I do not recommend it to anyone until they disinfect it

The only plus of this apartment is the location. It is located in the center, between two metro stations and you can walk to the European center in a few minutes.

It is terribly dirty, especially the bed linen, towels - stained. The chair is so dirty that you don't want to sit down. The heating was turned off at night, there was no light in the toilet.

Nice apartment but cleanliness should be improved.

Location, convenience since grocery is just below the building, close to the train station, toiletries and kitchen facilities.

Whole apartment was not properly cleaned, you can see cob webs on the ceiling lamps, bed was uncomfortable too soft and less pillows, comforters has smoke smell, furnitures were not fitted for the small area of the apartment, keys of the apartment was not on a water pipe as instructed but on the window steel grill. All these can be improved to make this apartment more comfortable for the travelers.

great location, the building is modern and safe and the neighbourhood is quiet but close to city centre, metro and train stations.

it wasn’t very clean and the bathroom sink was very clogged, we had to use the kitchen one.

Very nice concept. Everything we need is there. Location is good, close to city center as well as nice Etrerbeek districts. And the management team has been very helpful when needed

La ubicación y que el edificio es bastante nuevo

No tuvimos ningún problema para entrar y durante los días que estuvimos, pero no fue de nuestro agrado que no tuviéramos contacto ni teléfonico, ni por whatsapp ni, por supuesto, presencial con anfitrión alguno. Saber que hay alguien al otro lado da tranquilidad, porque nunca sabes lo que puedes necesitar durante la estancia. Enviar una bienvenida telefónica o por whatsapp creo que sería conveniente.

Blizina centra i svih sadržaja. Apartman je bio uredan i opremljen svime potrebnim za ugodan boravak.

Krevet je smješten u predsoblju, odmah do ulaznih vrata pa se dosta čuje buka sa hodnika. Cijena je dosta visoka, ali u skladu s briselskim cijenama.

Appartamento carino e funzionale

Carino, funzionale, in zona tranquilla. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale 20 minuti a piedi dalla Grande Place.

Difetti: la camera matrimoniale si trova nell'ingresso e non ha finestre (gli arriva luce e aria dalla stanza successiva che fa da sala e cucina ed eventuale camera da letto per la terza/quarta persona). Il contenitore delle chiavi dell'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto scomoda a livello terra del marciapiede e ha dietro uno spazio vuoto: consiglio di fare molta attenzione quando si ritirano le chiavi per evitare che cadano in quello spazio! Consiglierei di mettere un ventilatore nel bagno.
