Spacy clean place well connected to the center.

The place is very spatious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacy, the internet was good. The key collection was automatic. The location is a 30 min walk from the center but there is plenty of busses/metro to get there as well. Getting to the place from the airport was also straight forward - Gare du Nord and then metro to the place. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp.

It was quite cold the first night and then I figured out in the morning that the heating was turned off - I had to manually turn the knobs on all the radiators to get the heating going. It would be nice if the host does this in advance of the guest arrival, or at least to include this information in the message sent. Also the street below is quite busy and there is traffic in the night that can make sleeping difficult. The stairs up to the place are also very steep and very narrow.

Genial

The owner was always very attendant. The apartment is ok to stay 2/3 days and see the city, has everything you need and I particulary like the location as it was not bringing any trouble to sleep and couldnt even hear any neighbor. Has very nice views and is near a metro station that comunicates easily with the biggest stations that comes from the airport. The owner had also left some coffee for us the was very nicely appreciated and super welcoming. I chosed this place because was ok for us not to use the metro and walk to the city center that was about 40 min away. Everything was clean and tidy. I can highly recommend this place!

I didn't mind, but is useful to say it has not elevator.

Convenient and pleasant base

Nice location in residential area and opposite park, handy for metro station with good connections, comfortable bed, all essential facilities, pleasant studio.

Traffic and hot water boiler both noisy at times. Furnishings simple though fine for our needs.

Suffisant pour un couple souhaitant explorer la ville.

L’espace, le chauffage.

Le manque de propreté des essuis (propres mais tâchés), la faible isolation sonore, l’odeur de vinaigre persistente dans la cuisine, la robinetterie de la douche qui est déficiente, les traces de pieds nus sur le sol, le calcaire sur les robinets.

Ein gutes Preis- Leistung Verhälnis ! Super Lage und bequemes Bett!

Die Lage war super ! Das Bett und das Kissen waren sehr sehr bequem! Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung , direkt an der Tramhaltestelle ! Ein sehr sehr netter Gastgeber !

Für die Menschen , die sehr auf die Sauberkeit achten war es vielleicht nicht ganz so perfekt , insbesondere im Bad .. uns hat es nicht gestört , da wir ja ehe die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren .

Perfecto para parejas, intimidad y comodidad.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el amplio espacio que el pequeño estudio ofrece, la ubicación tan tranquila, y la limpieza y las comodidades que ofrece.

Actualmente creo que no tenemos nada que no nos haya gustado.

Studio pratique et agréable

Super studio! Il est vraiment bien situé en plein centre de Bruxelles, tout est à proximité (la basilique, la rue neuve de bruxelles, transports,….) ! Super pratique, bien équipé, y’avait tout ce qu’il fallait. Je reviendrai sans hésiter, merci encore à l’hôte qui était super sympa et qui nous envoyé toute les informations nécessaire à l’avance !
