Near Metro but be aware!

The location is excellent there is two metro stations near by, just a 7-minute walk from the metro station.

There is only one toilet with a very small hand wash area, which naturally makes keeping the area dry challenging. • No face tissues were provided, and only three tissue rolls were supplied for three nights for four adults, which was insufficient. • No towels were provided specifically for drying the toilet floor. • The shower handle was broken, and the water temperature became dangerously high when we attempted to adjust it. • We were provided four towels for four adults, which is appropriate. However, our request for additional towels to change every two days or to use for bathroom floor drying was incorrectly interpreted as an indication of extra guests. As I informed the owner, there were only four adults, which can be verified via the building’s security cameras. These points clearly explain that our requests were solely for hygiene and comfort and were unrelated to the number of guests.

Decent flat for budget stay - does the job but not luxury.

The apartment was in a modern block, felt very safe and secure with the entry system. Instructions for access were very clear. Well situated to be close to Brussels Centre as well as Midi Trajn Station. Good price for the stay.

Bedding could do with an upgrade - the mattress in the main bedroom was brick hard and all of the pillows were very very flat. Some of the furniture decor could be improved/upgraded - surface level damage evident throughout. To be aware - the bedrooms are adjoined by a shower room with sliding doors. This could be a privacy issue for groups.

Amazing apartment, hosts and location

Perfect location and just a short walk from Midi train station so ideal if you're coming by Eurostar. Short walk into the heart of Brussels. The apartment is absolutely amazing!!! Huge, amazing furniture and decor, everything you need in a kitchen if you want to cook a meal. For coffee lovers like us, Nespresso machine was an added bonus. Everywhere spotlessly clean and lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom had an amazing shower. If you read reviews of roadworks outside, this is outside the entrance gates. The balcony doesn't overlook this and we weren't disturbed by any noise at all. The hosts were amazing, great communication and allowed us to check in early due to our early arrival. Cannot recommend this place enough for a city break to Brussels. Already planning a return stay next year.

a very useful apartment

It was very close to the train station, which was great for commuting to different cities. The apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary amenities. We were able to communicate easily with the owner. The apartment also had essential items like oil, sugar, salt, and more.

Perhaps because it was close to the train station, the neighborhood didn't seem very safe. There are metro works around it, making it a bit difficult to walk to the entrance and the center.

Comfortable Stay with Great Space – Minor Improvements Needed

We had a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment, which had everything we needed. The space was generous, with plenty of room to relax, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor balcony for communal time.

Overall, the apartment was clean, though there were some signs of wear and tear — a fresh coat of paint in places would really enhance the space. One issue we encountered was the access to the property due to ongoing roadworks nearby, which made entering the car garage quite difficult. It would have been helpful to receive advance notice about this. Additionally, while the bedding was provided, it did have a slightly musty smell, which could be improved. Despite these minor inconveniences, the apartment served us well and had many positives. With a bit of attention to detail, it could be even better.

Property is very clean, spacious and has all the facilities. Close to near by stations, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

Disappointed. Was expecting better based on the pictures

The location

The property had a unique odor. The artwork was not offensive but it was not restful or inviting. The kitchen was well equipped but not needed for our stay. The pillows and linen were stained and worn. The headboard in the primary was upholstered but it was cracked and flaked onto the sheets. On our last night there was a rave party in a unit above us and it lasted until after 2:00 am. Price went up considerably booking 3 adults vs 2. Not a good value for the money unless you need to use the kitchen.

Pleasant stay near the center

We stayed at this loft as a family of four - two parents and two adult children. The apartment is spacious and modern, with a stylish interior, but there are a few areas that could use improvement (detailed below). The bedding arrangements were adequate, though it's worth noting that the second bedroom has one double bed with a single sheet. Since my sibling and I were sharing the bed, we requested an extra sheet and duvet. The host was very responsive and tried their best to help, but due to the Easter holidays, they weren’t able to provide a duvet. They did offer us the option to purchase one ourselves and be reimbursed, which was appreciated. In the end, we managed without it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch and genuinely delicious.

Things to improve: The shower temperature regulator wasn’t working properly, resulting in uncomfortably hot water. The bathroom has a modern but not very practical sink, WC sink was quite small as well. Sound insulation from the inner courtyard is poor - we could clearly hear everything happening outside.

