Maison Lombard by Reside

Location is right next to Grand Place. Walkabale to all central places, shops, bakery, restaurants etc. Staff is super fast in reaponses when you send queries.

Very very bad internet. Almost no WiFI. With heatwave outside, we cant even watch something on Youtube in the TV because of this. They fixed the problem after we checked out. They tried fixing it while we were there. Extremely hot as it was a heatwave time. The house has no air-conditioning (as advertised), but kept two basic portable fans. But five of us sleep in two bed rooms and the sofa bed in living room. How two fans are sufficient for that? I dont understand. Laundry machine was not working. Thwy said past tenants broke it. But that is not my problem. I paid for it. Then tbey allowed me to use the one below floor. The soap tablet they kept is the cheapest in the market and that soap spread in my clothes. Dont use that. Use yourown soap. Small issue: part of the floor is damaged due to some past water issues. Fridge is almost with very less cooling capacity. I would never stay here again.

Excellent location and facilities and combinations

lovely apartment in centre of bxl. spaceous and quiet. great place to stay (unless very hot weather)

no airco and outside it was 38 degrees. inside fans were provided.

It’s close to the grand place

The room I had is on a busy street and the windows are not insulated and therefor you can hear all the noise coming from the streets . So I would definitely advise people to get earplugs. No tea in the room and just a heads up - this is no hotel .
