Tout était conforme aux descriptions et aux photos. L'appartement est Top ! Tb équipé avec tout le nécessaire à dispo (thé, café, miel, produits de toilettes, linges de lit et de maison, etc ainsi qu'1 micro ondes contrairement à certains commentaires), jolies décoration et plantes vertes, très calme, excellente situation, places de parking toujours disponibles devant l'immeuble et gratuites (!). Nikolaos est très réactif si vous avez des questions. C'était le logement idéal pour nous (3 adultes) avec un rapport qualité/prix extra ! N'hésitez pas !
Je le recommande à 100%.

The location was perfect, easy to find and near the metro station. I hadn't read the description well, so I assumed we were able to park in front but I am glad Nikolaos brought it up and made sure that our license plate was added for the parking in the street of the apartment.
Our arrival on Friday afternoon wasn't well timed, the street was full and we couldn't park. We parked it near Martin's Brussel hotel with a paid parking spot for the day and resumed our plans for Brussel. Afterwards, we were able to move our car to the same street and get into the apartment with Nikolaos clear instructions. We left the car there for the duration of our stay, which was perfect!
The kids absolutely loved the option of the colored lights in every room and loved the workout room. There was soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, towels etc. We haven't cooked in the apartment, but we do think all the necessities were there. The apartment was nice, roomy, inviting and the temperature is great!
We were happy that we didn't have to use a foldout bed for the kids and still keep a living room with kitchen to hang out in the evening when the kids went to bed.
The area was quiet in the evening and loads of restaurant options were nearby, we had a great time at The Devil's corner and La Brace!
Nikolaos was very quick in his replies and was very kind!
The bed for the kids was a two person folding bed which was absolutely fine for them (8 and 10). I am not sure if this is comfortable for adults as well, because the matress isn't too thick (just to keep in mind if you're booking for a group of adults). It also didn't have a comforter, but there was a thick plaid/blanket in a ziplock in the room and a bedsheet, so we used that. Our bed did have a comforter, but since it wasn't that thick we also used the plaid/blanket that was in a ziplock in the room (we chose a very cold moment to visit Brussel 😂). We weren't cold during sleeping with this plaid/blanket though! We haven't asked Nikolaos so this could also be our fault and we just didn't find the right comforter.
The mattress for us was quite hard. This is also not necessarily bad, but not what we are used to at home and because of it, it gave us some backpain.
There was handsoap in the showerstall (big dispenser), but not in the toilet. We had brought our own, but just something to keep in mind if you book this accomodation.
The curtains were a bit see through, the thicker curtains were more decorational and weren't usable for the whole windows. Also not necessarily a bad thing but something to keep in mind, but we had to remind our kids a couple of times where they could dress in privacy.
The basement to drop off our garbage was a bit creepy (couldn't find the lights, the only switch I found didn't do anything), but that was a one time thing 😂.

The property had everything we needed and more. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were of good quality and sufficient. The two-bedroom property had large and spacious rooms. We had no problems with the internet. We were able to easily contact the host. Our car was registered for parking on the roadside, so we were able to find a parking space easily.
We had a minor problem with the elevator. Once we got used to how it worked, the problem disappeared.

Excellent location, host was very quick to reply all our enquiries and the place was immaculately clean. It's located in a great area and would definitely recommend staying here.
