I don't recommend it at all

Is close to the bus and tram stop, 20 min to the centre

The sofa cama was damaged and 2 of us had to sleep in a sofa, we tried to contact the host many times but never got an answer, the place was dirty when we got there. The host was impossible to reach.

Horrible

It was way to dirty, balloons where still up, the bed wasn’t changed, there was chocolates in vases and stuff, never been to something worse than this apartment, I even tried to call the host and she never responded, I wanted to leave so bad, I couldn’t wash bc there was no towel, I had to buy them, nothing is the most dirty place I ever saw in my life

Nothing apart from the kettle & microwave.

Not very welcoming, hall way used as a storage area. Room not clean, toilet system leaking and noisy, sofa bed unusable as a bed. TV not working and no instruction how to use it. No reply for assistance. Car parking not very well explained.

We didn’t get robbed.

Well, I would have been embarrassed to offer this place for free, let alone charge. It was very dirty. I do think the sheets were clean, at least I’m telling myself that, to feel better about everything. Couldn’t find any hotel rooms available in the city for 4 or we would have left.

A stay marked by neglect, disrespect, and a complete lack of hospitality — I would never return.

I didn’t like anything at all. Not a single positive point.

Terrible experience. The host never replied to any of my messages, and a man from the upstairs apartment showed up uninvited, acting rude, arrogant, and noisy until 2 a.m. I never called him, and I still don’t know if he was the host or not. He claimed I hadn’t read a message, but I had — and he never answered back. The place was dirty, with used bed linen, and the bathroom smelled awful. Until check-in, I was never able to speak to anyone. No hospitality, no respect. Even if it’s cheap, it’s not worth it. Sometimes it’s better to pay more and have peace.

Lovely place with pleasant stay

The rooms were lovely and perfect for family stay. My parents definitely liked the space 🥰and me too.

I got what I payed for.

It's cozy and has all you need. The surroundings have a nice and diverse architecture. There's a beautiful park in the vicinity and just around the corner you get tasty fresh sandwiches. It's also only a short walk to the Schaerbeek train station.

- It was pure luck that I got the keys. They should have been in a keysafe, but weren't. A friendly person that cleaned the room when I arrived let me in and struggled himself to find some keys for me... - The bathroom *urgently* needs a renovation. There's mold on the walls, the toiled seat is broken and don't look into the bathtub or it's sink: it's gruesome.

Bad

Paid for this in advance, when i arrived they key was not left out as it was supposed to be. Tried to contact the owner and after 1 hour of calling, they told me i would be issued a refund. Had to find a new place to stay and after many messages, i cannot get a reply about my money. Still no refund one month later. Also when I arrived the place was completely filthy outside, definately would not stay here!!

Very good

The place is clean and big enough for 4 people. Everything in the kitchen works and there is warm water in the apartment. WiFi is also very good. Neighbourhood is peacefull although not so close to the center of the city. Check before hand is there a big footbal game going on or protest because schedule of public transport could be different.

Toilet paper was on the floor and a bit wet all the time. The host didn't answer my question about the reservation.

This is the first time ever on booking that the owner turns ofd his mobile and leave us on the street. The person responsible took the money and gave us the cold shoulder,we had to look for another hôtel beyond our budget.i definitely don t recommend it.

REPUGNANT

Un lit pour dormir

Logement extremement sale, poussieureux, odeur de vieux tabac, poils au fond du lit. Pas d isolation lumineuse, mobliier vétuste au goût douteux. Prix exorbitant pour une telle prestation ( càd une pure arnaque). Ressemble à un squat. Pourtant nous sommes tolérants mais là FUYEZ ABSOLUMENT

Bref! Juste une nuit

Lieu calme et reposant.emplacement bien localisé.Information transmis par l.hote concernant les consignes et le reperage sont tres pertinente.Le fait d’avoir un toit sur la tete pour eviter d’etre au froid dehors et sous la pluie.J’ai aprecié avoir un toit sur la tête et le prix etait attractif moin de 100e.si s’était a refaire .je ne pense pas m’y attarder.

Les places de stationnement sont restreint , on a du longtemps faire le tour du paté de maison avant de trouver une place.les elements de deco sont vieux. Pas de pile dans la telecommande ,bouilloire tres entartré.Tout semblait ne plus etre dans l’ere du temps ,dépassé on se croyait au moyen age.La tele est resté boqué sur une chaine locale en flamant visionnant "South Park", du dessin animé vulgaire à la satire politique acide .Rapport qualité prix a revoir pour la prestation qui merite quelques travaux de rafraichissement.Des efforts sont a faire.

È stato sinceramente il peggior soggiorno che abbia mai fatto. Appena entrati siamo rimasti scioccati dalle condizioni dell’appartamento: tutto era sporco. Le lenzuola avevano capelli e macchie, tanto che non abbiamo neanche avuto il coraggio di usare le coperte. Il divano era impolverato e macchiato, si vedeva chiaramente che non veniva pulito da molto tempo. In cucina mancavano perfino le cose basilari, come una spugna per lavare i piatti. Il bagno era pietoso: sporco, con polvere e segni evidenti di mancata igiene. Ovunque giravamo lo sguardo, c’era polvere, sporco e trascuratezza. Avevamo prenotato solo una notte, ma non volevamo neanche restare. Abbiamo persino iniziato a cercare un’altra sistemazione da quanto eravamo delusi. Metterò anche delle immagini, perché purtroppo le parole non bastano a descrivere quanto fosse inaccettabile.

