La ubicación es buena, cerca de la parada de metro de MERODE, que te lleva pronto a la estación central de Bruselas (la menos peligrosa de las 3). Existe un supermercado muy cerca. Es un alojamiento amplio y muy bien equipado para comer allí.

Fuimos en agosto. Me confundí al llegar, debido al tremendo salto de numeración en la propia calle. Era una buhardilla en una 4ª planta y el ascensor (que sólo llegaba hasta la 3ª planta, como es habitual) estaba averiado desde junio de 2026.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, bright, and well-located.

We're not very picky, nor do we usually leave negative reviews, as the damage is considerable, but the cleanliness was something we couldn't resist mentioning. There were used sheets and pillows in the closets. I prefer to think the bedding was washed. In general, move anything—the sofa, the table, or even the toaster—and it would be dirty underneath. The upholstered chairs were dirty. The bathtub wouldn't drain because of the dirty filter, etc. You'd be stuck to the elevator floor for five days.
