Charming studio apartment with terrace near Mérode

Very close to the tram and metro stations and also to a very big supermarket and grocery stores. Very good kitchen tools and utensils to cook meals.

The ventilator in the bathroom was a bit dusty and some dusts drooped when the ventilator was on, but it was not a big problem. Should be ok if it will be cleaned.

Appartamento molto luminoso, terrazzino ampio e piacevole, bagno luminoso e spazioso.

Consiglieremmo un piccolo sgabello per l'accesso al terrazzino: per accedere vi è un dislivello alto e bisogna scavalcare un termosifone. Consiglieremmo anche che venga posto un corrimano per facilitare la discesa al bagno (vi sono 5 gradini in un corridoietto curvo). Servirebbe qualche piccola manutenzione ai mobiletti del bagno.

The location of this property is excellent, with easy access to public transportation. There are a few shops nearby where one can get essentials from.

The property seems a bit outdated. It comes with a rather big bathroom, but the furniture looked old, and the sheets and towels smelled funny. The door handle fell off as soon as we unlocked the door.

It was cheap. Plenty of free tea and coffee, nice to have a terrace that was not street facing - sunset was beautiful. Good sushi place nearby. Easy check in and check out. There was an iron in the room. Good to have a small kitchen with fridge. Bathroom was large with both bath and shower.

It felt very low budget and dated - badly in need of a renovation. The apartment was not in a good state of maintenance, especially the bathroom where a drawer was missing and some doors had white plastic film over them (I guess to hide the wear). There was no air conditioning - only a noisy fan and it was impossible to open the terrace doors for air due to street noise during the night. The recycling bins are inside just as you enter the building, and there was a strong odor of what smelled like decaying nappies just as you entered.