Superb

The loft was clean, spacious, and had everything you need for a stay. It is close to the train station and the Grand Place isn't that far of a walk. We rented a car so having parking was nice.

As mentioned in other reviews, there is a large infrastructure project under way in front of the building. We drove in by car so it was a little confusing, at first on how to get to the parking area.

Pleasant

Good price for a big apartment. the apartment itself is very comfy It has a big balcony and the living room is huge must mention that privacy-wise it's not the best, one the bedroom doors are not closing all the way and you can hear everything from the livingroom or shower from the bedroom, although this didn't bother us

The area is VERY!!!! scary. it's kinda shady and most definitely not pleasant to walk in alone. we were scared to come back to the loft late at night and almost 99% of the time preferred to pay for a taxi so we wouldn't have to walk far, but it was still scary because we had to walk for 3 minutes there. definitely would NOT recommend for a group of girls or if you're planning on going out/come back separately

I highly recommend this place to stay, especially if you’re arriving or leaving on the Eurostar.

The location was perfect, only a 7-minute walk from the train station. Kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and silverware, and the loft was wonderfully clean and spacious. Being in a gated community, it felt really safe.

Muy espacioso y cómodo, bien comunicado, a 5min de la estación de midi y a 15-20min del centro. Apartamento muy completo, con secador, sandwichera, batidora... Todo tipo de electrodomésticos.

Por decir algo, el lavabo del cuarto de váter era muy pequeño y el lavabo de la ducha un poco incómodo. Toda la casa solo tiene un pequeño espejo en el váter y otro muy alto en el que no llegas a verte en la ducha. Un espejo de cuerpo entero por favor!! Pero a parte de eso, todo genial

unos días con amigos en el centro de Bruselas

Muy cercano de una parada de tranvía/metro, a 25minutos exactos andando de la Grand Place, y con comercio cercano, panaderías y pastelerías por la zona, genial.

la decoración un poco sin mas... sobre gustos no hay nada escrito, pero tal vez debería haberlo... Si recomendaría varios cambios, por ejemplo el espejo del baño, en la ducha, será de diseño y todo lo que quieras, pero es extremadamente poco práctico. Mido 1'80 y llegaba a verme la frente y la calva... con un espejo en toda la pared, desde el lavabo, estaría mucho mejor. informamos al propietario por privado de varios desperfectos que conviene reparar. Espero que así lo hagan.

Stadtbesuch Brüssel

Größe der Wohnung war toll. Gerade um am Abend gemeinsam zu sitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen, ist die Wohnung großartig. Auch der Parkplatz ist toll und sehr groß. Die Lage ist gut, auch als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge, da der Zentralbahnhof in der Nähe ist, aber auch zu Altstadt geht man nicht lange.

Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr hellhörig. Die Großbaustelle vor der Haustür ist dazu durchaus nervig, aber doch einige Meter entfernt, da es einen großen Innenhof gibt. Trotz der schönen Ausstattung kommt die Einrichtung so langsam in die Jahre. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und superschön, aber wir hatten kein Wetter, daher konnten wir ihn leider nicht nutzen.

Déçus par le quartier

Espace de vie agréable et propre

Le quartier des Marolles n'est pas très accueillant, voire un peu glauque, surtout le soir. Appartement en rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres opaques donnent directement sur les coursives. Très bruyant, et mal insonorisé, on entend les sirènes de police, motos...et voisins ! La literie et oreillers pas très confort. Petit conseil, demandez à la propriétaire le digicode du petit portail qui donne accès à la boîte aux lettres. En effet il n'est pas noté sur le guide qu'elle communique en amont par mail.

Städtetrip Brüssel

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement, alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, die nächste Metro Station ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Also super für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Die Wohnung ist in einem großen Gebäudekomplex, aber nach hinten raus und relativ ruhig. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Vor der Tür ist eine riesige Baustelle, dadurch ist es etwas schwieriger die Einfahrt zur Parkgarage zu finden. Könnte man evtl. in der sonst sehr ausführlichen Beschreibung, die man vor Reiseantritt bekommt, erwähnen.

