On a du récupérer les clefs à un autre lieu. Pas très pratique et accueillant pour le prix. Hyper contraignant pour des personnes qui viendraient par les transports en commun. Fenêtres de mauvaise qualité faisant entendre le train et la rue mais aussi passer le froid (courant d’air) Bonnes prestations mais les finitions sont approximatives L’appartement est propre mais quelques défaut d’entretien: grille du four sale, tuyau de douche percé, pommeaux entartrés, pompes des produits de douches défectueux, les sèches serviettes ne fonctionnent pas, les capteurs de présence se déclenchent en pleine nuit (et font du bruit)… Appartement cher pour un niveau de standing décevant

ELEGANTE APARTAMENTO AMPLIO Y MUY LIMPIO
El apartamento es amplio, muy bien decorado y equipado. Está a dos minutos andando de la estación de tren, tiene supermercado muy cerca.
Hay bastante ruido del exterior sobre todo en el salón que da a la calle principal. También faltarían algunos utensilios de limpieza, sobre todo para estancias largas.
