Excellent. Well recommended.

Apartment was lovely. There was a bit of banging from above apartment late, but it didn't last long. It was clean, fairly big. But what we really loved was the location. It was right in the heart of the city. The hosts were lovely and very responsive.

We couldn't link tv to out Netflix for the kids at night after long days walking. The tv is not smart. There was a bit of noise from another room.

Great value especially for location

Centrally located, apartment was exceptionally clean. Came mostly stocked to make your stay more comfortable. Things looked new/newer and kept up. Felt secure, key coded doors. Loved the communication before arrival, with pictures from visual reference of entrances, the key pads with your security codes, how to access the center and how to use locks. Very helpful to get a list of items provide in apartment before hand as well. Couch and beds were very comfortable in the unit i was in. Very friendly & fast communication with property.

Did get a bit loud from the restaurant/bars below. But for where the building was located its to be expected. Just putting in for others to be aware who aren't familiar with area. Wouldn't stop me from booking there again.

Very good place to stay, ideal if you need to be close to the centre.

Great location, very close to bars and restaurants, right in the centre. The flat was quite clean.

You could hear noises from neighbouring flats, I am guessing the soundproofing isn’t that good. Also the sofa cushions had some stains on them, it would feel better if the cushions were cleaned or if the property had a throw on top of the sofa.

We really liked the location of the apartments — they are right in the city center, with everything within walking distance (3–5 minutes), which is great. The apartment had everything we needed, even salt, as well as a sufficient amount of coffee, tea, powdered creamer, and sugar, which was very pleasing. There was a kitchen towel, cleaning products, and a wide selection of kitchen appliances. We liked that there was a balcony-terrace with a view of a couple of landmarks, and it was always possible to step outside and enjoy the view. It was noisy outside, but the sound insulation was good — when the windows were closed, the noise didn’t bother us. The apartments were easy to find, and the instructions were perfect.

We didn’t like that the kitchen sink kept getting clogged, and we had to wait a very long time for the water to drain. Overall, the apartment was generally clean, but we noticed some cobwebs, a couple of stains on the bed linen, and although the furniture was good, it could use some cleaning or repainting as there were visible stains.

Comfortable and convenient

Stunning Balcony View, Convenient Location which was close to everything from restaurants, tourist spots, and most especially the central station. Making our trip enjoyable, walkable, with the less hustle of travelling around.

I suggest to put a sitting area outside the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of grand palace towers, other than that everything was perfect.

Great location

It was walking distance from Brussels Midi central station like 10 min. We took a metro to De Broukere station and it is just across the entrance. There are 2 entrances, the back one is easier to access from station, the other entrance from Z Fashion is nearer to unit but walking is a bit more if you have big luggage. This unit on the 3rd floor and there is a lift with small steps from entrance. You can walk to Grand Palace . We bought Mobib card with 10 trips, from De Broukere we got of at Marlbeek station. Walked 100m amd took bus 12 to airport. Very easy amd cheap

Noisy one night as the following day was public holiday, a lot of people eating and drinking in shops below. The other night was better Well equipped kitchen and very ckean.

Nice and clean apartment right in the middle of the city!

The location is right in the middle of the city, with everything just a few steps away: a grocery store, restaurants, etc. The room was clean, and everything we needed was already there: coffee, washing agents, etc.

Has nothing to do with hosts, but was very noisy. The party went on until 2-3 AM in the morning. Maybe better sound isolation as an investment for the future. The bed could be a bit bigger.

Excellent place to stay in Brussels.

Excellent two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Brussels. Straightforward check-in and out. Warm and clean. There is a lift. Many nice restaurants around. Close to Grand Place. Close to the metro station. You pass through a gallery with beauty shops that are open until 10 PM to reach the apartment, but the area is safe and secure even after midnight. The instructions about the entrance before and after 10 PM were very accurate and easy to follow.

Shabby apartment in loud noisy and dirty City Center

Even though it’s in City Center the apartment is inside a mall . The mall is filled with homeless people and it’s very dirty Bathroom not clean . When u switch on tap in Wash basin it spays on ur shirt Very noisy area .. with Loud music till 1am Apartment not sound proof .. u always feel someone is trying to open ur door For the first time felt very unsafe in Europe Not worth paying 360 euros for 2 days

Good location and good comucation with the owners

Great location! Just a short walk from the station and close to all the main attractions. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and communication with the owners was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.

