Perfect for our city trip

The location was perfect, easy to find and near the metro station. I hadn't read the description well, so I assumed we were able to park in front but I am glad Nikolaos brought it up and made sure that our license plate was added for the parking in the street of the apartment. Our arrival on Friday afternoon wasn't well timed, the street was full and we couldn't park. We parked it near Martin's Brussel hotel with a paid parking spot for the day and resumed our plans for Brussel. Afterwards, we were able to move our car to the same street and get into the apartment with Nikolaos clear instructions. We left the car there for the duration of our stay, which was perfect! The kids absolutely loved the option of the colored lights in every room and loved the workout room. There was soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, towels etc. We haven't cooked in the apartment, but we do think all the necessities were there. The apartment was nice, roomy, inviting and the temperature is great! We were happy that we didn't have to use a foldout bed for the kids and still keep a living room with kitchen to hang out in the evening when the kids went to bed. The area was quiet in the evening and loads of restaurant options were nearby, we had a great time at The Devil's corner and La Brace! Nikolaos was very quick in his replies and was very kind!

The bed for the kids was a two person folding bed which was absolutely fine for them (8 and 10). I am not sure if this is comfortable for adults as well, because the matress isn't too thick (just to keep in mind if you're booking for a group of adults). It also didn't have a comforter, but there was a thick plaid/blanket in a ziplock in the room and a bedsheet, so we used that. Our bed did have a comforter, but since it wasn't that thick we also used the plaid/blanket that was in a ziplock in the room (we chose a very cold moment to visit Brussel 😂). We weren't cold during sleeping with this plaid/blanket though! We haven't asked Nikolaos so this could also be our fault and we just didn't find the right comforter. The mattress for us was quite hard. This is also not necessarily bad, but not what we are used to at home and because of it, it gave us some backpain. There was handsoap in the showerstall (big dispenser), but not in the toilet. We had brought our own, but just something to keep in mind if you book this accomodation. The curtains were a bit see through, the thicker curtains were more decorational and weren't usable for the whole windows. Also not necessarily a bad thing but something to keep in mind, but we had to remind our kids a couple of times where they could dress in privacy. The basement to drop off our garbage was a bit creepy (couldn't find the lights, the only switch I found didn't do anything), but that was a one time thing 😂.

Everything was wonderful.

The property had everything we needed and more. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were of good quality and sufficient. The two-bedroom property had large and spacious rooms. We had no problems with the internet. We were able to easily contact the host. Our car was registered for parking on the roadside, so we were able to find a parking space easily.

We had a minor problem with the elevator. Once we got used to how it worked, the problem disappeared.

Spacious Apartment, Great Location, and Excellent Host!

This is one of the best apartments we have booked from Booking.com. 1. The location is very good, quiet and safe for families. 2. Host (Nikolaos) is very responsive and helpful. Check in was very easy. 3. The Metro stop is 5 mins walk. With Metro 1 or Metro 5 you can reach the city center in around 10 mins. 4. There are plenty of open parking available around the building. Ensure that you reserve through the host. 5. There are good restaurants and some shops in the neighboring street. 6. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well maintained. 7. Kitchen is very well equipped to cook. Wi-Fi works fine. Charging ports are also available. Overall it has been a pleasant experience in Brussels. I would like to visit again and hopefully book the same apartment as well.

There is nothing to complain about. The apartment feels like home away from home.

The European heart flat was a great find! With spacious, bright, clean and well equipped rooms and a living space and kitchen, my family and I couldn’t have asked for more. The location was close to many amenities and a walking distance to the center of the city. Nikolaos is truly a super host and was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Great modern, clean apartment, fantastic location and attentive host.

Fantastic location - lots of small restaurants and bar very close by. Metro station 1 minute walk away and great access to rest of Brussels. Clean apartment with lots of space for the whole family. Host was really helpful with any questions and requests, replied back very quickly.

Could have done with a second bed in the second bedroom but this was made clear to us when we booked.

In short, perfect location, perfect apartments, a well-enjoyed vacation.

The host was very kind and accommodating. He was easy and quick to reach, always quickly and kindly answered messages, even the most stupid questions. The apartments were very spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, down to the smallest detail. The location is very ideal, there are several restaurants and small grocery stores around. We felt very safe in this area, we could also park the car at the house without any problems. The old town was 40 min. slow walk. We will definitely choose these apartments again when we return to Brussels. I recommend them to everyone, both those with children and those without children. The apartments are fantastic, it felt like home. If you have the opportunity to get to these apartments, then book these apartments without hesitation.

Superb apartment!

