Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist schön hell und sauber mit einem modernen Bad und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche (zumindest für Frühstück und Vesper). Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwei vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Check-In, sehr nette Gastgeber (Kontakt per Booking-Mail). Parken dort im Gebäude möglich, jedoch günstiger im Parkhaus Passage 44 (15€ für 24h statt 25€ pro Nacht). Dies liegt bei der nahegelegenen Metro-Station “Botanique”. Gute Gegend mit nahegelegenen Restaurants und Bars.
Schlecht Lärmisoliert, somit laut wegen der Tram in der Straße und der Polizeistation im Nachbargebäude. Ohrstöpsel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Händehandtuch auf dem WC wäre nicht schlecht.

De mooie hoge ruimte en het feit dat er thee ligt, afwasmiddelen, oordopjes e.d. het lijken kleinigheden maar het is gastvrij

The beds were comfortable and good size for a group of 4. Very nice accommodation and secure. Recommended!

La ubicacion, la limpieza y los detalles
Hace falta un aire acond por q hacia mucha calor y mucho ruido de sirenas de policia, bomberos, ambulancias, era constante durante la noche por lo q dormir era imposible y si cerrabas ventanas te ahogabas de calor Y el sofa cama bastante incomodo, pero como la mayoria de sofa camas Por lo demas es perfecto pero han sido dos handicaps importantes