Nothing to note about the apartment itself—it was fine. However, our first impression of the building wasn’t great; it looked a bit run-down and felt somewhat unsafe at first glance. We didn’t experience any issues during our stay. It’s worth mentioning that we were always back in the apartment by 10 PM, so we didn’t spend time outside late at night.

If you just need a place in the city centre, it's fine, but definitaly not a "deluxe" stay.

The apartment is in the city centre, which was great as we came to join the Brussels Pride, lots of cafes and restaurants around, and within walking distance to the main attractions. Our hosts brought us the requested blanket and additional pillow. Easy check-in without seeing anybody, good instructions on how to get to the apartment.

First of all, when you stay in a Deluxe Studio with a terrace, you expect some space and furniture on the terrace, so you can spend time there. The apartment is super small, it was hard to be there with another person, as we were always super close and could not have privacy. The terrace is empty, although it is the only nice place in the apartment (better say "room", as that is what the apartment is). Second, the apartment is far from functional; it looks very cheap and not comfortable enough to be called Deluxe (furniture that looks and feels cheap, no hooks in the bathroom except for a single plastic one, a kettle that is barely holding on). And third point, that might be important for somebody: the light gets through the curtains, so if you are sensitive to light, there are no blackout curtains there (it is just a general downside, not critical). Besides that, to get to the apartment, you need to go through a gallery with a lot of nail salons, which was not pleasant, as it had a strong chemical smell there. We tried to always choose the shortest way outside, to avoid smelling that. Advice for the owners: buy some terrace furniture and make the space usable. A sun umbrella, some chairs, and an outside table would make the terrace the place to spend mornings and evenings, before and after exploring the city.

The location is amazing.

The apartment is very basic, and bare bones. The beds were very basic and not very comfortable. All the linen was very low quality.. the bathroom was decent, but not more than that. There's a washer but no dryer. The washer was dirty and there were no materials...

Very nice stay

The apartment is in a central location. It's close to everything, i.e., the central station, sites, restaurants, groceries, and pharmacies. The apartment has the basic things you need, such as a kitchen complete with cookware, utensils, fridge, oven, and coffeemaker; separate bathroom and toilet; electric fans for warm days; and comfortable beds. For the price that we paid, we really got a good deal!

Since it's in the city centre, expect a bit of noise. This did not bother us, though. The couch could also use a little cleaning.

Comfy and great location!

The location was amazing, we walked everywhere and was never more than 15mins away from all the main sightseeing places! Although it's situated inside a shopping mall, the apartment was nice and quiet.

The water pressure was a bit too low in the shower but nonetheless was ok for a few nights!

Great location and communication

We stayed in apt 308 (1st floor) and my in-laws stayed on the 4th floor (great view of the church). Comments generally related to 308. The location is great if you want to be near the key tourist hotspots. Within a few min walk you can indulge on great Belgium waffles, fries, and beer. The communication with the hosts was great and the few requests I had were addressed very quickly. Check-in was smooth. The pics make the apt seem a bit better than it actually is.

The bathroom is situated in the bedroom and not in the main living area. This is a short-term rental apt and there are just the basics there. Just enough cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc for the number of people staying (no salt, pepper, oil). There is no dishwasher and the expectation is that you wash and put away all dishes prior to checking out..... We could hear a bit of noise coming from the upstairs apt and from the outside but overall generally quiet. We felt safe overall but you may run into a shady character around the entrance of the apt which is inside of a mall.

Pretty comfortable and nice stay

Location can not be better but since it’s on pedestrian only area it wouldn’t be perfect for someone with lots of luggages or young kids. Very close to main attraction so we only walked once we settled from train station.

The apartment was kinda clean but there was fine sand on the floor and you needed slippers to move around the house. The heating system was not warm enough and there were no controls in the living room. No proper place for luggage and probably a luggage stand would be a good addition. No light near the cupboard and is very dark for any kind of use.

Great location right in the centre of Brussels, fantastic host who very quickly sorted an electrical issue I think we caused (don't plug three pin converters into extension leads).
