud, recommend turning it off at night if possible. Or get a new one. Pillows were rock hard.

this apartment helped us to share money but I cannot recommend it as there was no heating in a bedroom and horrible smel

there was at least hot water, towels, kitchen, clean bedroom and a good price

1. there was heating only in 1 room, and so weak, in second room there was no heating at all, I got sick because of it 2. also when you enter the house there is a horrible smell until you enter the apartment 3. the location is not that far from centre, what is good, but it is kinda dangerous, maybe this is the problem of all Bruxelles but in our case we were going back home in around 5pm and some guys were really following us, when we change direction (to check it) they did it too

I would like to write a resume of this disastrous apartment because I wouldn’t like anyone to have this experience. First of all, when we arrived to the apartament, the smell was so unbearable that we couldn't even breath… After we got used to that smell, something that took a couple of hours, we were cooking and electricity went out. We just couldn’t believe it, we couldn’t carry on with our food, charge our phones, and the most important, turn on the lithgs. But the problem is not only that, but also that we called the owner and he told us he would sent someone to fix it. Innocent of us… cause nobody came and the owner BLOQUED OUR PHONE NUMBER , and we had no notices anymore. It was just unbelievable that we payed for an appartement one night and ten hours of the day we had no electricity. This is a fake appartement we dont recommend it at all

Honestly - nothing. Bed linen was clean, but there were some bugs everywhere. Towels were provided, but we did not dare to take a shower in dirty and smelly bathroom.

Bad smell since we entered stairway. Not much better in the apartment. Bathroom not cleaned for weeks - dirty and smelly, kitchen also dirty, we did not use any of their equipment. Some bugs (that were not cockroaches, but still) everywhere. We used it only to sleep a bit after the concert and headed home early morning dreaming about shower.

MCB was getting tripped when you use the kitchen stove. Also toilet door was not good. Shower gel was not provided.

All. Dirty, damaged, very old and scary appartment. Owner turn off his phone and didn't answer via booking and phone. Cleaning come 9.23 a.m. ans ask us leave room.

Bad support of host,

Location is ok, super market and bike station around.

I've arrived and there was nobody to help me... The host gave some instructions to enter with codes but they didn't work... Even a neighbor helped me and phoned the host to ask for instructions. I was trying to contact the host through the chat of booking because their phone number didn't work. It was freezing outside, near 0 Cº, there was me, my girlfriend and a couple of friends, we have to wait for about two hours to the host see the messages in booking chat and tell I'm wrong all the time, I was following the instructions but IT DIDN'T WORK, for me, for the three people with me and for the neighbors who tried to help us. After a long time I'm a cold and dark street, the host arrived after some hours, with a key. The host made a mistake and it took a long time to understand it HE/SHE did it. The heater didn't work AT ALL.. it was very big and didn't work. There were cockroaches all around the flat. There were many bugs in the flat- different sizes (some of them probably cockroachs) so it was pretty disgusting. Also we felt the property was not very well secured as anyone who knows the code can enter. Cannot recommend.

La moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain Pas de chauffage j’ai du dormir habillé L’interrupteur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas j’ai dû dormir avec la lumière éclairé pas de miroir dans la salle de bain avec un tarif de 135 la nuit on s’attend à avoir un certain confort concernant le linge de lit c’est le pire hébergement que j’ai pu reserver je le déconseille et il ne devrait pas être en location tant qu’il n’y aura pas une rénovation du propriétaire

Très déçu par mon séjour. La chambre était loin d’être propre : la salle de bain était sale, avec des traces de moisissures un peu partout, un évier bouché, et une odeur désagréable persistante. De plus, la chambre était très mal insonorisée : impossible de dormir à cause du bruit constant venant de l’extérieur. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais à un minimum de confort et d’hygiène. Je ne recommande pas.

1- moisissure joints douche 2- frigo rouillé 3- revêtement de sol horrible (voir photos) 4- table de chevet certainement récupérée dans la rue 5- pas de lampe de chevet, il faut se lever dans le noir et faire 5 mètres pour trouver à tâtons l'interrupteur pour allumer la lumière la nuit 6- les rideaux occultants les grandes fenêtres ne sont pas assez larges 7- sois disant studio équipé, mais pas une éponge ou torchon ou même produit pour nettoyer 8-après mon départ j'ai eu des boutons sous les pieds et les chevilles 9- vue horrible sur un balcon très salle et sur un environnement de locaux industriels délabrés. Au secours fuyez!!! c'est du vol à ce prix là, 180 euros pour 2 nuits !!!
