Location is very convenient with a bus stop right outside and a brand new grocery store next door. Bedrooms at the back meant the sleep quality was fairly decent given how busy the road is on the other side. Staff was friendly and responsive and helpful.
The whole place suffers from a general lack of care. The bathroom vent is filthy, the door to the living room balcony doesn’t close properly, the soap door on the dishwasher was totally broken off, hooks missing in the bathroom, a single bedside lamp for an apartment designed to sleep four people is just frustrating. Also either the sheets were wrong for the bed sizes or not put on correctly as they did not stay in place on either bed.

Spacious, easy access to bus/metro/train
Poor ventilation (no aircon and only 1x fan). Unfortunately not like the photos on the website. All plants dead or non existent. Only two flat pillows. No sheet. Broken hinges on cupboards.
