William was a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome. He made fresh coffee every morning, and we even watched a World Cup game together. The location was perfect for my trip, within walking distance of Brussels Expo, with an easy bus connection from the airport. It was excellent value for the price.

I honestly have no complaints. Everything met my expectations, and the stay was comfortable and convenient. All good on my end. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't stay there long enough!

The apartment itself could definitely use better maintenance and a much more thorough cleaning. The room felt like it was still a young girl’s bedroom, with a small bed and matching furniture, which was a bit unusual for an adult guest. The building was also not very convenient, as the elevator was often out of service and the parking was not close by. That said, the host completely changed the experience. He is one of the kindest, warmest, and most generous people I have ever met. He was incredibly understanding when I had to check out later than planned due to unexpected circumstances, and he treated me with genuine kindness throughout my stay. His nephew David also helped me when I needed it, which I appreciated. While the accommodation has clear areas for improvement, the host’s exceptional humanity deserves five stars.
