We didn’t stay

The stairs were very steep and narrow therefore we were unable to stay. My husband wouldn’t be able to use the stairs easily. The property was very basic and down a passageway.

Stairways for two bedrooms are strict (=dangerous) for kids and older people, but they where ok for us.

Great location but only for the physically fit

The location

On the first night we were very cold as the thermostat for the central heating was controlled at a distance by the owner and was set at 17 degrees . I had to ring him to ask him to increase the temperature. Fortunately I got hold of him and he was helpful, but this should not have been required. We should have been warned as to how difficult the traditional stairs were . They were very very steep and a real danger for children and equally difficult for anyone with « creaky knees « The equipment of the flat could not have been more basic or minimal . We really got the impression that it was just an investment house designed to make the owner as much money as possible

Wonderful house in central location

It’s just superb. With its central location, we could explore Bruxelles and reach different train stations on foot. Very quiet house in the middle of busy urbain life. Beds are very comfortable. The house has four levels with stairs. But it wasn’t a problem for us.

Había muchas escaleras y eran muy empinadas y pequeñas. Eran peligrosas y parecía que se fueran a romper en cualquier momento. Además no contaba con papel de cocina ni detergente para lavar los platos.

Sitio muy pintoresco con inmejorable hubicación

La hubicación es inmejorable y el barrio en el que está hubicado es muy lindo. El piso en si tiene lo necesario para una buena estadía.

En realidad el sitio es bastante particular, con un estilo un tanto "rústico". Tienen una escalera muy estrecha que comunica los dos pisos de arriba que no es apta para niños ni para gente muy mayor. Además en nuestra estancia entraba gente al edificio a recoger ropa o dejar paquetes, lo cual nos hacía sentir poco seguros. Deberían actualizarlo un poco más y sobre todo hacer una limpieza un poco más exhaustiva.

Nous aurions pu passer un beau séjour jusqu au réveil de personnel qui rentre toutes les demi heures des 9h pour faire les chambres .heureusement le propriétaire accepte qu on reste à 5 dans le salon jusqu a 11h…..

L état général paraît correct mais en vérité tout est médiocre . Les luminaires sont cassés ou décroché et posé au sol ,il n y a qu un seul verre à vin.
