A beautiful apartment, had a good sleep there. Unfortunately the apartment was smelly, dirty and cold when we arrived.

Enjoyed staying at this apartment but for the pillows.

Very quiet. Pleasant top floor apartment with a great kitchen. Good shower. Very easy key collection. Only two minutes walk to a tram stop.

The pillows are not suitable for sleeping because they are so big. The steep flights of stairs could be a problem for some visitors - old or very young.

Nice place to stay in Schaerbeek

The kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is nice and modern. The location is good, only a short walk from the tram stop which goes direct to the city centre and midi train station. Lots of space for one person. The bedroom is on the top floor in the loft so it was relatively quiet although sometimes you can hear the aeroplanes at night. WiFi was good, never had any issues with it.

Front door of the building is difficult to open - you need to turn the key twice then push it quite hard. The window blinds are very difficult to open and close, the string doesn't work so you need to pull them down manually - they are very worn and need a refresh. No TV so had to use my laptop for streaming.

Apartamento muito desgastado: gavetas que não fecham totalmente, placa do fogão partida, ralos entupidos.

Buenas conexiones de transporte público cerca.

Ventanas que no cierran, no hay calefacción. Edificio en general viejo. Sin ascensor. Mucho ruido del exterior. No recomendable para ancianos ni para niños.

Ma asteptam la mai mult pentru cat a costat

Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona destul de linstita, cam la 10-15 minute de mers de gara. Nu am avut niciun fel de probleme chiar daca am venit dupa lasarea serii. Cheia se afla intr-o cutie cu cod la intrarea in imobil, iar pentru a ajunge la apartament trebuie urcate niste scari destul de inguste pana la ultimul etaj (mansarda). Este dotat cu toate cele necesare in baie: sapun lichid, sampon, gel de dus, prosoape, uscator de par. La fel si in bucatarie: plita si cuptor, cuptor cu microunde, tacamuri, tigaie, ulei, zahar etc. Este curat si spatios, are chiar si fier+masa de calcat, acces la Wi-Fi foarte bun. Din aceste puncte de vedere, mi-a placut atentia la detalii.

Ma asteptam la mai mult pentru cat a costat. Mobila este cam veche, mai ales cea din bucatarie, si patata. Este un miros greu in apartament si nu prea se poate aerisi corespunzator. Exista un cos cu papuci de casa, dar erau murdari/folositi si nu am indraznit sa-i utilizez; aratau groaznic. Storul de la dormitor nu se poate trage, sau cel putin noi nu am reusit. Nu era caldura. Mi s-a parut ca arata mai bine in poze decat in realitate.

Mutkatonta ja mukavaa asumista lähellä keskustaa

Siisti ja tilava asunto, jossa oli kaikki tarvittava: keittiövälineet ja astiat, pyykinpesukone ja tiskikone, pyyhkeet ja pesuaineet. Makuuhuone yläkerrassa oli ihan hauska lisäys tunnelmaan ja toi rauhaa nukkumiseen. Kattoikkunat antavat myös omanlaisensa tunnelman.

Asunnossa oli hieman viileä. Kääntelin patterien termostaatteja, mutta en saanut lämpöä lisää. Majoituin lokakuun alussa. Olisin voinut kysyä tästä majoittajalta, mutta se jäi tekemättä, kun keskityin mm. aamutoimiin ja töihin asunnossa ollessani. Ja sain kuitenkin nukuttua oikein hyvin, koska oli paksu ja lämmin peitto.

Nivel de limpieza no óptimo y estado de cierto mobiliario de cocina con deterioro , la escalera al dormitorio es muy empinada, incómoda para un sexagenario como yo.

Séjour agréable dans ce 2 pièces bien desservi pour aller visiter Bruxelles du nord au sud.

Suffisamment de place pour 2 et une grande chambre. La localisation dans la ville (Schaerbeek), même si le quartier n'est pas un des plus beaux, l'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports et il y a 2 supermarchés à proximité. La salle de bain est très agréable.

Des ustensiles de cuisine plutôt sale et 2 poêles inutilisables pour faire la cuisine, les meubles de cuisine aussi sont à manipuler avec une extrême attention pour ne pas qu'ils nous reste dans les mains tant ils sont abîmés. Un four capricieux qui s'arrête pendant le préchauffage et une plaque vitrocéramique cassée. Pas d'explication qu'en à la gestion des déchets en fin de séjour, il n'y a pas de local poubelle.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Straße. Es war sauber, gemütlich und die Küche war mit allen Sachen eingerichtet, die man gewöhnlich braucht. Das Bad idt klein, aber fein: modern und sauber. In der Nähe (4 Min) gab es eine Tramhaltestelle, um ganz schnell ins Zentrum der Stadt zu kommen, der Weg zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Brüssel-Nord hat ca. 13 Minuten gedauert.

Wir waren wirklich mit allem zufrieden, aber für Senioren eignet sich die Wohnung wegen Treppen im Treppenhaus (kein Fahrstuhl) und in der Wohnung wahrscheinlich nicht. Ein paar Hacken im Bad für Hand- und Gesichtstücher wären wünschenswert.
