The instructions sent via email about the check inn procedure were very clear and easy to follow. The apartement is on 2 levels with quite narrow stairs. For small children or elderly persons that might be a factor. But we had an amazing stay there and the apartement exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean and very well equipped. And the location is superb for walking around the old town of Brussels. Shops, restaurants, bars - everything 1-5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend. And the owner answered very quickly to our message on Booking.com (on a Sunday!!!!). Highly appreciated his support.
The only challenge for our group were the stairs (my 70+ years mother had some challenges), but we were well aware about the stairs and there not a lot you or the owner could do about that. We loved our stay there.

La ubicación es muy buena ya que en pocos minutos estás en el centro de Bruselas, es acogedora la buhardilla.
Las escaleras son muy pendientes y peligrosas, poca limpieza en general,cortina de la ventana del baño muy sucia, espejos empañados, el agua caliente de la ducha es una locura, telarañas en las esquinas, en fin, necesita un repaso en general.
Muchos indigentes en las inmediaciones incluso una mañana nos encontramos unos de ellos abajo en el portal. La entrada del edificio muy dejada y sucia.

Brilliant location, so perfect for Christmas markets. Lovely responsive host and comfortable beds. The space feels like a country holiday cottage - plenty of supplies, but guests should know the staircases are steep and bathroom & kitchen fittings are more quirky than modern.

Posizione ottima, casa davvero molto bella soprattutto l’ultimo piano, carino e accogliente!
Le tovaglie da bagno non erano state cambiate dal precedente soggiorno, appena arrivate erano bagnate e sporche. In bagno c’erano ciabatte di altre persone, quindi ci siamo chiesti se effettivamente é stato pulito prima di noi.
