Only a 5 minute walk away from Brussels Midi. Communication with host was fast and clear.
The surrounding area is not very clean, but this is for sure not the hosts fault.

The fan was super silent. I liked having my own kitchenette and bathroom. It's very close to the train station
The location was a bit gritty and the room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear people chatting in the stairs and playing music in the kitchen

Petit studio avec une cuisine et une salle de bain privées. L'arrivée est autonome avec une boîte à clés. L'hôte a été réactif quand nous l'avons appelé.
Convient pour un court séjour et proche de la gare et des transports en commun.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait lorsqu'on est arrivé, mais en appelant l'hôte nous avons pu récupérer notre logement dans la soirée. Le logement est humide, nous avons trouvé des insectes.
Le quartier n'est pas incroyable mais pas de problème de sécurité.
