Very dangerous, it felt like we were being led on and constantly lied to.

The area of the facility is very dangerous and not as described in the booking.com site/app. It was very hard to communicate with the host and despite being reassured that we would get a refund for cancelling (as we were told by the host) we have yet to hear anything back about it. Despite our best efforts to communicate with the host even after the cancellation, so that at least we would know if we are getting back a refund or not, the host has been unresponsive to all our attempts.

A nice apartment if you want to explore Brussels city!

The location was near the train the station and from there you can be at any place in the city. The apartment was clean and organised. I stay here in September and I didn’t had any issue with the room’s temperature. Also the price was excellent!

Yes, it was near the train station and of course the neighbourhood was unpleasant with many people looking not so friendly. I avoided returning back to the place after 22:00-23:00 o clock. The sink was way too small and not very comfortable to use it.

the entrance was so messy, and you have noisy tenants, the room doesn't has toiletry, and no one told you that.

Hałasujący grzejnik, nieprzyjazna okolica

Blisko do dworca kolejowego, wygodne łóżko, dobry prysznic, możliwość gotowania. Sól i pieprz dostępne.

Czystość nie była w normie, grzejnik strasznie hałasował gdy był ustawiony na mocy 1 i musieliśmy go wyłączać. Lokalizacja nie była przyjazna, na ulicy trąbiące samochody. Brak stolika dla 2 osób do jedzenia.

L’emplacement est très mauvais : quartier populaire avec beaucoup de voleurs dans les alentours. Ils ont volé ma voiture de location. Heureusement, j’avais pris une assurance tous risques. Mes vacances ont été gâchées à cause de cet événement. Les escaliers sont en très mauvais état, avec une cuisine à l’entrée de l’immeuble. Il y a beaucoup de bruit. Vraiment à éviter, même si le studio était propre et bien équipé. Mais surtout pas !

Le finestre erano belle grandi e luminose, e la casa distava solo 10min dalla stazione. L'host è stato disponibile e ci ha lasciato anche il phon in dotazione (con diffusore)

Il piumone coi disegni blu era molto sporco, il termosifone ogni due ore faceva rumore e non ci ha lasciato dormire (per farlo smettere dovete cambiare temperatura). Il quartiere non è dei migliori...

PESSIMO! SPORCO, RUMOROSO, ROVINATO

Nulla se non l'acqua calda della doccia...

L'appartamento era sporco. il letto non era rifatto le lenzuola sembravano essere state gia utilizzate. Il comodino era pieno di polvere, il lavello della cucina era pieno di macchie. I cestini della spazzatura (della camera e del bagno) erano pieni di immondizia!! Nella camera era presente un cesto con degli asciugamani utilizzati! Dietro al water c'era un tracantone in legno e un angolo della sala non aveva il pavimento ma una gettata di cemento. Durante la notte il termosifone ha emesso rumori fortissimi per i quali era impossibile dormire. I muri erano pieni di buchi e pessime stuccature. La zona in cui è situato il B&B è sporca e trasandata. E' stato un soggiorno pessimo e imbarazzante per la mia compagna. Una vergogna che sia su Booking.com Esigo un rimborso

Peccato si trovi in un brutto quartiere

Camera accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata

Purtroppo la camera/miniappartamento si trova in uno stabile al quanto disastrato... Non appena si entra ci si ritrova nella cucina di qualcuno... Per non parlare della posizione, praticamente ti ritrovi in uno dei quartieri più pericolosi di Bruxelles e se sei una viaggiatrice donna sola non è stato affatto rassicurante. Peccato.

Non conforme aux attentes

Proximité avec le centre

Outre le fait que l'emplacement du logement est dans une rue et au sein d'un immeuble bruyant, il se situe tout de même près de la gare et du centre-ville, ce qui est un point positif. Par ailleurs, un minimum de confort vis à vis du matelas ne serait pas de refus... En effet, dormir dans un lit complétement creusé créant de grosses douleurs d'articulation (de dos) le lendemain n'ai pas aidant afin de mettre une note positive. De plus, certains détails de la chambre seraient à rénover tels que le chauffage qui peut se mettre à faire un énorme bruit ainsi que d'autres éléments de décoration.

Zona tranquilla, praticamente a fianco al birrificio Cantillon! Con una piccola passeggiata di raggiunge il centro città. Il self check-in, molto comodo. Bella la stanza, completa di tutto. Praticamente più che una stanza un mini appartamentino. Ci tornerei

Ubicación insegura y poco práctica para usar el tren (conviene usar la estación de Bruxelles-Central)

La ducha es muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia.

La ubicación es muy mala. Está en el medio de un barrio que tiene fama de ser inseguro. Está lleno de pandillas de hombres que están siempre parados en la calle y te miran al pasar. Una vez escuchamos un disparo desde la habitación. La habitación está en el primer piso, por lo que no podíamos abrir las ventanas ni salir o volver de noche. Si necesitas tomar un tren por ejemplo a Brujas o Gante, no sirve que la habitación esté cerca de la estación Midi porque los trenes salen desde (o pasan antes por) la estación Central en el centro de Bruselas, y cuando paran en Midi ya están llenos (y tienes que viajar parado). Te conviene alojarte en el centro de Bruselas. Además, el cuarto no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilación, por lo que sufrimos de los 27 grados Celsius de Bruselas en primavera. La cama no es muy cómoda. El colchón está bastante gastado. El anfitrión no fue flexible con el horario de check-in y nos obligó a ingresar a las 15:00 a pesar de que llegamos a Bruselas a las 8:00.

Lindo pero podria estar mejor ubicado.

La atencion del propietario muy buena con las instrucciones sobre todo, la limpieza y el baño.

Si bien la ubicación es estratégica por estar cerca de la estación del tren, el barrio es feo de noche y no es agradable estar caminando por ahi a altas horas. Por lo que averiguamos, es un barrio peligroso, mas allá de eso, no tuvimos inconvenientes pero tampoco nos arriesgamos a volver de noche en ningún momento.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement ! La chambre était propre, bien équipée et conforme aux photos. Avoir une cuisine et une salle de bain privatives est un vrai plus pour plus d’indépendance et de confort. L’emplacement est également idéal, bien desservi et proche de tout. L’hôte est très réactif et disponible pour répondre aux questions, ce qui facilite l’arrivée et le séjour. Je ne comprends pas certains avis négatifs, car tout s’est très bien passé pour moi. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO RECOMENDABLE

Se trata de una habitacion reformada para que sirva de apartamento, en un edificio antiguo. Se accede por una escalera en dos tramos, estrecha y con mucha pendiente. El barrio está desatendido y sucio. No parece muy seguro, sobre todo de noche. La reforma ha sido realizada sin cuidar los detalles, muy poco profesional, con acabados chapuceros, impropios de un alojamiento para turistas. Muchas cosas en la habitacion no funcionaban y/o estaban rotas. El baño está reducido al minimo, el lavavo es tan pequeño que el agua se sale fuera. La ducha no tiene caudal ni presion, por lo que es imposible regular la temperatura. La puerta de abanico no cierra. La cafetera no funciona desde hace tiempo, igual que la luz del techo y de la mesilla de noche . Estas averias han sido comunicadas por mas clientes. Nosotros lo dijimos el primer dia (estuvimos 4 dias) y nadie vino a repararlas. Hay mas comentarios negativos de otras personas indicando los mismos desperfectos y siguen sin reparar. Anuncian cocina con cafetera pero no funciona, asi que tendras que desayunar en una cafeteria. Esto es engañoso. Las excusas del hospedador no solucionan los problemas reales que tiene el alojamiento. No lo recomiendo y, por supuesto no volveria.