Die Kopfkissen sind nicht mehr schön, sehr knubbelig, die müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Genauso die Matratze im 2. Schlafzimmer. Im Bad funktioniert nur noch eine Lampe, sehr dunkel. Und der Spiegel ist zwar dekorativ, aber leider viel zu hoch angebracht. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,90 cm groß ist, kann man leider überhaupt nicht reinschauen. Waschbecken im Bad zwar wieder sehr modern, aber äußerst unpraktisch. Da flutet man auch gern mal den Fußboden. In der Toilette das Waschbecken ist so mini klein, da ist auch ständig der Fußboden nass. Die Fernbedienung für das Tor zur Garage funktioniert nicht richtig. Geht mal auf, oder auch nicht. ( wir haben extra eine neue Batterie besorgt, aber auch damit ist es nicht besser geworden) Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Brüssel

El loft es súper espacioso con todo lo necesario para una breve estancia. Es muy tranquilo y muy bien comunicado. La estación Gare du Midi está justo al lado y la zona turística se encuentra a 15 minutos

Pourrait être exceptionnel et devient décevant par manque de maintenance et de suivi pratique.

Quand on entre dans cet appartement, on voit tout de suite qu'il sort de l'ordinaire ; on est ravi de l'avoir choisi. Pour quelles raisons ? L'espace, le mobilier, les équipements, la décoration et une personnalisation d'ensemble que l'on ne trouve pas habituellement dans une location standard. La situation géographique est excellente pour une visite des quartiers historiques de Bruxelles, même si le quartier de la gare, en lui-même, est particulièrement ingrat et bruyant (de plus, enlaidi actuellement par des travaux titanesques qui vont durer longtemps). Ceci étant, une fois dans l'appartement, on est au calme ; on n'est pas agressé par les nuisances extérieures. Voila pour les qualités.

Outre un manque de luminosité naturelle, l'emplacement des éclairages du séjour ne sont pas pertinents ; ils n'éclairent pas la zone de repos où l'on se pose (de vastes canapés avec une grande table basse), et l'on cherche en vain où se mettre pour pouvoir lire. D'une manière générale, l'esthétique l'emporte sur le fonctionnel et cela ne plaira pas à tout le monde (exemple du lavabo et du miroir placé trop haut, déjà mentionné). De nombreux autres problèmes ont été signalés directement auprès de la propriétaire, à charge pour elle de les régler dans l'intérêt des prochains arrivants, et de son propre intérêt.

Ruhige Fewo

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt, vorher gab es Mailverkehr mit Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ruhig, trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof. Badeartikel sind vorhanden, die Betten sind gut.

Eine Idee wäre die Wohnungstür mit Wohnungsnummer zu beschriften .

Séjour en famille

L' appartement est grand, fonctionnel, facile à vivre, propre, avec de bons équipements. la situation est parfaite (on peut tout faire à pied), le stationnement privé. C'est un quartier populaire, un peu bruyant mais l' appartement est calme et sécurisé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement

Les enfants ont très mal dormi, nous nous sommes rendus compte le dernier jour que le lit tiroir était mal installé, ce qui explique le trou dans lequel il avait l'impression de tomber l' un sur l' autre ! Conseil bien vérifier l' installation du lit. Une fois bien remis, ils ont très bien dormi 😉 Le miroir de la salle de bain est trop haut.

Enorme loft a pasos de la estación de trenes.

El departamento muy espacioso y con sillones muy cómodos. Cocina completamente equipada y buena calefacción. Provisto de productos de baño y de cocina. Muy cercano de la estación de trenes Bruselas Midi, a 20 minutos de caminata de la Grande Place.

Sabíamos que la zona estaba en obras, lo que la hace un poco oscura y rara de noche, más en invierno que oscurece temprano. Igualmente no tuvimos ningún episodio de inseguridad. No es cómodo la instalación del baño en la otra punta del departamento, alejado de la ducha y el resto de las instalaciones. La zona tiene bastante tráfico, lo que a veces la hace ruidosa. El espejo de la pileta del area de ducha es solo deco, no te ves (lo habiamos leido en comentarios), pero dentro del armario de enfrente hay disponible uno grande!
