The apartment and location was fantastic and easy to get into the city on the train.
Very noisy on the floor above us at early hours of the morning.

Clean and well equipped. Nice bed.
The fire alarm went off twice but the staff never showed up. Guest called the fire department who came to turn alarm off.

Strategic location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable layout in the studio, bathroom/shower is huge and well equipped. Kitchen also has everything you need. Recommended, especially if travelling for work.
Washing machine would have been convenient, or a common washing area. There were some bugs here and there, but I also kept the windows open most of the time so could be that :) really nothing to dislike about the place, I will book with them again when in Brussels.

Room was not cleaned as their policy says there will be additional charges for cleaning, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days so, I expect cleaning, replacing towels, coffee etc. there was no tea and milk provided, guests are expected to drink coffee from the pods. These weren’t replenished and I was expected to speak to front office every time I needed coffee.
