This apartment was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed. Public transit was very close or you could walk almost anywhere within 15-20 minutes. Jacqueline was very responsive when we had questions.

This was our second visit to Brussels and staying here was so much more enjoyable than any hotel. The four of us had plenty of room, and we loved the home’s comfortable furnishings and eclectic artwork. The location next to St Catherine subway stop with its historic seafood restaurants was perfect for being in a big city, but feeling like you were in a neighborhood. We loved it.

The property was spacious and clean, close to a Christmas festival and a 20 minute walk to La Grand Place. Jacqueline was very helpful and proactive, recommending places to eat as we travelled on Christmas Day (it turned out the Christmas festival was in full swing). We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was well located for walking distance to the Grand Place but is located in front of a lit park with loud activities until well past midnight and there was construction during the day, some evenings, and one morning beginning at 4am. The apartment doesn’t have AC which would normally be fine because it has really good cross-ventilation but we had to choose between noise or stuffiness. What was misleading was the website that described one bedroom with a double bed but was only a single, along with another bedroom with 2 queens but only had one (there is a third bedroom with bunk beds). There was no orientation by the person who greeted us (not the host) with the keys so we had to reach out multiple times with the host to answer our questions. The host was very responsive but I felt badly about all our questions. The apt was clean and well-appointed.

Jacqueline was very accommodating, and our stay was comfortable for 5 adults. The apartment was spotlessly clean, everything was easy to find and organized. The best part was the central location to walk to all the sights in Brussels. I'd definitely return for any future stays.

Large property with lots of windows and a small balcony. It was nice to be able to open the balcony door As well as the large windows in the front. There are three bedrooms… One with bunkbeds which fit our teenagers, a queen in one and then a single in the other. Around the corner there is a small store for grocery shopping and lots of really good restaurants. We walked from the Flix bus stop and there is also other transportation options. Host is responsive.

My family of 5 stayed at this apartment and it was the perfect location. There are restaurants and bars and grocery stores within an easy walk. We also walked to the Grand Place and other historical sites. The apartment has comfortable beds and a large kitchen/dining/living room area. Communications with Jacqueline were very easy. This set of rooms with a view delighted us. The visit was made markedly better by the very attentive communications from Jacqueline. She allowed us to check in early and late with no difficulty, and even warned us of an emergency situation in Brussels. Spacious rooms and comfortable seating, a functional kitchen and a washing machine made us at home. We confortablly walked to multiple locales during our visit, and a tram a block away to the Brussels Midi station allowed us to visit Antwerp with ease.

So pleased to have booked this large apartment. Excellent communication with the owner who also gave us restaurant recommendations. Fantastic location with a tram stop just across the road to take us into the city centre. Very clean and roomy. Comfy beds. Two toilets! It had everything we needed in regard to kitchen, towels and bathroom etc and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location of this property was excellent, within walking distance of a wide aray of restaurants, as well as tourist sites and chocolateries. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had gorgeous windows and several balconies overlooking Brussels. These alone would've been strong recommendations. But the host was also just wonderfully flexible and accomodating. We stayed in Brussels for a few brief days during an international move from the U.S. to Africa and had sooooo much luggage with us. Dragging it around Brussels for several extra hours after we landed in Belgium at 7 AM would've been extremely painful. But Jacqueline was kind enough to have a friend meet us at 10 AM to let us in and drop off bags, even though check-in wasn't supposed to be until 3 PM. This made a world of difference after traveling for so many hours with a 4-month-old infant and 15 pieces of luggage!

Communication beforehand and during our stay was fantastic and we were allowed to check in early which was so kind! The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of room! Nice apartment, very pleasant and easy to stay in, with wifi and plenty of windows for light, views and cross ventilation. Food shops (Carrefour Express and Farm) are just around the corner, as are restaurants. Great location for the number 51 tram to and from Bruxelles-Midi station and close enough to walk to Grand Place etc. Owner/Manager is lovely and very helpful and communicative. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would be very happy to return!

This apartment is in a lovely central area of Brussels that is very convenient to most areas. It is spacious, clean, bright and sunny. We felt it was ideal for our family of four and had all the amenities we wanted. It is very close to a convenience store so you can quickly obtain food as needed. Our hostess, Jacqueline, was wonderful! Highly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She also provided very clear instructions to help us settle in and then check out. Our flight into Brussels was delayed one day and we missed a day of our time in Brussels. Jacqueline offered to extend our stay without me even asking! We could not have imagined a better place to stay in Brussels. I would very highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Brussels and I would stay there myself again!

