I would suggest the property, the cleaning is not the best but it is in a good place with all the basics someone needs a

The property had plenty of space, like in the pictures. The location was very good and the price was affordable compared to other properties. The heating system was working fine.

The cleaning would be better as the sheets, duvet covers and towels I don’t think had been changed from previous booking but I didn’t really care because I used my own.

The worst experience

Nothing!!

Everything was unpleasant! The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were blood stains on towels and blankets, dirty floors, unclean windows, and cigarette ash on the windowsill. The bathroom was very dirty, with hair everywhere, and the apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell. The host was unresponsive and ignored my complaints. I do not recommend this place. It was my worst accommodation experience.

Dirty and expensive apartment

I didn't like anything.

The apartment is old, very dirty, a smell comes from the restaurant below, without elevator to the 3rd floor and there was not even a hand soap available. The worse experience ever in an apartment.

Disappointing.

The location.

No contact with the owner/host. The keypad for the street door is difficult to operate and I barely could enter. I left 5 messages on a voice mail and the link on Booking to message the property never loaded up.

A very basic placeand I’ll not be returning.single room so streetlights flood it so not possible to black out for sleep.

Handy to Parliament

Very sparsely furnished and unwelcoming . No curtains on front despite street light just outside. Kettle broken and needs replacing and it needs a fan as it’s very hot and not easy to get a breeze without street noise. Shower also needs descaling and needs soap in the shower. Bedding and pillows also very tired. I would have welcomed b fore booking knowing there were 2 flights of very steep stairs as with a suitcase it was very difficult as a single lady on my own.

Place very run-down. No attempt at making the place cozy. No washing machine. No A/C (very hot in Brussels). Pictures misleading.

It big but there are is little to none furniture

It’s not very clean the mirror in the bathroom is broken and the sink was very dirty not cleaned there was a lot of dust and stains on the sheets

Not coming nxtime.

Terrace!

No communication. I am still struggling to get any response. Noone picks up the phone, noone answers the voice message, impossible to send an email. The stairs were broken, the curtains fixed to the window with a paper clip! and I even found a forgotten sock on the floor. Location central yet amidst very, very loud bars that didnt let me sleep till 2am. Not ideal for a business trip, after all. Ideal for stag parties, I guess. The apartment is spacious but clearly very shabby and run down. If the Propertynis reading this, do get in touch, I need my invoice! Oh, and in summer you will just sweat tour heart out, it is too warm without AC.

Poor hygiene, disgusting. Pillows smell like sweat of many previous guests. Hair and stains on linens, sheets, pillows, towels. Tried to contact the owner to replace the sheets and linens, no reply. No choice, had to stay... Afraid of touching anything, afraid of walking barefoot, using cups and cutlery. Very noisy place, steep staircase to 2nd floor, dust, dirty windows. Close to "biohazard" with dust, rust and even some blood traces in the freezer. One has to have a strong stomach for this place or no other choice :-( No TV Channels, no internet access via WiFi, no A/C.

Beds not really compfy, in toilet broken splash button no soap to wash hands, walls dirty, loads of marks on them. Smell far away from nice.

A really unfriendly place, only one bulb was lighting our of 6, same in the kitchen. Broken flush in WC, broken shower. Everything without even a little bit of care. Would not recommend at all

the location is good but really that's about it.

the place is filthy, run down, pieces broken, trash on the floor, dirty towels, mouldy bed linen. We sent photos to the manager but no one replied after that. So no solution offered, no communication, UNACCEPTABLE

Bad

The location was good. The size of the appartmebt was also satisfactory.

Sense of insecurity during the stay, as there's no door-locking mechanism from the inside of the appartment. The entrace manner with security codes did not make me feel safe as I wasn't sure about regularity of the codes' updates. Also, given this was business trip I heavily relied on availavle wifi but out of the two wifi options porovided by the rentiers none was even available in the flat. No heating whasaever, which would not be such a problem if only there was warm water in the bathroom - deliberately saying warm, as I'm.aware of the energy situation. But not even luke-warm, really!? After 15 minutes of attempting to get it running... TV was not working either despite heavy network of extension cables and receivers/adapters/routers. And finally, the toilet smell...

Very good location, close to gare de Luxembourg and European Institutions.

Very disappointed with the support. Hot water stopped working on the second day of my stay. After a first call and a person entering the apartment without my permission, the issue was not solved and I was not able to get any further reply to my repeated attempts to report the problem.

Shower barely worked, no air-con, no replacement bin bags - otherwise a very nice apartment

Good

Great location, open plan space was really good and was comfortable. Good enough for upto a week.

The bed linen although clean did have some old mould stains on them so we requested new linen but no response from the host. No toaster and fan available. Faulty windows near the bed. Water pressure was really low in the bathroom sink. But overall apartment was clean.

Good accommodation if you need to be in the area, otherwise don't bother.

This was our second time staying at this apartment. The accommodation is well located for EU institutions, is spacious and clean but very basically furnished. The double bed is just two singles pushed together, the towels are worn and thin, very little by way of crockery and cutlery etc. There was even less by way of lamps etc than on my previous visit. I think i said then that the apartment is good, just let down by the furnishings etc.

Extremely big apartment. At safe location. Price/comfort assessment is Ok.

The apartment needs to be refurnished and at least to be painted. The photos are taken most probably years ago. Recent photos should be used on Booking.com. The kitchen stuffs are not enough and clean. Water pressure was not good at bath. No curtain on the one window which is facing some offices at other building.

This place is good for a bigger group of people that just need a basic place to sleep.

The location is great! Its a spacious loft that was good for our group of 5. Easy to enter, contactless, all using codes. There were sheets for all the beds and towels for all guests. We got a good deal on the place so it was accurate value for money, it did the job. The heating works well and fast.

The wifi did not work so we had to use our own data on the phone. There werent enough cups for 5 people and there could be more glasses. The dishes had sort of been cleaned but they were definitely still dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned, when we arrived there was still pee in the toilet, and hairs on the floor. The door of the shower also does not close properly. Two of the chairs in the kitchen are broken.

Pleasant

The location is great, the apartment is very nice, there's a lot of space, nice kitchen and TV corner. Big bedroom and very good wifi

There were not enough towels, after sending two messages the towels never arrived. The apartment is not very clean, there are chewing gums on the walls, the couch has big stains and in the bathroom there is the fan covered in mold, stuff that can be fixed with a few euros.

Nice Stay

Gréât location for EU Parliament. Spacious. Clean and comfortable. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

There were some Issues which are very easily rectified included the following - poorly kitted out for an apartment making it impossible to eat in if one wanted to, only two cups, one dinner plate and no drinking glasses, though they were supplied after requesting same from management company. Lacking bathroom supplies such as hand soap. All of these issues are very easily rectified.
