A cozy studio close to train station, good value for money

I picked this studio due to his proximity to Midi train station as we took day trips. The owner was nice and arranged us an early checkin. Easy checkin process. The place itself was clean, had everything you need. Good wifi. Supermarket across the street and places to eat nearby. The area may not seem the safest but all the train stations areas across Europe seem to be like that, so as long as you mind your own bussines you’ll be fine.

The steps in the building are narrow so ppl who have heavy luggages might find it challenging.

Good facilities but needs some TLC.

Convenient to Brussels Midi station. Room to move and has microwave, stove top and washing machine. Bed was comfortable.

In need of a little TLC. Front door is hard to open, entrance way in a state of semi-repair. This place will not suit if you can't manage bags up two flights of narrow stairs.

Nice and clean place, perfect for few days in the city. Close to the station

The neighborhood is not that safe or it felt not safe. Especially for young woman or person walking alone the crowd was really weird. During the night a lot of fights under the windows, we didn’t slept one night because of it

We enjoyed the flat, has everything necessary to spend good time. The flat was clean and tidied. It closed from the mean

nice studio apartment, area less so

Nice studio apartment which was clean and comfortable. Very close to Midi station so convenient.

The area isn't very nice (very run down, lots of graffiti) and didn't feel particularly safe. I probably would not recommend a solo female traveller stay here.

Exceptional good room, very comfortable also great coffee machine. Kind and helpful host.

The host is very helpful and friendly. The room is exceptional good and clean.

The surrounding environment is not safe. I was harassed by a random man around 5 pm and followed by a group of young teens the other day the street of this accommodation. Although only 5 minutes walk to the very crowded Brussel-Midi station where police is, it is not safe to travel alone there.

Great host, very easy to organize check in and a load of laundry. Short walk to the train station.

Didn't feel safe walking the neighborhood at night. No AC meant we needed to keep the windows open to cool down in the evenings, but this let in mosquitoes and far too much noise from the street below.

Close to station, spacy room with everything you need, kitchen, coffee machine, utensils, there is also laundry room! The lady Florea is very nice and friendly, she tried to help as much as possible though she can't speak English.

it was clean and cosy. everything was there that we needed and when I needed an plug adaptor it was even provided.

Superb

- Proximity to Brussels Midi/Zuid Station (7 mins walk) which is convenient to take international trains such as Thalys trains. - The apartment has all the necessary amenities including fridge, microwave oven, stove, cookware and some condiments for cooking. There is also a tower fan to combat the heat. - We could use the washing machine and dryer located in a separate room. - The place is clean and comfortable.

- Drainage in the bathroom is slow hence the bathroom will end up flooded after taking a bath. - If you're carrying heavy luggages, the wooden staircases could be daunting.

everything was great. We arrived early in the morning, but still we could leave our luggage in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels were there. The train station “bruxelles midi” is approximately 7 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend visiting Bruges and Ghent, or Blankenberge if you would like to see a sea. Overall the apartment was awesome, we enjoyed the time spent in there and we would recommend booking this accommodation.

The only thing that we didn’t really like was the location. It is nearby the station which is great, but when we walked around the area one day we were quite scared of some people living there. It’s probably because we were two girls. Beside that as I said, everything was way far beyond our expectations.

Pleasant

The host and Florea were both very nice and responsive! The location is also close to everything you need.

The studio was on the 2nd floor- no elevator, which was very difficult for us with a lot of luggage, but if you don't carry much it shouldn't be an issue. The only thing that really bothered us is that the 2nd night was very hot and there is no AC or even a fan in the room so we couldn't really sleep.

Muy bueno y amplio

Bien ubicado, está en un segundo piso por escalera. Tiene cocina, heladera, cafetera y te la dejan con dos cápsulas, muy buena agua caliente y el baño tiene un perchero radiador para secar los toallones. Tiene buen internet y un supermercado y tiendas de comestibles en la esquina. A cien metros de la estación de trenes.

Мне понравилось всё. Оборудованная квартира, есть все необходимое - кухонная техника для приготовления пищи, холодильник; также имеется утюг, фен; этажом ниже - стиральная машина, которой можно воспользоваться; нормальный интернет. Регулируемое отопление. Квартира в неплохом месте около Южного вокзала, пешком пять минут, поэтому без проблем добраться из аэропорта, поехать в другие города Бельгии. Гуляла в районе и в темное время суток - чувствовала достаточно безопасно. Я ходила пешком, до любой точки в центре Брюсселя можно было дойти максимум за полчаса, но неподалеку есть остановки общественного транспорта. Через дорогу, в том же квартале расположен хороший супермаркет, где можно купить и продукты, и полуфабрикаты. Владельцы квартиры сразу отвечали на сообщения. Отличная цена.

Меня это не особо беспокоило, но имейте в виду: Лестница до квартиры узкая, несколько дискомфортно подниматься/спускаться с громоздким чемоданом. В квартире небольшой наклон пола, важно убедиться, что вы закрыли холодильник - из-за наклона дверца может закрыться не полностью.

Esperienza gradevole

Ambiente pulito, facile accesso e proprietario molto disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prolunga della doccia, prontamente sostituito. Letto comodo e doccia spaziosa. L'unico "difetto" è la poca insonorizzazione con l'esterno, nonostante gli infissi siano nuovi. Ma è accettabile. Il pavimento risulta leggermente in pendenza il che potrebbe causare fastidi, ma passabile anche questo. Dovessi tornare a Bruxelles ci tornerei. Posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bruxelles midi, molto comoda. Angolo cottura attrezzato. Frigo leggermente rumoroso.

Für 6 Tage ist diese Unterkunft für Paare/ Singles vollkommend ausreichend! Die Dame Florea (eine Etage drüber) war immer für einen da bei Komplikationen/Fragen usw. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief über Booking.com reibungslos. Sehr gastfreundlich! Fußweg 25 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, kein Bus Ticket notwendig. Genügend Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Wer sich Attraktion wie das Atomium im Norden anschauen möchte, kann mit einer Linie zur Zielhaltestelle durchfahren. Techno Fans - der Club Fuse 15 Minuten zu Fuß!

Das einzige worauf man sich einstellen muss, ist die steile Treppe, mit Koffern doch sehr anstrengend gewesen. Zur Lage: gar nicht so schlimm, wie viele behaupten. Das ist aber auch eine Typ-Sache, Viele ausländische Bürger / Menschen die gerne Alkohol verzerren, man wurde jedoch nicht belästigt und sonstiges in die Richtung.
