Everything is digital, so no possibity to ask questions. Although everything is clearly communicated, not all details are always clear. Read the instructions will help!

Perfect nice loft

Nice quiet area near to European Comissuin offices. The room was nice and big. There is code for safety in the entrance of the building and in the apartment.

There is need for light in the corridor before enter in the apartment. There is no change of towels for three days .

Decent little spot

Super cute place and really suited our needs. We were only there for a quick weekend away but were happy with the location and comfort. I could see this being great for a longer stay but we didn't need the kitchen at all.

the shower was a bit funky and leaked water easily.. seems like a design flaw and I suspect they'll change that sooner than later. It's located in a more biz part of town but an easy walk to stuff we wanted.

1. Location: It is close to the European Commission and close to Metro 2. Room: Very spacious, very clean and good decor 3. Kitchen: Nice kitchen, with all utilities for breakfast and other meals 4. Staff: Very helpful, communicative and polite Will definitely recommend everyone to try this property.

Amazing stay

Great place! The appartment looks exactly as on the pictures. It's really spacious with a very comfortable bed and all the required amenities. The location is great, in the european council district, very central but quiet at night. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again if I return to Brussels.

The stay could be further enhanced by adding a washing machine and dryer, improving the kitchenware, and upgrading the stove, as it was quite slow. We woke up by a false Fire alarm in our sleeps around 11.30pm.

Absolutely unacceptable service regarding the issuance of the invoice

As I am traveling for business, it is completely unacceptable that I still have not received an invoice. A few days for the invoice to be prepared is understandable, but sending multiple requests for an invoice and still waiting for an invoice for almost a month is absolute nonsense. Therefore, I do not recommend this accommodation for business travelers.

You could clearly hear neighbors sounds Be ready to pay eur 300 deposit once you check in online, however they return it within a few days after the checkout

Wouldn’t class as 4/5 star due to no daily cleaning

Room was not cleaned as their policy says there will be additional charges for cleaning, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days so, I expect cleaning, replacing towels, coffee etc. there was no tea and milk provided, guests are expected to drink coffee from the pods. These weren’t replenished and I was expected to speak to front office every time I needed coffee.

Some mis-happening fir the early check in, where it was paid and confirmed, and upon arrival it was not possible to get the room. It was a bit fustrating especially coming from oversees!

It's clean and close to the EU quarters and offices.

I stayed in a semi-basement apartment and I had a view to the backyard. They didn't release my deposit until after 40(!!) days and the host didn't reply to my messages when I inquired about it.

Excellent location very close to EU offices. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and all needed equipment was there.

The only thing I didn't like is the look of the small corridor on my floor.

This was a really lovely apartment with a really nice set up. Good kitchen facilities. Nice living area to hang out and watch tv and Nice bed and bathroom. Was really good value. Area was very safe also.

This was a comfortable apartment for several days.

We liked the space, having a separate sitting area and kitchen and a bedroom. It was not far from a metro station.The staff was friendly.

The stairs. From the elevator we had to go either up or down stairs to the apartment. Once in, there was a very narrow landing to go up to the living area or down to the bedroom.

Satisfying stay

Our appartment was on the 4th floor, big enough, very comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen, quiet neighberhood close to the metro station and there was a supermarket nearby. the check-in was at 16:00 and the access code was sent on time.

juts a point to consider : the sweet lobby for luggage storage is an office in a separate building with monday to friday opening hours, We arrived early on a Saturday and had to find a Stasher to store our bags until check-in. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything else was great!

Too complicated and customer unfriendly.

quiet room with nice view, good location, new and clean

Time wasted re-registering with my passport on the Sweett website. Complicated communication with useless chatbot. Not able to reach anyone by phone. WhatsApp communication via chatbot. Threat if you do not complete registration on Sweett you lose your booking. Complicated key system. Each time you want to enter into house and apartment you have to get out your phone and look up the key combination and type in to enter, which was frustrating. The "apartment" looks much bigger on the pictures than it is. No one services the room.

Pleasant. I’d stay again

The room was nice and smartly furnished. The backyard offer a pleasant view. When I complained about the cleaning upon checking in, a second cleaning was provided with no delay.

The bed makes a lot of noise when properly used. Best for singles

A very clean and comfortable accommodation, within walking distance of the city centre.

The staff were very helpful, and courteous. The rook was large and clean, with a very good bathroom and very comfortable bed.

The kitchenette was good, although very little workspace for food preparation. It is hard to fault anything else though.

Spacious, dining area good, comfortable sitting room, good bedroom, excellent storage. The TV which turned to the bedroom/ sitting area was clever.

A few insects were in this basement property. It would be better if the heating control had been explained. I had expected basics such as salt and pepper. There is no dishwasher but dishwasher tablets were provided. There was no washing up liquid.

Sijainti on erinomainen, vanha keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Lisäksi lähellä on kaksi metroasemaa. Kauniisti sisustettu huoneisto oli tilava, sänky laadukas ja hyvä nukkua, pieni keittokomero toimi hyvin aamu- ja iltapalan laitossa. Rauhallinen alue.

Espectacular estancia.

Espectacular Apartamento en una zona tranquila,muy buena comunicación para el check-in. Cerca del Parlamento y del centro, y muy buena comunicación con los transportes públicos para desplazarte. El personal muy atento. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.
