Los estudios son preciosos, muy bien ubicado cerca a 2 estaciones de metro y tren, además cerca del centro (17min andando) sin estar en medio del caos del centro, la limpieza y servicio excelente.

the application for the web check-in was not friendly to the user

Room was not cleaned as their policy says there will be additional charges for cleaning, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days so, I expect cleaning, replacing towels, coffee etc. there was no tea and milk provided, guests are expected to drink coffee from the pods. These weren’t replenished and I was expected to speak to front office every time I needed coffee.
