Top floor luxury with spectacular water views

Beautiful apartment in a new building with amazing views from the terrace, amazing sunsets. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very spacious. Clean. 20 min walk from the center but has restaurants and supermarkets at ground floor. Bus station is across the river.

Very minimal furniture and decoration, missing nightstands and bathroom shelves. Some broken down things, including one window that meant we got flooded when it rained. The apartment is windows all sides which makes it very hot in summer. No AC, only some fans. The week we stayed in (July heatwave) it was pure hell. The provided fans with digital thermometers which showed 34 degrees Celsius daytime and 30 at night, we barely got any sleep. One bedroom, the one that should probably be the master one, has two beds, the second one with a double bed is so tiny. If you use the living room extendable armchair might fit 5 people but I don’t recommend unless you really need to save money.

Good location and within walking distance to centre. Large apartment with a good amount of space. Nicely decorated, well equipped and it has a lovely view. Lovely outdoor balcony with a nice seating area. The apartment and area was quiet at night so we didn’t have any noise complaints and were able to sleep well. The host allowed us to check in early. With all things considered we were happy with the booking!

The level of communication from the host prior to check in could be improved. We were asked to bring our own towels as there was “a small issue with delivery of towels”. The information regarding the location of the key could be improved as it took us a while to figure out how to gain access to where the box was located and we had to look at the video a few times to figure out what the code for the box was. The property wasn’t fully cleaned from the previous guest as there was a half eaten cake left in the fridge and bits of confetti found on the floor. There were no blinds or curtains on the large windows in the bedrooms so we had to buy sleep masks to sleep at night.

Appartement très spacieux et propre ! Une très belle terrasse avec une très belle vue.

Les matelas un peu mou… et il n’y a en réalité que 5 lits. Une fuite d’eau.
