Very convenient location and well equipped. I was only there for one night but would be an excellent base for longer stay with full kitchen and facilities. Access was very easy and convenient also with self check-in.

Was quite hot overnight for some reason but does have aircon which I didn't use.

A good place for one person in a safe neighborhood

Good location, close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. Very, very clean, and I felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood, especially as a solo female traveler.

The bed was really firm and after two nights on it I had a pretty stiff back. However, if you’d like for mattresses, you’ll be fine. I also thought that the cost was a little bit high.

Nice apartment in the EU quarter

Nice apartment. Easy access and communication. Facilities as described. Next to Schuman station.

In summer there's a lot of noise from the surrounding bar terraces until very late even on workdays. To get to this apartment, count 63 steps, plus another 13 to the bedroom.

Great location, great apartment.

Excellent location in the heart of the European quarter. Being 5 mins from Schuman station means easy access to both the local Brussels Metro and the IC train. This was a upscale neighbourhood which was bustling with office workers, which made the entire stay feel very safe. The apartment has got a washing machine which was very useful for us to do a quick laundry too.

For some reason we couldn't seem to get the AC to work its cool mode. It was blistering hot on some nights... Schuman area in front of the Berlaymont building is currently under construction so there's lots of temporary roads and pavements and lots of dust. But this is obviously temporary although it did affect our ease of accessing the apartment a little.

Cozy place in a nice district of the city

easy to reach with public transport. You can reach the center of the city on foot. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items. In the bathroom we found a nice smelling bathroom amenties.

Some days we heard noise from outside. And when I booked it, I pointed out that we will be 2 people. But bed linen were prepared just for one bed. This was fixed just the next day.

Good location - Communication needs improvement

The location was convenient. Generous supply of coffee capsules and toiletries.

Communication could be improved in terms of timeliness. I assisted another guest who tried but in vain to contact the manager/owner about her check-in details and ended up staying elsewhere.

Ideal location if meetings at the European Quarter. Challenging if have a lot of luggage.

The location of the apartment is ideal especially for people who might have meetings in the European Quarter. Schuman metro station is around the corner. A lot of restaurants in the area. a lot of people walking around in the area, feel sage even late at night. The apartment was clean and spacious.

When i had an issue with the TV the communication responsiveness by the property owners was very slow and not ideal. The apt was on the 3rd floor (with no elevator - i knew that) with only a very narrow typical wooden staircase which was not a problem per se, but the person living on the first floor has installed shoe cases in front of the staircase, making it somewhat challenging going up or down with suitcases. Also the 3rd door (which was supposed to be closed at all times) was found often open (3 times in 2 days).

Nice, comfy, small apartment in Berlaymont vicinity

Nice small, duplex, top floor apartment very close to Berlaymont, plenty of restaurants and bars around, night shop just across the street. Clean, fully equipped, comfy bed, air condition. Overall very satisfied for the price.

Light in the bathroom not sufficient. Not much storage room for cloths. Quite a noise from the bars around late in night (till 1 am).

I want to return

Lovely part of the city, very few tourists, near parks, 3-4 stations away from a lot of the sights. The public transport is very easy to use and inexpensive. There is a wonderful little food shop next door and some friendly cafes.

Perhaps some would need to know that there are steep stairs to the bathroom.

I was alone, so this suited me fine as was out most of the days and only used for sleeping.

The property had everything I needed. A kitchen with all plates and utensils etc, cooker,kettle,toaster coffee maker and some tea and coffee, fridge,dishwasher,washing machine, TV iron and iron board etc. The main attraction was the location and proximity to schuman and metro and bus to and from airport is 50 metres from the door.

The apartment was on the top (3rd floor) with no lift and approx 70 stairs so not ideal for people who have heavy/large luggage. The furniture is basic but functional. The bedroom is upstairs with a large double bed with side tables and lamps, but no other furniture, so all your clothes are left downstairs in an open style ward robe. The price was possibly a little too pricey, but reasonable.

Enjoyable and great value stay in Brussels

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location and fantastic sized apartment. Good facilities and easy check-in. Highly recommended!

Not much, only a few minor things - it was very hot in the apartment, albeit an aircon machine was provided which was helpful. I think it was a mistake that two shampoos were provided instead of a shower gel. There were also a few stray hairs about, but nothing major.

Very high quality accommodation for a decent amount of money.

First of all, the location of the apartment is extremely good! The apartment is well equipped with all necessary elements for a stay. Also, the price of accommodation is very fair and acceptable. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended.

Maybe just improve the use of the TV considering that the messages on the TV are only in French so that those who don't know French have a harder time getting the TV programs.
