The apartment has a good location, but outside noise can be heard clearly in the room.
I liked the location of the apartment: there is a metro, tram and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient to go to the center of Brussels or to the train station with a four-year-old child, and then take the train to Anwerp, Bruges or Ghent.
The apartment is located next to the entrance to the building, so everyone entering or leaving the apartment building passes by it. Several times I would wake up because I heard the sound of the combination lock and the entrance door opening.

- appartement spacieux et confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires - facilité pour garer la voiture - proche des bouches de métros
Le métro ne passe pas loin et on entend un grondement de temps en temps mais aucune gêne occasionnée , rien à voir avec certains commentaires précédent !

Appartment mit Trambahn-Lärm
Die Nähe zur Metro und Tram ist prima, hat aber einen schlimmen Nachteil, siehe unten.
Wir hatten das Appartment "Pisa", es liegt im Souterrain. Das Problem sind die nächtlichen Lärmbelästigungen: die Türe hat unten einen dicken Schlitz, so dass man jeden hört, der durch den Hauseingang trampelt (geht gerade noch), der Kühlschrank ist zu laut (haben wir ausgeschaltet), und im Nebenraum werkelt eine Waschmaschine/Trockner (unangenehm), aber das "Beste" ist das Rumpeln und laute Dröhnen der Tram aus dem direkt angrenzenden Tram-Tunnel, dass sich auf das Haus überträgt, so dass man ewig nicht einschlafen kann. Das ist NICHT ok.
