The host was pleasant and helpful however the property needed some maintenance and overall was expensive considering the

Good size apartment with great views

It was tired looking and we couldn’t use the oven because the glass in door was smashed with jagged glass. The doors in the kitchen were in a poor state and the glass to the kitchen door was cracked and held together with tape.

La vitre du four cassée. Et nous étions perdu au niveau du parking nous ne savions pas où nous pouvions nous garer, il y avait des plaques partout

Lage war in Ordnung, Badezimmer relativ Neu.

Dreckig, kaputte Möbel und Inventar, Ausstattung eher zweckmäßig, harte Matratzen ...... Hinzu kommen teilweise lose liegende Kabel ohne Leisten am Boden. Also die Bilder im Inserat täuschen einen dann doch erheblich!

Très bon emplacement au vu de la programmation de notre week-end. Facilité de stationnement. Logement propre et préparé avec soin. Communication rapide avec l'hôte.

Świetny apartament!

Spędziliśmy w apartamencie 2 noce i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Lokalizacja na obrzeżach Brukseli, ale bardzo dobrze skomunikowana – przystanek autobusowy tuż obok, a do Atomium tylko 10 minut jazdy. Sam apartament przestronny, z wieloma pokojami, pięknie wykończony, z dbałością o detale i dodatki. Okolica spokojna i przyjemna. Dużym atutem był też świetny balkon – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy wieczorny relaks. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie. Świetna jakość w rozsądnej cenie – polecamy!

Die Lage zum Atomium war gut

Das Apartment ist in einem Wohnblock. Es ist offensichtlich bewohn, da überall Private Dinge wie z.B. Kinderspielsachen herumstehen. Die Ausstattung ist extrem abgewohn, die Matratzen sind Schrott. Das WC hat nicht einmal 1 qm. Beide Aufzüge waren bei unserem Aufenthalt auch noch kaputt. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen.

Bon emplacement proche ING Arena ou Atomium pour une ou deux nuits

Bon emplacement pour aller en concert à pied a ING Arena. Egalement pour Atomium Bon point de chute pour une nuit ou 2. Malgré le nombre important de logis dans ce grand immeuble, la sonorité est au top. Aucune nuisance sonore.

Appartement un peu vieillot méritant une rénovation (placards un peu rafistolés, étanchéité frigo). La gratuité du parking extérieur est caduc car payant de 9H à 21H. Nécessité de rectifier cette info sur le site svp. Le rajout d'un grille pain serait bienvenu

Zelf bedden afhalen en vuilnis wegbrengen naar beneden. Waarvan je niet weet waar, waar allemaal werklui waren. En hoeveel afval heb je na 1 nacht slapen.
