Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views (not of center) and no roof terrace

A modern, spacious, nicely decorated flat (20th floor) with spectacular views. The flat’s terrace was very big and an added bonus. The beds, shower, Wi-Fi etc very good too. The flat is slightly outside the centre of Brussels but you’ll be in the Grand Place in 25 mins with public transport. Our hosts, Mia and Sofía were kind, helpful and accommodating. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this lovely, comfortable flat again.

“The roof top terrace”, which is a common space for all residents, was closed and is in any case only accessible via another neighboring building which is a real pain in the neck. We were looking forward to this so feel it should definitely not be included in the description as to all intents and purposes you can’t really use it. Similarly, the description is again misleading as you do not have views of the center. Some other minor issues need improving eg more kitchen utensils and some extra pots. The area is a bit weird, something akin to The City in London with lots of skyscrapers but very few people (at least for our weekend stay).

La comunicación con los anfitriones es excelente. La ubicación perfecta. El alojamiento tiene unas calidades y unas vistas únicas. Desde el principio te sientes como lo que es, una casa de ensueño. El año que viene, esperemos volver a tener la suerte de quedarnos de nuevo. De verdad, si estáis buscando una experiencia única… este es vuestro apartamento!

Geen schone handdoeken, hygiëne niet in orde en gebrekkige communicatie

Appartement heeft een mooi uitzicht.

We (gezin met drie jonge kinderen) verbleven twee nachten. De eigenaar kwam te laat. Ze zei dat ze er over 10- 15 minuten zou zijn, maar uiteindelijk hebben wij 50 minuten op haar gewacht. Ze stond in een file en zei duizend maal sorry. Dat vonden wij niet erg. Echter was deze rommelige start symbolisch voor de rest van ons verblijf. We kwamen op de eerste avond erachter dat er geen schone handdoeken waren. Contact opgenomen met de eigenaar en we kregen direct een reactie met verontschuldigingen. Geen probleem als de handdoeken de volgende ochtend geleverd zouden worden, zeiden wij. Iedereen kan immers een foutje maken. Echter zijn die handdoeken nooit gekomen. Herhaaldelijk gevraagd wat de status is, maar geen handdoek gezien en uiteindelijk geen communicatie meer met de eigenaar. Op de laatste ochtend hebben we ons afgedroogd met het gebruikte beddengoed en onze eigen gedragen kleren. Verder merkten we dat het appartement niet schoongemaakt was. Zo lagen er overal haren, broodkruimels, gebruikte vaatdoekjes in de keukenkast en was er een stoflaag. Ook was na de eerste dag het wc-papier op. Ook dit gemeld bij de eigenaar, maar geen reactie. Heel jammer, want het appartement zelf is best mooi, maar er zijn flink wat zaken die beter moeten.

مكان الإقامة جميل جدا ولكن الموقع كان غير واضح نهائي رغم ان الشقه جميلة جدا وكبيره ونظيفة وفي برج كبير ولكن تواصلنا مع مكان الإقامة وسهل علينا عميلة الوصول

Magnifique appartement proche du centre !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique appartement à la vue époustouflante sur tout Bruxelles. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et la propreté était impeccable. Je recommande ce logement à 100%, juste à côté de la Comission Européenne et des transports en commun.
