My first bad experience with booking.com I should not have ignored the reviews for this property

Be careful !!!!!!!

Be careful — this is a scam. We booked the accommodation, and after the booking the host demanded an additional €500 by bank transfer. We were with children and had no choice, so we sent the money. Check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, but the host stopped responding. At the given address there was a warehouse, not a house. Only several hours later — when we had already rented and paid for another place — the host finally contacted us and sent instructions on how to get the keys, but to a completely different address. We never checked into the property, and customer support also didn’t help us get our money back. Very disappointed.

I did not stay overnight - the apartment was so bad that I decided to go to the hotel.

There was not a single thing I liked about the property. From the moment of booking - just a stress and very poor communication.

Apartment is under wrong address than stated in booking.com Everything is broken, very very poor quality, stinky or not working. There is no hair drawer, no iron, no functionalities.

I only liked the position.

The access to the building is possible through a code-only, as the owner did not provide the keys to the entrance door. However, the door was broken and the code did not work, hence I had NO access to the building. Despite the urgency of the issue, the owner was not responsive, and provided me with NO solution. I had to rely on other people - neighbors - to be sure to have access to the building, hence to the apartment. The owner answered NOT EVEN ONE call.

The location was fine . Not too far from Schman station Was spacious.

There were cobwebs. No hand wash in the toilets Upstairs room had bad smell The doors were creaky Hot water didn’t work in bathroom

Avoid at all costs - poor communication, risky payment practices, and doesn't match the discription

The Location

Extremely Poor Communication and Risky Payment Demands Key collection was a nightmare - the host was unresponsive for over 2 hours, leaving us stranded outside. When they finally responded, they demanded a €500 wire transfer deposit before providing access information. While a deposit was mentioned in the booking, the risky wire transfer requirement wasn't clearly stated. Facility Issues The property was completely misrepresented and in terrible condition. Bad smells throughout, very poor cleaning with cigarette butts left behind, and broken amenities - TV, refrigerator, and electric stovetop didn't work properly. Furniture was damaged and the garden was neglected. Overall Between the unresponsive host, unsafe payment demands, and a dirty property with non-functional amenities, this was an absolutely terrible experience. The accommodation doesn't match the description and isn't suitable for guests. Cannot recommend.

Sale et froid

Rien hormis l'emplacement mais ca ne suffit pas

A l’arrivé le code reçu n’était pas le bon donc nous sommes restés 30 minutes avant d’avoir une réponse en passant par Booking le numéro donné ne sert à rien puisque absolument personne ne répond. L’appartement était glacé nous n’avons eu ni chauffage ni eau chaude se qui est plutôt dérangeant en plein décembre. Quelqu’un est venu réparer la chaudière après deux jours dans le froid et rien à changé pour l’eau. Une des douches ne sers à rien vue que l’eau ne coule pas. Aucun équipement dans la cuisine impossible de faire des pâtes pour 6 pas assez de chaises et pour finir l’appartement est sale les draps sont à mon avis laissé entre les locations il y a des taches sur les canapés. Il ne devrait ps y avoir ce genre d’appartement sur booking.

J’ai mis 3 heures d’attente et 58 minutes au téléphone avec booking a raison de 2 € la minute pour le code pour avoir accès au logement, avec les enfants dans le véhicule très désagréable cette expérience
