Good location fro train station but incessant noise from trains negates this benefit!
Very close to Brux-Lux train station.
Very noisy with passing trains. Noisy heating system. Main window in living room behind a shutter. Smell of drains/damp in entrance hall. No window in basement bedroom. Waist high mirror in basement in basement en-suite, rendering it practically useless.

OK stay in Brussels
OK stay next to European Parliament. Spacious apartment that can accomodate rather wide groups comfortably (we were 5 people). Friendly and responsive host.
Bear in mind that location is righte next to railway tracks, so noise is rather serious. Also second bedroom located in basement, with rather steep stairs.

Brilliant location
The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It is only a few minutes from the underground and very convenient. There is a Lidl nearby.

This stay is from a very accommodating host with a disappointing apartment.
The property was very accommodating and quick to reply with any questions.
There could be more thought into guest comfort. The stairs to the lower bedroom and bath were very poorly made, steep and tilt outward and away. Towels had stains and were not soft and there wasn’t any way to actually wash the dishes (just 1 sponge for cleaning everything?). The basement bathroom was in rough shape, extremely small and the mirror is crotch-level.

Very pleasant stay at the Design Europarlament Apartment
We had a fantastic stay at the Design Europarlament Apartment. We were there as a family of five. We really liked the location, it was only about 10 minutes by car to the city center and the area itself is very pleasant. The private terrace is a great bonus, especially in summer or spring! The host was always immediately reachable and communication was very smooth and the place was clean. Absolutely recommendable!
