A great enjoyable apartment for a weekend break in Brussels!

A great apartment with nice facilities and clean and well maintained

Our kids are teenagers so it was okay (and fun) but the stairs are very steep so maybe difficult for younger kids.

Nice apartment between university and city center

The apartment is spacious, clean, and looks like the pictures. Location: there is bus stop right in front of the building, so you can reach there center in 30-40 mins, 20 mins to university by foot/bus. Easy check-in with key box - which is also perfect if you travel with a group that comes and goes in different times.

Two bedrooms have a door, the one on the top is an open-floor plan. Be aware that the double beds only have one bedcover - so you have to share it with the person you're sharing a bed with. The apartment is therefore more suitable for couples and really close friends, and not so much for colleagues (or similar).

I'd return to this property in the future, it was lovely!

The apartment has a lot of light and was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the security the multiple locked doors gave us. The host was efficient and precise in his communication, which was great for us.

The many inner stairs and the fact that it has only one toilet. But we understand the restrictions on the space and plumbing, this was not something that affected our vacation. It was confortabile even if there were 5 adults.

We really liked the design and cosyness of the flat, which has all facilities of a home plus great location. Very nice living room to relax or socialise when you visit with friends, family or colleagues. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our special requests. Will definitely stay again when in Brussels.

Worth noting the place is not convenient for people finding it hard to climb stairs as the rooms are located between three levels with narrow staircases in between.

Perfect apartment in Brussels

The apartment was perfect for us! It was really big, clean and comfortable. Perfect for family or group of friends. The location is really good, super nice neighborhood close to the European parliament. We didn't have any contact with the host during our stay, everything was working perfectly.

The only thing I can think of that it could be difficult for older people with the tight circular stairs inside the apartment

Kitchen, the space, safety, location, responsiveness of the owner.

Maybe a washing machine with a dryer would make our life easier, we travelled with small kids. But there is a laundry point on the corner. A mattress in one of the beds rather uncomfortable.

The check- in and check- out time is not comfortable at all.. as its not logic to check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:30 am .. I never seen like this rules before.

Awesome Brussels trip

Nice, and cozy. Good apartments near the city center. It was way above then we expected. Only good memories. 100% recommendation!

Sometimes water pressure was low. Especially in a toilet - impossible to wash your hands. Also, it would be great if there would be some food. Because we have arrived late and no shops were open, no delivery working, and we would be really happy to cook something.

Un beau séjour :)

L'appartement est vaste, avec trois vraies chambres. C'est bien décoré, fonctionnel et plein de petites attentions. Des capsules de café, du thé, du sucre, quelques bonbons. Tout est propre, y compris les équipements de la cuisine. Notre hôte s'est montré très agréable au téléphone. Bref, nous avons passé un beau séjour, comme à la maison !

Tout était bien. Les escaliers sont toutefois raides !

Nous avons passé un super moment en famille dans cette appartement qui est lumineux et spacieux.

À noter qu'il n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite car il y a beaucoup d'escaliers.

Ottima casa per un viaggio di gruppo

La casa è ottima per 3 coppie. 3 camere matrimoniali (due al secondo ed una al terzo piano) ed un salone con cucina accoglienti al primo piano. Playstation per i ragazzi ed un divano molto comodo per un te' in compagnia mentre ci si riposa prima di partire per la prossima tappa. Molto vicino ai mezzi pubblici, con un bar a meno di 5 minuti a piedi per la colazione

Se il secondo bagno avesse avuto la doccia anche lui sarebbe stata perfetta, ma è stato realizzato per i soli bisogni primari nel sottoscala. Una doccia in 6 rende necessario organizzarsi con gli orari

Schönes Haus in guter Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße

Wir haben mit Freunden ein verlängertes Wochenende hier verbracht und es lief alles super. Die Unterkunft ist gut eingerichtet, für 6 Personen geeignet und sauber. Die Übergabe lief kontaktlos via Türcodes und es war kein zusätzlicher Kontakt notwendig. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend direkt an der Straße (wir waren mit 3 Autos da und haben alle einen Platz gefunden) und kostet Mo - Fr. zwischen 9 und 18 Uhr pro Stunde 2€; ansonsten ist es kostenfrei und Ladesäulen (4,5 KW) gibt es auch einige in der Nähe. Direkte Busanbindung in die Stadtmitte oder 45min. Ausreichende Restaurants oder auch Bars sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!

Die Betten sind etwas schmal (Queensize mit einer Decke); für Paare ideal; für gute Freunde auch okay. Sehr schmale Treppen - liegt aber an der Bauweise des Hauses.

Superbe séjour en famille l'appartement agréable.

L’emplacement et le quartier calme, l’accessibilité des bus pour aller Grand place, Palais Royal ainsi que avenue Louise et les marolles. Le petit marche le dimanche matin place Jourdan à 5mns à pieds ainsi que le choix des restaurants.

Peut-être pas adapter pour des enfants en bas âge car beaucoup d’escaliers mais il y a des barrières de protection pour chaque escaliers… il est quand même bien sécurisé.
