We liked that the property was close to the bus station and metro: Bordet. We had a small kitchen and the shower was comfortable with the warm water available. It was quiet all the time as well, so we liked it overall

The towels provided smelled. The heater was not working all the time so we were cold sometimes. In the morning the room was so warm the windows were all wet and the window accumulated a lot of water. The bathroom didn’t have a sink so we had to use the small one in the kitchen area

Very good for a short stay :)

Nice neighborhood, close to shops and bus stops, easy access from the city center. The room has all the amenities, everything is ready, and the microwave is a plus.

It was a little cold. The windows are on the ground floor by the sidewalk, but there is a roller blind that can be pulled down.

not terrible

I got another room than the one I thought I booked and was very happy about last time. This time I was rather dissapointed because of 1) very poor lighting and curtains 2) Heating not working properly 3) Very thin sheets and a lousy bed/ pillows. The owner answered my concerns quickly but didnt really resolve anything, instead he was genuinely surprised that anyone would not like anything about his room. The room you see in the pictures might not be the one you actually get, which is already kind of a deal breaker for me.

Unbeatable location if you want to get to the airport in the morning!

Studio number 4 was bigger than expected. There was a sofa area with a tv where you can relax, a coffee making machine with coffee and tea, and it was clean.

My studio was on the ground floor and the only window was right on the road with a red light so it was noisy. I think there's also a ventilation problem in this studio, the only one is in the shower and only works when you take a shower so there was a chemical smell (cleaning products) all the time that was impossible to get rid off.

Good option for this money to just overnight. Friendly and supportive owner. No privacy.

Good option for this money. Generally room was clean and had all necessary equipment (fridge, microwave oven, electric cooker, cookware, even smart TV and electric grill. The owner was nice and send all instructions in advance which were absolutely clear. Location has many options to eat (tacos, burgers, kebab) and couple of shops nearby.

The room is around 15 square meters, so travelers should be ready for this. Unpleasant part is that there is no privacy. First of all doors and walls between rooms are too thin, so you can have conversations with your neighbours. Secondly there is no complete wall between bedroom and bathroom, so if you are travelling as a couple it can be a difficult part… Generally room was clean, but there are some things that need to be cleaned better: curtains were inappropriate and kitchen part had greasy stains… The room is also 40 minutes away from city centre. Stairs in the building are very specific and not for everyone…

Apartment is perfect for staying near Brussels City

We booked the location for our vacation as a couple. For this vacation and for staying in near of Brussels, was it perfect. The equipment was enough for us two. The entry is simple and with no contact, so perfect if you want this. To get easy to Brussels City, the train station and bus station is in the near, also the grocery store. Although the big street is in front of the apartment, there is no to a minimal noise through the closed window because they are soundproof.

At our staying was much to see in front our apartment where the police had to come over. Quick reminder for staying safe in Brussels. As we stepped in the apartment it was smaller than we thought and we heard sounds of the apartments next to us, also when somebody left and came. The hygiene was extremely good but when you can not smell the smell of chlorine, it could be difficult. Also to the hygiene: the bathroom has a wall which isn't to the ceiling. For us was it no problem. If we wanted to have our privacy in the bathroom, we opened the window and turned on the water in the shower, there was no sound coming over to the bed.

Nice place but..

It was right in front of the Bordet Tram station (yellow line) and other bus line to get to the center in 25mins. So it was very easy to just get up and go to downtown. Also there were some restaurants nearby, we higly recommend Gaston's sandwiches or salads at 5 mins walk. The studio was bigger than what we expected in the pictures.

The host: Laughed at my request of having the heating up because it was freezing cold. The heating is not manual, the host controls it remotely. We asked for a certain heat and he laughed and said "the sun is coming" so he wouldn't get it higher than what he decided was convenient for Belgium. That was not professional in my opinion, I didn't say anything else after, no comments on the behavior, you don't laugh at your guest being cold and tell them to wait for the sun. At least he was kind enough to still heat up at 19 until the sun comes up. Installations: The room is optimized to fit a full bed where it fits but the wardrobe could have been in the living room where there was too much space compared to the "bedroom" which is only the bed and the walls around it. Also the water is supposedly drinkable but on our second day it had a soapy taste and when we cleaned our dishes it felt like there was something in the water that wouldnt get cleaned off. You could wash your hands with soap, and it felt like it wasn't being removed at all. Some basic liquid was inside the water. Also coffee machine didn't work and coffee satches past it's due date.

Decent, but management could be much better.

Location was good, a bit far but near tram and buses. room had a number of appliances including microwave and fridge. Also some restaurants and Aldi nearby. Otacos and Dominoes are good But make sure to avoid Friterie Bilo unless you wish to get sick.

Customer service of those in charge is not good. I had requested the address so I can plan how to get there about a week before and I was told I will get address and code only 24 hours before. When I was at the place I asked if they had shampoo and all they said was one word "No". No offer to bring shampoo, not even sorry we don't have.... Aside from that the room is very small, the only place for the suitcase blocks the exit or bathroom. And the stairs are very steep which is very difficult with luggage

The location was ok. A lot of stuff was fit into just two very small rooms.

Apartment was smaller than expected. Everything was dirty, dishes, blanket, shower, walls. There was a weird moist odor after a while. Possible mold on the wall. The TV barely worked.

The bed was good. The location of the house is good. There is ALDI supermarket not far away. Good connections to the city center.

overall it’s clean, the location is quiet convenient, it had bus and tram nearby.

the ceiling was dripping all night long for a moment we thought it will fall over our heads and it’s good that it’s not the part above our bed. there was no one to contact about it and it was the middle of the night when it happened twice . the neighbours above us where jumping over our heads all night as well
