The location was not that great, but the metro station is a 4 minute walk.

Good apartments in bad district

The apartment is pretty good. Everything you might need you will find here. Lidl shop is near the apartment, cafe's near the apartment.

It is nothing the host might change, but the district is pretty unsafe and covered with garbage. Maybe it is the normal situation here, but for us it was unexpected.

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer guten Anbindung zur Metro und auch gut erreichbar zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Brüssel-Midi. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. ein großer Markt, ein Lidl oder einen Bäcker gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles war sonst sauber und in Ordnung!

Der Putzservice hatte wohl vergessen, die Heizung vor unserer Ankunft (Ende November) anzustellen und eine Garnitur Bettzeug und Handtücher für die 3. Person fehlten ebenfalls, aber die Vermieterin hat direkt am nächsten Tag Abhilfe geschaffen und sich als sehr hilfsbereit erwiesen!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et je suis vraiment ravie de mon choix. L’appartement est très bien situé, à seulement quelques pas de la gare, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer facilement. L’emplacement est idéal. Le logement en lui-même est très bien équipé : on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’appartement est propre, confortable et bien agencé, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire, et chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. J’ai adoré mon séjour ici ,tout s’est parfaitement bien passé, sans aucun problème. On ressent une vraie attention portée aux visiteurs, ce qui donne envie de revenir. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne qui cherche un endroit pratique, agréable et chaleureux pour séjourner.

Le seul petit point moins agréable est la propreté de la rue environnante, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec le logement lui-même. On peut aussi entendre un peu de bruit, mais cela ne m’a pas vraiment dérangée et n’a pas gâché mon expérience

Ремонт и планировка квартиры были как на фото. В этом плане все хорошо, код от вайфай был на видном месте, интернет хороший. Телевизор за счет смарт приставки дает возможность смотреть все, что хочешь и на любом языке. Кровать действительно удобная. Удобно, что раковины есть и в туалете и в ванной. Ключ получить и сдать было удобно, так же были отправлены на почту подробные инструкции для понимания как найти комнату.

Как только мы прилетели, получили сообщение от хозяйки, что горячей воды нет по причине аварии и будет она наверное завтра, но за 5 дней горячей воды мы не увидели. Нам было предложено мыться с помощью чайника и ведра (в которм была грязь по причине того, что это ведро для мытья полов) в квартире было очень холодно и в кабине мыться из грязного ведра вообще не хотелось. Нам была обещана скидка 10% за каждую ночь пребывания без горячей воды, мы ее получили. Дверь входная как межкомнатная и звукоизоляции никакой. Ночами по лестницам бегали шумные соседи и спать было сложно. Дверь в спальне не закрывается - точнее она закрывается и с жутким скрипом через время открывается сама, что вызывает не самые приятные эмоции. Вода при кипячении в чайнике оказалась МЫЛЬНОЙ и пахла шампунем. Район не тихий, не центральный, не для семьи - короче после 7 вечера выходить не хотелось. В итоге могу сказать так- похоже, что мы не первые и не последние, кому рассказали про горячуюю воду и скидку. Очень жаль, что наш первый визит в Бельгию был таким. Мы заплатили не малую цену в результате все время мерзли и не имели возможности просто принять душ (что очень важно). Жаль. Были варианты в половину дешевле, ближе к центру, но там жаловались люди на ПЕРЕБОИ с горячей водой и отсутствие отопление в холодное время. Поэтому мы заплатили на 1000 злотых дороже и ...

La pieza y el sofá cama eran cómodos al igual que la cocina, muy equipada. La ubicación era muy buena para llegar al centro incluso caminando. El baño limpio y funcional. Varios lugares donde abastecerse cercano
