R213 Residences Botanique

The apartment itself is really spacious with a gorgeous balcony. We were surprised that there are two different toilets - a main bathroom and a powder room - perfect for four women to share. They also provided useful kitchen items, like oven mitts (no one ever has these).

The wifi didn't work. The owners were aware but didn't say anything until we asked. It was never fixed.

Good sized apartment and bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a bath and 2 separate showers. Excellent kitchen. Really enjoyed the hotel restaurant, food and lovely staff. Short walk to Metro, jazz club 100m away, Grand Place 20minutes walk, sometimes through the beautiful botanical park. 3minutes to the small supermarket. 2minutes to the swimming pool.

Television was a bit quirky with its reception.

Very clean and large apartment with good location for most points of interest. Tram just out the door, or most points were only 20-30 minute walk. . Beds and pillows very comfortable. Fun decorating of the apartment. WiFi worked excellent. Kitchen minimally but adequately stocked. Once checkin issues were resolved, the stay was wonderful. Would return. Make sure you have WhatsApp and is is turned on and current.

Had some communication issues when the arrival information was not available. No one was there to meet us and we had no information for checkin. We weren’t the only ones as another couple was also out on the street trying to figure out check in as they also hadn’t received proper instruction. Made several phone calls and texts with no response. Finally able to contact Booking.com and was informed to go to hotel next door and they could supply contact info. Issue was resolved after a stressful period of time.