مع الأسف الشديد المكان من بداية اول درجة عند الدخول وجدانا أهمال وعدم الاهتمام بالتنظيف والتراس لا يصلح للجلوس و عندا دخولنا إلى الشقة هنا كانت المفاجأة حيث الرائحة الكريهة والأوساخ على الأرض وكل شيء في المكان قديم وغير قابل للاستخدام لم نستطيع استخدام شيء من أدوات المطبخ سوى الفرن اللوحي مع الأسف تحتطم مزاجي كان كل شي غير متوقع ولكن كنا مجبورين للقضاء ليلتين هناك ولذلك لا انصح بهذا المكان في الوقت الحالي

Ik had een dak boven mijn hoofd.

De studio was niet schoon gemaakt. De toilet was ontzettend vies, overal zat kalk aanslag. Waterkoker was vies ook daar zat veel kalk aanslag in. De broodrooster was vies. Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving stond. De slaapbank zat onder de smerige plekken. Het zag er uit alsof er totaal niet is schoongemaakt. De eigenaar (verhuurder) weet kennelijk niet wat hygiëne betekend.

HORRRIBLE

No es un apartamento equipado para 4 personas, no nos facilitó toallas (solo nos dio 2 cuando éramos 4, le escribimos para comentarlo y no contestaba), el sofá cama era nefasto no se podía dormir y estaba destrozado (malas condiciones para dormir). La limpieza era nula un apartamento muy sucio y tampco nos dejó sábanas limpias

Il est difficile de résortire un point positif dans ce caos. Mais le lit etait confortable. Et un liqiide vaiselle (tout neuf) était présent.

Alors installer vous bien ce coté-ci eet bien charger. Pour commencer, pour ce qui est du ménage le sol na surment pas été fait depuis un petit moment. La poussière n'a surment jamais été faite, valise glissé sous le lit sortie pleine de poussière. De plus à notre arrivée la vaisselle était sale comme si elle avait été ranger directement après utilisation sans passer par la case vaiselle. Un de mes ami transpirait à l'idée de marcher pied nu sur le tapis remplie de miettes et saletés en tout genre. Il a été obligé de marcher en claquette dans tout l'appartement et de ce doucher avec. La cuvette des toilettes est mal fixé, c'est dangeureux. Ensuite, un velux très lumineux fort sympatique mais sans vollet ni rideau juste en face du lit pas très pratique. Pour finir le canapé lit, qui ne répond à aucune de ses fonctions. Canapé plein de poussière et de taches blanches. Pour le côté lit de ce canapé, le matelat passe à travère la structure du canapé. Tout est bon à changer. Comme dit dans différent commentaire présedent, qui à mon avis n'ont pas été pris en compte par le propriétaire. Et du coup pour finir le propriétaire. Jamais vu. Et jamais eu de réponse au méssage que je lui ai laisser. Nous somme lundi et le message lui à été invoyer samedi.

Un lugar amplio en un barrio tranquilo

El suelo estaba muy sucio, las mesas tenian bastsnte polvo como si nunca las hubieran limpiado, y una de las toallas que nos prestaron estaba sucia. Si te molestan los ruidos el lugar no es bueno porqie se puede escuchar completamente los pasos y las voces de las personas de arriba y de afuera

L'appartamento non rispecchia assolutamente le foto che sono caricate qui su Booking! Siamo arrivati alle ore 19 del 24/05/25 ed era tutto sporco (vedete le foto) allegate. Abbiamo subito fatto richiamo a Booking, che in quelle condizioni non potevamo dormire e alloggiare, e loro ci hanno risposto che avevano 21 ore per darci riscontro. Abbiamo dovuto per forza trovare un altro alloggio per la nostra permanenza alle ore 20, dopo una giornata di viaggio, sotto alla pioggia. Booking non ci ha nè aiutato quella sera stessa a trovare un'altra sistemazione per la notte, nè ad oggi, ci ha rimborsato per la prestazione non usufruita, dato che avevamo pagato già anticipatamente l'appartamento e l'abbiamo lasciato dopo 20 min dal nostro arrivo. Esperienza deludente.

Die Unterkunft war das reinste Dreck Loch ! Überall lagen Haare, es war staubig und sehr sehr schmutzig! Der Boden klebte die Küchenutensilien waren völlig verschmutzt. Die Möbel sind kaputt und haben überall Macken. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt von den Nachbarn. Vor der Haustür liegen Überall Zigaretten und leere Flaschen stapeln sich draußen. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit!!!!!! Das schmutzigste was ich je erlebt habe. Der Höhepunkt war die Maus, die Nachts da rum lief !!!!!!!!

Alles , was vies of kapot en boven buren s'avonds veel lawaai met stampen op de vloer Ook maar 1 handdoek voor 2 personen geen fles water , vieze theedoek en je kon de hotes niet bereiken en je stuurde een bericht maar geen reactie . Ik raad het iedereen af vanwege hygiëne

Bien pour une nuit

Ce qui m’as plu c’est le logement facile à trouver et pour y passer la nuit la taille est suffisant ainsi que l’équipement. En revanche le clic clac comme dit dans un précédent commentaire d’un autre client il est pas en bonne état il faudrait le changer car compliquer de dormir dedans. Et le monsieur que j’ai eu au téléphone peut agréable. De plus il n’y a pas de volet sur le velux donc il fais jours de bonne heure dans le logement et le lit étant en face de celui ci. C’est la première fois que je suis aussi mitigé sur un logement alors que j’en prends énormément.
