    The staff was great during check in, and the room was great with bathtub. We had the view of the large tree so it was nice to have coffee and just enjoy with that view. We did had a crazy neighbor who started blasting music of dance monkey, old town road, ed sheeran and the likes at around 11 PM towards. with screaming singing. And screaming baby, which i think was not part of the music. We told the staff and he addressed it within 2 mins. It was impressive. Unfortunately the music goes on, but the staff were very professional and gave us a new room. I don’t know if it was the choice of music taste that was rather quite shocking and nightmarish or the actual volume, or both.

    Upon arrival the cool aesthetic of the hotel is immediately felt and seen. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Everything was ready for me and the room was exceptional, clean, practical, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I really loved the look and feel - my room had an outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the city. Hope to be back soon

    Only wish I discovered this hotel in Brussels sooner- quiet area, with small park right in front, a stones throw away from Louise area, and seemingly safe area. Will certainly be back when in Brussels.

    It was good overall. Communication with the hotel wasn’t the best, but the room was clean. It was tiny, but reasonably comfortable.
