Apartments Berlaymont OHY

The property was conveniently located near public transportation (less than 10 min walk to closest subway and train station). There is bus that goes to the airport within less than 5 min walk away. The apartment is an older apartment but has convenient amenities (in unit washer and dryer, full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave). All of the amenities were in good working condition. The host was very responsive to questions. Retrieving the key from nearby lock box wasn't as hard as what other reviews suggested - it was very straightforward. My luggage was held up by an airline. I wasn't available the day the luggage was scheduled to be returned back to me by courier. The host was unusually kind and very generously offered to help receive and deliver my delayed luggage from her home nearby. I was blown away by her helpfulness. She went above and beyond what a host would do in this situation.

Everything in the apartment was functional. One minor issue was the balcony door was stuck and very hard to close. I left it open (with curtains closed).

I have stayed here for the 2nd time already and I think I would stay for the 3rd. Location is extremely convenient for those, who have business with EU institutions - actually you can see Europe Commission building trough the window. Apartments are spacious, all basic amenities are in place.

FUJI apartments are on the 4th floor, no elevator, narrow stairs, so you can have struggles with larger or heavier suitcase. The shower holder is broken and needs replacement.

Excellent location near Schuman and great street for resto, drinks and metro. Flat is a short walk down the road from the number advertised. All the needed facilities in the kitchen. I'm coeliac so I like to prepare my own food. Large room overall. Bathroom and shower perfect. Even though the bed was only a small single, it was very comfy and the pillows too ! Would happily stay again. Great flat 👌

Could do with all black out blinds, rather than only some of them being black out, to help with darkness and to keep out the hot sun! Flat on 7th floor of an old building, i was wary in the lift, but that's just me 😊

The property had everything I needed. A kitchen with all plates and utensils etc, cooker, kettle, toaster coffee maker and some tea and coffee, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV iron and iron board etc. The main attraction was the location and proximity to schuman and metro and bus to and from airport is 50 metres from the door.

The apartment was on the top (3rd floor) with no lift and approx 70 stairs so not ideal for people who have heavy/large luggage. The furniture is basic but functional. The bedroom is upstairs with a large double bed with side tables and lamps, but no other furniture, so all your clothes are left downstairs in an open style ward robe. The price was possibly a little too pricey, but reasonable.
