Could have been better

It was easy to collect the apartment keys, instructions were straightforward although they were sent to me in an email in French. The apartment itself was quite okay for my needs, separate bathroom from the toilet, shower, kitchen and bed, there was even a fridge, so I have no complaints there.

There was no communication with the owner. I have sent three emails asking if it was possible to receive a refund for the last day of my stay because I had to shorten my stay due to a national strike. Although I didn't hope to actually get a refund I certainly expected at least an answer. I couldn't reach them by phone either. As other guests have mentioned the apartment is older and in need of a renovation, the floor squeeks, as does in the upper floor so I could hear people walking/children stomping their feet. At night time it was quieter but I still couldn't sleep normally.

Akomodacja warta swojej ceny.

Było czysto i pachnąco. Duża słuchawka od prysznica pozwalała bardzo wygodnie się umyć. Suszarka do włosów o regulowanych osobno temperaturze i sile dmuchania była dużą dogodnością. Ręcznik papierowy w kuchni, to rzecz, która się przydaje, więc warto ją docenić. Stabilny kubek na szczoteczkę też nie wszędzie jest standardem, więc podkreślam ten plus. Łóżko było wygodne. Lokalizacja zaraz obok bazyliki w Koekelbergu, niedaleko stacji Simonis pozwalała sprawnie dojechać do docelowego miejsca.

Bardzo wąskie schody na klatce schodowej sprawiały, że nie dało rady wnieść dwóch walizek naraz. Trzy kapsułki z kawą nie wystarczyły mi na sześć dni pobytu.

Angenehmes kleines Appartement, gute Anbindung

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe eines Parks und ist sehr gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Das Bett ist bequem. Der Online-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich - und bei Problemen wird direkt reagiert, um eine Lösung zu finden.

In der separaten Toilette befindet sich kein Waschbecken - man muss durch das Schlafzimmer und die Küche gehen, um zum Badezimmer zu kommen und sich die Hände zu waschen. In der Küche fehlten ein Spültuch und ein Geschirrtuch.

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, aunque se echa de menos una tele.

Creo que debía haber algun problema con los desagües. Habia un olor desagradable en la escalera, por suerte el apartamento estaba a salvo del mal olor.

C'était un endroit agréable pour séjourner et bien situé. L'appart était assez grand, la cuisine bien équipée et le lit comfortable. Dans le quartier se trouvait un joli parc, station de métro et des superéttes.

Les toilettes étaient vraiment froides, il y avait un fenêtre qui fuyait probablement. Carte, l'appart était super, mais le troisième étage pourrait être un problème pour certains personnes

Przestronny apartament, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Wygodne łóżko. Ładny widok z okna. Stacja metra była blisko.

Lekko rozwalone drzwi - klamkę dało się wyjąć, ale po zgłoszeniu przyjechał Pan i naprawił. Strome schody. Według internetu najbardziej niebezpieczna dzielnica Brukseli jednak my tego nie odczuliśmy. W okolicy jest park i Polski sklep.

Schöne kleine Wohnung - gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Sehr sauber, verkehrsgünstig gelegen an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Netter Online-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Il posto merita 10 su 10. Anche la posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e ben collegata. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, profumava appena entrati e aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare tipo padella, pentola e altri utensili utili. Il letto era comodo. Il checkin è stato semplice e veloce, l’ambiente era tranquillo e silenzioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente!

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è fare le scale hahaha ma pazienza!

Atendimento e Flexibilidade do HOST possibilitou um check-in antecipado. Também o local é bem confortável e com uma vista bem adequada a cidade.

Cozinha pouco ergonômica, não há espaço para escorredor de louça e agua escorre pro chão. Único detalhe mencionável como ruim do local. Recomendo fortemente assim mesmo.

Deben mejorar

El departamento es amplio y era privado para nosotros. La estación de metro se encuentra a 6 minutos y el barrio es muy bonito.

Aunque olia muy bien, le faltaba mucha limpieza. El wc está separado del lavamanos y la ducha, son dos habitaciones separadas. Wifi no funcionaba porque tiene un repetidor, necesita red dedicada. La cocina está muy desprovista de cosas. Está en un tercer piso sin ascensor y no se avisa.
