Huge, well-equipped apartment with great transport links to explore Brussels and surrounding areas!

I liked the security of the various codes needed to enter the building/apartment. The apartment is huge and well equipped with everything you'd need. We especially liked the large comfy beds, TV with Netflix, robes & slippers as well as plenty of towels and extra's such as dishwasher and laundry tablets. The apartment is very nicely decorated and matched the images shown. The tram is right outside the apartment which makes for quick access to the city centre and there are a couple of grocery shops close by.

I felt the apartment could do with a deep clean, there was a lot of dust on the shelves and under the beds. There were quite a few scuff marks on the walls and the shower (although great pressure and size), could do with a bit of refresh to remove the grime. The area itself (particularly near Nord station) is quite rough and like previous occupants, we felt a little wary walking home at night. However, I appreciate this is beyond the apartment owners control and once indoors the building feels very safe and secure - just something to be wary of if travelling with small children etc.

This gorgeous, sunny flat was a great home base for a girls’ weekend in Belgium.

The flat was gorgeous, spacious, and well appointed. It was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It absolutely matched up with expectations based on the listing. I appreciated that I was able to check in a bit early and didn’t need to make a luggage storage plan. I’d happily rebook!

A fantastic apartment close to the Metro.

It was a very spacious and well appointed apartment. It was a few minutes' walk from the local subway station, and there are supermarkets close by. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Huge apartment!

The apartment is huge!!! And very tastefully furnished. Spacious living room with a gorgeous kitchen. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I opted for self check-in and it was very easy - the information was provided to me via WhatsApp on arrival day. There is a lift available so dont worry about lugging your bags up. There is a tram station outside the unit and the metro Botanique is just about 5 mins walk. There is also a Carrefour Express and Shop n Go about 5 mins walk. Couple of restos within 5 - 13 mins walk. Overall very happy with this unit!

The apartment is not city centre. U need to take the Metro to the city about less than 15 mins away. Wud be great if there were 2 bathrooms but nothing else to complain about.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the Appartment. I didn’t really pick up how to get there from the Metro and online maps were confusing. On reflection I should have asked for more information.

A good base for Brussels - we would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We found this apartment to be comfortable, spacious with an excellent range of facilities. The host was contactable and really helpful. The property is on a busy road and the tram stops right outside. There are lots of shops nearby and a good range of places to eat in the evening. It's a short five minute walk to the tube station. We particularly appreciated the wireless charging port in the bedrooms for our mobile phones. we don't see this feature elsewhere.

We stayed on a weekend when the weather was particularly cold. The living area of the apartment would get cool and we couldn't alter the temperature for the heating system in this part of the apartment.

Trolley directly outside of apartment. Large rooms. Black-out curtains. Quiet. Fast WiFi - able to stream movies.

Netflix was the only TV channel. Poor bathroom lighting. Firm mattress. Several maintenance issues.

Amazing Apartment🤩

The apartment is super nice, very spacious, and really clean. It has got a modern feel to it but still very homley. Our stay was very comfortable and it met all our needs and more! We were accommodated very well and the staff are really helpful. The The The whole family is impressed with the apartment. We had such a lovely stay and can not recommend it highly enough! Thank u, we had a wonderful stay in Belgium😀 It truly is an amazing apartment!

Cute and cozy

We loved this apartment! It was so cute and cozy. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and having laundry was so nice. A full kitchen is available if you want to cook your own food. Really good proximity to public transit. The area and the building felt safe. It was clean and had a big bathroom, the toilet is separate from the bathroom which is nice for when there’s 4 people trying to get ready in the bathroom in the morning.

Definitely recommended

Well prepared apartment with thoughtful supplies for example laundry basket and baby sit, which we didn’t even expect at all but were positively surprised. Whenever we needed help, we got prompt assistance. The bed sheet, blanket and towels were soft and fresh. Efficient heating.

The sleeping room was a bit too bright during our baby’s sleeping time because the curtain could not block the light totally but once we reported this issue we got fast solutions for it.

It is a superb apartment. Very clean and a huge property. The host was extremely helpful. We were able to access the property before the usual check in time and it was very helpful. Surpassed expectations and would stay again.

Location was convenient, accommodation was clean and well-decorated and even though we had seen the pictures when booking, we were pleasantly surprised at just how big the apartment was! There was certainly a wow moment at the size of the living space when entered.

R213 June Stay

Great location in a quiet area but just a 20 minute walk to the centre. The apartment also had great amenities right down to the smallest details you wouldn’t expect from slippers, bathrobes and even wireless phone chargers. The check in process was also really easy with the host in constant contact.

No air conditioning, which is a problem if you’re coming in the hotter months. Also the fire alarm in the bedroom has a little green light which flashes constantly and at night when the room is dark the light is pretty bright and flashes every 30ish seconds which made getting to sleep a little difficult.

Nice two bedroom apartment that had everything we needed. It was bright and clean and had a balcony. It is located about a 20 minutes walk from many of the main sites. The staff we dealt with were excellent.

Beautiful apartment for a family stay in Brussels

The location is good, about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the city center. It is also well connected to the transport network, being close to two metro stations. The apartment is quiet, the bedrooms are at the back of the building and we were not disturbed by external noise. The rooms are large and beautiful, the furniture is new, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things, we did not lack for anything. There are a Carrefour Express and a Shop&Go nearby for shopping. The person who welcomed us was very kind and we had permanent contact with the host by Whatsapp for any questions. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would gladly return to this accommodation.

Some minor repairs are needed (balcony door, one socket) but they didn't bother us. It would be useful to have more coffee capsules, tea and toilet paper, because it's difficult to buy for a few days. I think these small details can be included in the price of the location. We didn't find places to have coffee and breakfast nearby. However, there was nothing major to spoil our stay.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, a less vulnerable group would have an excellent time here

The location, the area around the property was quite intimidating at times. We were followed very closely on two occasions requiring us to stop and wait whilst the people walked around us asking for money. Very intimidating for us, we are a couple with a 1 year old baby and my elderly mother was also with us. (We only had this issue in the last few hundred metres as we got closer to the apartment from town). We also struggled a little with the construction noise which started at 7:30am and was extremely loud but we appreciate that don’t always be the case. At times we struggled to get our daughter down for naptime due to the noise of drilling and hammering which seemed to be in the next room.

Did not get information how to get in. Had to park car on sidewalk and eventually was able to alert a cleaning person to notify manager to let us in - very frustrating. Dis not get response to texting or phone calls. Was told we were notified on Whatsapp but as we were travelling, did not have wifi. MUST have better way to get access

Happy with everything

Everything was beyond what i was expecting. Decoration of the apartment was excellent, it was all equipped with what you need. Large and clean bedrooms and very large living area. 15 min.walk to Grand Place,very good guest relation from Has and Gonca. Again R213? Definetly yes :)
