Absolutely Fab! Home away from home!

Everything 😊 The apartment (modern and well appointed- loved it), furnishings, amenities, the entrance, the security absolutely fab! The location is super handy with 2 tram stations so very very close (it was a breeze to zip to anywhere in the city and outskirts, eateries almost practically at your doorstep. I will come back anytime. Highly recommended 😊

Superb modern, spacious, well-equipped & clean apartment

The apartment was clean, modern & spacious & with well-eqipped & supplied furniture. fittings & facilities that are as needed & worked as they should. The property appeared very well-manged & communication from the team was clear. The room, bathroom & water heaters worked well in winter with minor & short drops in water temperature. We were fine that the only TV was in the living room. The shared free-to-use industrial-standard washing machines & dryers on the 1st floor were simple to use & washed & dried our clothes well in a jiffy. The location was largely residential, quiet, near the Louise shopping street & a short 2-tram stop via frequent tram 93 to the Louise metro station that is well-connected everywhere. There are at least 2 small supermarkets within walking distance nearby but we only frequented the closer one, a Carrefour Express, which was around 250m away. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Clean, well equipped and good location

We had a nightmarish experience on the last night (Oct 11) of our 3 days stay at The Livorno. The guests in the apartment directly above us had what sounded like an ALL-NIGHT PARTY. There was non-stop, loud, pounding music and noise, people coming and going, shouting, dancing and stomping of feet all over the apartment. This went on all night. At around 2.30 am someone rang our doorbell and banged on our door a few times. This was a bit scary to us as we did not know who it was and what to expect. We were of course unable to sleep the entire night.

Wow! I liked everything a bout this apartment. The hospitality, cleanness, decorations, etc. It's quite clear that they paid attention to all details.

A little dust on fans but not a big deal for us as we didn't use them.

Beautiful, clean apartment and lovely staff!

We loved our stay at the Livorno! So many great things: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities - two toilets and showers, modern furnishings/fixtures, near great restaurants/shopping/vibrant areas, friendly and helpful staff. The neighborhood felt safe and was clean. It was walkable to the city center. Our check-in was easy - Anna met us at the property to give us a facility tour and explain the doors and laundry. She also provided excellent restaurant/cafe recommendations. We were able to check in early which was fabulous after a long journey there. And we were able to store our luggage when we checked out to allow us to tour all day before our evening departure from Brussels. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable stay

The apartment is in a fantastic location—within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars, and close to the city center and popular tourist spots. Despite being so central, the area is peaceful and feels very safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and offers plenty of privacy. Parking is available, though it comes at an additional cost. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to explore the city while enjoying a quiet retreat.

The bathroom showers could use more thorough cleaning, and there weren’t enough towels provided during my stay. Also, if you visit during the summer, the apartment tends to get quite warm. While fans are available, they may not be sufficient to keep the space comfortable on particularly hot days.

Excellent, well equipped property in nice neighborhood

Excellent property that is well equipped with whatever you could possibly need for a short stay. In a convenient yet quiet neighborhood with nearby Carrefour supermarket and multiple restaurants.

I stayed in the duplex for 12 nights, Would be nice if complimentary cleaning is provided after a week.

Fantastic apartment on a quiet street. Well equipped kitchen. Great for families.

Beautiful apartment, quiet street, close proximity to many things. The apartment is huge, and the layout was ideal for us. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped. The customer service was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the updated electronics were greatly appreciated.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. It was great.

Living room was nice.

Bedroom were poor and specially bathrooms. Even no shower in the main room, only bathtub. Kitchen equipment was poor. Only one casserole and few equipment. Limited plates and cups and cutlery.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Everything was perfect, the rooms, bathrooms and the beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious, there was lots of channels on tv, the wifi was very good, it was very well located. Thank you!

if I really need to say something I can only criticize the taps that were too short in relation to the lever and there was no hand soap in the kitchen but otherwise everything was perfect.
