Only the location and TV!

The condition of the property was unacceptable. The bedding and furniture were dirty and in disrepair, and there were no clean blankets provided. The bathroom was unhygienic and infested with cockroaches. Furthermore, the kitchenware was too filthy to use. Essential amenities were missing, with only body lotion provided. Most critically, the heating system failed on the second night; due to the freezing temperatures, we have fallen ill!

- black mold on the bathroom ceiling, in the sockets, in the microwave, in the refrigerator, and on most of the walls in the whole apartment, - stale bedding, clearly used (hair strands, stains, and other marks on the bedding), - BUGS running throughout the whole apartment's floor, - stench of damp and mustiness, - a very neglected bathroom, clearly not cleaned (especially the toilet bowl, its seat, and the interior), - kettle full of limescale, - dirty/grease stains throughout the kitchen, on the carpets, and on the bedside lamps, - visible cobwebs and dust, One bedding set for three guests, despite making a reservation for all of them, - a broken lock in the front door, making it difficult to access the property, - trash behind the front door and under the stairs, - no lights in the main room (kitchen), - it was freezing and the radiators wouldn't turn on.

Absolutely disgusting- Avoid at all costs

I have never stayed in such a filthy and poorly maintained place in my life. This so-called “studio apartment” was completely unhygienic and nothing like what was advertised on Booking.com. The moment we arrived, we were shocked by the condition of the place. The toilet was not cleaned, the kettle was dirty, the floor hadn’t been swept or mopped, and the sofa was torn. There was even a dead, dried-out plant left in the room, which speaks volumes about how neglected the property is. The balcony and entrance were full of trash, which made the entire environment feel unsafe and extremely unpleasant. Switchboards were damaged, and the general state of disrepair was alarming. Honestly, I was concerned for our safety staying there. To make things worse, the owner was completely unresponsive. We tried to get in touch multiple times to raise concerns, and there was no reply whatsoever. No support, no accountability. The listing also falsely advertised several amenities that were not provided. There was no hairdryer, no soap, no iron box, and absolutely no basic consideration for guests’ comfort. It’s a clear case of misleading information on the booking. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience during our trip to Brussels. I have taken photos of everything as proof and will be reporting this further to Booking.com directly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property. It is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

Can’t be described as cozy, basically a slightly cleaned crack house.

Not much to like.

Keys not left in lockbox. Difficult to contact staff/owner. Eventually let in by child from upstairs. Was told the previous guests must have left the keys inside, suggesting that there is no cleaning in between visitors - seems believable given how untidy the place was. Garbage bin not emptied, sheets left out ect ect

The neighborhood is nice, the flat is in a quiet street. It was relatively easy to check in (it took some time until the owner answered to our messages though)

The place is a complete mess, very very VERY dirty! None of us took a shower there since it was awfully dirty! The kitchen and plates and so on were totally dirty... We explicitly booked a flat for four (4) people, however only two beds seemed to have been prepared... In general pretty disappointing

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Wir kamen etwa 30 Minuten vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit an und fragten höflich, ob wir eventuell schon hinein dürften. Der Vermieter reagierte sehr unfreundlich und sagte nur knapp „15:30 Uhr“, ohne Begrüßung oder höfliche Erklärung. Trotz Minusgraden mussten wir bis exakt 15:30 Uhr draußen warten. Als wir schließlich die Wohnung betreten durften, war sie extrem schmutzig. Besonders die Toilette war noch sichtbar verschmutzt, was für uns sehr schockierend und hygienisch absolut inakzeptabel war. Zusätzlich waren Steckdosen offen, was ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Insgesamt war der Zustand der Wohnung sehr schlecht und der Umgang des Vermieters unangenehm. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Todo, estaba todo en condiciones inhumanas. Encima cuando nos fuimos a quejar, mintieron diciendo que habíamos manchado las sábanas de sangre, cosa que no es cierta. Son unos ladrones. Matamos cucarachas y dijeron que no había insectos, unos sinvergüenzas.

Alleen de locatie was goed voor de rest. Dit huis was verschrikkelijk. Het was zo vies en onhygiënisch. Ik raad het echt niemand aan. Oké het is goedkoop maar dat betekent niet dat het vies moet zijn. De badkamer stonk al het servies had vlekken eetresten op de tafel lakens die waarschijnlijk nooit zijn verwisseld Beestjes die op de grond lopen. ik raad echt niemand aan om hier te blijven, ook al is het een lage prijs.

La casa puzza, dicono che asciugamani e phon sono inclusi ma non c’è assolutamente niente giusto un rotolo di carta igienica per fare la parte, la struttura e sporchissima non penso ci fosse un angolo di quella casa che non fosse sporco o incrostato, nella doccia e nel lavello era pieno di sporco e peli abbiamo dovuto sciacquarli 6 volte per usarli Mai più.

na krótki wyjazd (weekend) było okej

ładna okolica, kawałek od centrum, ale blisko przystanek tramwajowy, prysznic bardzo prymitywny ale pełni swoją funkcję i była gorąca woda (niestety w kranie nie)

niestety, ale po podłodze chodził karaluch, łóżko dosyć twardawe, czajnik elektryczny cały z kamienia, troszkę zimno było, bardzo przeciętne zakwaterowanie

Studio assez grand et plutôt calme. Dispose d'une vraie chambre séparée.

Personne pour nous accueillir, les clés étaient sensées être dans un boîtier mais n'y étaient pas et le propriétaire était injoignable... La propreté du logement est limite. Les extérieurs sont particulièrement sales (nombreux détritus).