Superb apartment! Everything is perfect. Very clean and smells so nice in all the corners of the place, bed linens and bath towels smells so good too! All the essentials are there, from kitchen utensils, bathroom toiletries, hair dryer, flat iron,ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer,detergent soap and everything else u need in a house, they have it! Location is great, there are nearby supermarkets and restaurants and close to the midi station. Parking is also not a problem. The host is all also nice and very prompt in responding to my messages.

My kids just commented that the wifi signal does not reach the bedroom, but told them it is good so they would sleep early 😅 And oh, the lift (elevator) stopped working when we were about to check out, so my hubby needs to carry all our big luggages from 3rd floor down the stairs 😬 but otherwise, this place is still highly recommendable! I have never stayed at a place like this, better than other fancy hotels 😁

Tout était conforme aux descriptions et aux photos. L'appartement est Top ! Tb équipé avec tout le nécessaire à dispo (thé, café, miel, produits de toilettes, linges de lit et de maison, etc ainsi qu'1 micro ondes contrairement à certains commentaires), jolies décoration et plantes vertes, très calme, excellente situation, places de parking toujours disponibles devant l'immeuble et gratuites (!). Nikolaos est très réactif si vous avez des questions. C'était le logement idéal pour nous (3 adultes) avec un rapport qualité/prix extra ! N'hésitez pas ! Je le recommande à 100%.

Appartamento super consigliato

La zona living è bellissima e spaziosa, molto moderna. La cucina dotata veramente di qualsiasi cosa si possa necessitare. Letto comodo e con ottima biancheria. Casa calda e confortevole. Parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile e molto comodo.

L’unico piccolo difetto è il bagno che è un po’ piccolo (sia dove c’è il solo wc, sia la zona doccia/lavandino) Per una famiglia con bambini va bene ma se ci sono più di due adulti diventa un po’ angusto

Zeer ruim en schoon appartement op centraal gelegen locatie

Zeer ruim en schoon appartement, woonkamer en twee slaapkamers, locatie om de hoek bij Europese Commissie en vlakbij metrostation Schuman. Een van de slaapkamers kan ook dienen als fitnesskamer en overal in het appartement is er de optie om de verlichting aan te passen: er is o.a. kleurenverlichting. De host was zeer behulpzaam!

De gordijnen gingen wat stroef dicht, maar over het algemeen waren we zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. De lift in het gebouw kan wat lastig zijn, maar met de trap is het ook prima te doen.

Dejlig, stor, lys lejlighed med en ideel beliggenhed tæt på Eu institutionerne, caféer, restauranter og metro. Værten gjorde alt for at optimere det nødvendige.

Derved reelt kun et soveværelse. Der blev lavet en fin ordning i fitness lokalet, men det bør ikke slåes op som 2 soveværelser. Der var ikke varme på i bygningen. Værten var ude og skaffe el varmere, så det blev løst. Elevatoren virkede kun delvist

Schumanの駅近くなので、メトロを使いやすい。空港からのバスも近くのバス停に停まるので交通の便がとてもよい。サンカントネール公園が徒歩圏内。設備もキレイで必要な備品が揃っていた。オーナーのレスポンスも非常に良かった。

A lakás központi helyen van közel a metro megállóhoz, a környék nyugodt és tiszta. Nikolaos nagyon segítőkész, még transzfert is tudott intézni nekünk a reptérről, nagyon pontos és gyors volt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt és tiszta.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un établissement exceptionnel

Proche du centre de Bruxelles (20 min à pied ou 5 min à trottinette), bien desservi par métro Schuman ou chemin privé et sécurisé pour vélo et trottinette, établissement situé dans un secteur calme, il y a à proximité des restaurants, bars, supérettes... L'appartement est assez spacieux et il y a tout le nécessaire, à l'exception d'un micro-ondes,

No puede estar mejor!

¡Este apartamento ha sido, sin duda, el mejor en el que me he alojado jamás! No le falta absolutamente nada: está impecablemente equipado, decorado con mucho gusto y situado a un paso de la estación de metro, lo que hace que moverse por la ciudad sea comodísimo. Además, el aparcamiento gratuito en la propia calle es un gran plus. Niko ha sido un anfitrión de 10, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad y asegurándose de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Solo puedo recomendar este apartamento a cualquiera que busque la mejor experiencia posible. ¡Ojalá todos los alojamientos fueran así!

Квартира чудова! Дуже зручне розташування, в 5 хвилинах метро Shuman, поруч є кілька кафе, ресторанів. В апартаментах є все, від посуду до рушників. Дітям сподобалась дитяча кімната зі спортивною зоною. Багато дрібних зручностей, на які навіть не сподівались.