We stayed for 10 days with the family (5 persons in total). The apartment is roomy, clean and has all the amenities you would need. The view is great, your are close to the Grand-Place and other attractions, and it has easy access to metro.Finally, the owner was an excellent host. I told her I wanted to order a "playpen" to be there before we arrived, and she provided one. While we stayed there, there was a remodeling in one of the apartments of the building, and there were a couple of issues with the electricity -which is beyond the control of the owner. However, she was very proactive in making sure the building manager knew of these issues and that they were solved. We just let her know of the issues, and found them solved by the time we were back at the apartment.

This was a lovely apartment for 3 woman traveling. The view was charming from the large picture windows in the living area. We each had our own bedroom and there was more than one area to get ready in - bathroom or bedrooms. It was within walking distance 10-12 minutes to the Grand Place and there was a local grocery store 3 minutes from the apartment which was very handy, as we cooked several meals ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed except it was missing a toaster. Great place to stay, felt secure and safe,

I spent 5 days in this apartment with my two adult children and their significant others - all in their early 20s. It was a great time and a wonderful source of memories The apartment was very nice with 1 and a half baths. The kitchen was nice and the three rooms worked well for the five of us; it was a nice place to spend time with family. Located in walking distance from the old-town center (10 minutes), we were able to enjoy the many sites, bars, and restaurants. We were also a quick 15 minute bike ride or Uber from the Bruxelles-Midi train station, which made trips to Bruges, Antwerp, and Amsterdam a breeze. Brussels was a nice place to stay and this apartment was located in a great area of town - I would certainly recommend enjoying time with friends or family in this home

We just got home after spending 6 days in this wonderful apartment. There were four adults and it was spacious and so comfortable. The location was perfect close to the metro and the city center. We were met by Justyna and she was so sweet, explaining everything we needed to know. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Brussels. It is a perfect location for day trips which we took to Ghent, Brugge and Leuven. Jacqueline was so attentive with my emails and questions about the apartment even before we arrived. What a wonderful apartment! First, it is huge! Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other (a welcome treat after traveling with two kids for a month!). There are huge windows with beautiful views of the city (we could see the fireworks for the Fête Nationale). The location is also fantastic. Easy walking anywhere in the city center... Lots of great restaurants nearby and also two Carrefours very close. I am so glad we found this apartment and hope to stay there again the next time we are in Brussels.

"Wow ! What a wonderful place to stay when visiting Brussels , a light and spacious apartment and most of all comfortable . The Grand Place is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment which is also close by the March aux poisons near all the best fish restaurants and also the St.catherines neighbourhood . It was great surprise to find the Christmas Market (Plaisiers d`Hiver ) aroundthe corner from us in fact you could see the Ferris wheel from the bedroom window. boy did we strike it lucky . Despite being in the city the apartment is quiet and a good night`s sleep was had by all as bedrooms are at the back of the building overlooking a small courtyard . A real home from home . Jacqueline and her husband gave us a lots of information regarding the city and for this i have to say thank you very much."

"The apartment was very clean and quiet. The apartment is very large, great for our family. But best of all is that we rented this under pressure due to the volcano which caused us to stay longer, with almost no notice. They treated us very fairly, charging no extra, and when it appeared that we might need to stay longer, and the apartment became available, they offered us a price that was a bit below market. These are very ethical people with great values whom can be trusted. That's worth a lot!"

Cet appartement a l'avantage d'être situé dans un quartier plutôt calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate du quartier bien vivant de Ste Catherine .... au centre donc , sans être au centre du centre, ce qui est préférable. Au 6éme étage d'un immeuble bien tenu et traversant nord / sud .Sa configuration lui procure une belle lumière, des vues pittoresques sur le quartier et assure une ventilation naturelle efficace appréciable quand la chaleur menace du dérèglement climatique ....Son décor est agréable et son équipement surprenant qui dépasse ce qui est habituellement fourni pour une location meublée . Et Merci pour l'accueil attentif du propriétaire en harmonie avec notre agréable séjour .

L'appartement est impeccablement propre et bien aménagé, et surtout bien chauffé ce qui est important pour nous qui venons des tropiques. Nous avions une voiture et avons garé tout les soirs pratiquement devant la porte. Les magasins sont tout près, pratique pour les croissants du petit déjeuner. Justyna était la pour nous ouvrir la porte quand nous sommes arrivés. Bref 10 sur 10 pour l'apparterment. Merci Jacqueline.

Il est situé dans un quartier très sympathique et animé ( resto, bars, boutiques, alimentation...). tout est accessible a pied, nous n''avons pas eu besoin d''utiliser les transports en commun. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le city-stade et le parc situé juste en bas de l''immeuble."
