Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla Grand Place , ristotanti , jusei e principali monumenti , stazione treno e metropolitana e SMarket vicinissimi .Ambiente cucina moderno e attrezzato di tutto , referente casa molto disponibile, prodotti cucina e bagno abbondanti e di qualità. Letti soffici e comodissimi . Abbiamo chiesto padelle nuove , il giorno dopo sono arrivate due grandi padelle di qualità.
Bagni funzionali ma privi di aspiratore , bagno piano superiore con finestra bloccata . In pieno Agosto questo ha provocato calore e cattivi odori . Lavanderia ottima come elettrodomestici ma ambiente poco illuminato e da ristrutturare . Con pochi interventi sarebbe stata ottima . Sicuramente non adatto a chi ha bambini tra i 2 e gli 8 anni e persone anziane , la scala a chiocciola è faticosa e pericolosa.

L'appartement est très charmant, et a été refait avec goût.🫠 Il est spacieux, agréable et est très bien placé d'un point de vue touristique. Proche de restaurants, de commerces et des points d'intérêts (Grand Place, musées, ...). Il est aussi bien équipé.
Par ailleurs l'hôtelier a été réactif aux quelques messages.
Enfin, la propreté du lieu était impeccable.
Quelques petits inconvénients :
• assez tôt le matin des bruits de camions 🚚 dans la rue piétonne, qui viennent alimenter les restaurants;
• la fenêtre de la salle de bain de l'étage ne s'ouvre pas.
Remarque: l'appartement étant en triplex avec un escalier en colimaçon, il ne serait pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Facilité de l’organisation, disponibilité et sympathie du personnel, propreté, qualité de l’infrastructure, espaces et rangements à disposition, équipements de qualité, calme, emplacement idéal…. Tout était parfait! Vraiment!!

The location for accessibility to the centre and station is perfect. The 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable and kitchen was good. Well stocked with things for the kitchen. Towels were clean. The host helpful
The fact that a night club is less than 30 m away and people come out screaming and urinating on the lower bedroom window and banging on the door all through the early times of morning. The circular steps to access floor were much more steep than anticipated and one handle was broken off the wall so handle was unsteady. Not suitable for small children.
