They take care of making it welcoming and comfortable. The instructions are also very clear.
It's on a very busy road - it didn't bother me, but bring your earplugs (they also provide basic once, which is very good) and sleeping masks.

A clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped. There was also water and Coke waiting in the apartment as a welcome gesture. The stairs are indeed steep, so it is worth keeping that in mind. Very close to the European Parliament.
Everything met my expectations. One small thing to improve would be to replace the batteries in the remote controls.

Good location, very clean, stocked shop 20 m., bus stop 50 m. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. Big TV with many programs. Fast internet. They had left us a welcome compliment - chips, water and Coca Cola. There were new slippers, three types of towels and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste. We will visit the place again!
There is nothing we didn't like. Too bad we didn't have a few more days to stay.

Location, tasteful interior, warm, new kitchen.
Very narrow and steep staircase and no noice isolation from outside.
