Heart of Grand Place - Stunning 2BR Duplex

Muy buena ubicación. A 5 minutos de la estación de tren y de la Gran Place, en pleno centro. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. La cocina bien equipada. Nosotros sólo estuvimos un día pero todo muy bien. Muy recomendable

Para nosotros no fue un problema pero el alojamiento es una casa típica de varias plantas, con escaleras estrechas. A tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida, equipajes o bebés con carrito. El día que estuvimos hacía mucho calor, éramos 5 y echamos en falta un ventilador más.

Location convenient. Very clean and spacious. Warm but the fans in bedrooms helped.

Windows were a little stiff or tricky to open.

The location of this property is the biggest win. It’s so close to the centre. The property itself is nice enough. Two bedrooms, one separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks and an over the bath shower, so only one toilet in total. The kitchen, dining, living area was lovely to relax after a busy day. We didn’t want to cook but it seemed to have a good set up. They provide towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner.

In general I would say that this is a basic property. There are no frills. No extras. (But compared to local hotels it was much cheaper). Given the excellent location, you have to accept the noise that comes with it. It was hot so we had the windows open and the noise continued into the night. We got a lot of insect bites during the night. Not sure if this was due to the bedding…but it let us feeling a little uneasy. Don’t look at the bedding in the chest for the sofa bed - it’s really dirty - so I do wonder what the main bedding was like under all the covers. I do think the place could do with a general refresh.

Host was very responsive and the layout was cool.

Too hit for the summer and did not have fans at first. Could do with an AC unit. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the machine.
