Location was the only good part

PLEASE NOTE - Half of the photos on the listing are not the actual property. Very dated property, host was an hour late after agreed meeting time meaning we were stood outside waiting around. Shared entrance with other residents meaning stairway/hallway to property extremely dirty, food and odd clothes on the floor and up the stairs, clearly hadn't been cleaned in a few months. Pigeons seem to sit on the window sills and they kept us up all night pecking and tweeting away. Shower was ok. Cupboards seemed to have lots of cleaning products but never opened and dust over them all, explains a lot really.

The place was a complete disappointment. The photos were misleading, and the property didn’t match what was advertised. The rooms had a constant damp smell, and the bathroom had no exhaust, so odors lingered into the bedroom next to it. The dining chair was broken, there was no iron, and the Wi-Fi only worked in one corner of the living room. In the kitchen, there was old food left behind, and the drawers were filled with used cleaning supplies. Although the flat is close to the central area, the owner clearly has no intention of investing even a small part of what they collect from residents into improving the flat or making it reasonably livable. I personally feel sorry for the people living there after me

Not half good, not half bad

The apartment is in a quite strange building, but in a very good location. The condition of the apartment itself is a bit precarious, starting with the entrance with a wobbly and broken floor. The dishes were sticky and needed to be washed. And to finish there were bedbugs. I will not talk about the bathroom because it's sunday... (It was just a bit old and stinky). The overall stay was nice and we did enjoy all of the rest of the commodities. Super central from the city center and good value for money. A few bed bugs was the worst thing. The rest I can live with.

Unlimited disappointment

Location

The apartment smells like a canal, and it's loud as the front door is does not close perfectly and you can hear everything happening in the corridor. There's mold in different rooms. The pictures do not tell the whole truth. On the other, it could have been cleaner and the furniture is like they found them on the street.

We had to wait 30 minutes to check-in outside the apartment. When we finally check-in the host was incredibly rude and the apartment wasn’t clean at all. Used body sponges on the shower, open used thing all over the bathroom. Towels not clean not even folded just been thrown in the room. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. They didn’t make the sofa bed and just told us that we have to make it. No soap, used and finished sponge to wash dishes. Worst experience of my life and I’m someone that travel a lot

.The person that came to clean was nice and clean very well.

Unfortunately this accommodation is not like pictures. Very dark inside, you can shake hands with people who lives opposite as distance from window to window is so small. Bed is very uncomfortable as mattress is very thin. Sofa bed very hard. Neighbours are very loud at night. No TV and broadband works really only in the kitchen area. Also we only received 2 small towels for 3 people. We have moved out after the first night. Very expensive.

Great location, shame about the humidity!

The location is great, the apartment was clean and the gentleman who gave us the key was helpful and polite.

Unfortunately there is a huge problem with humidity mold in the bathroom. it’s a real health hazard. always keep the bathroom door closed and try to hold your breath when you use it. That kind of mood can be really dangerous.

The location was great

We had to wait almost an hour for the key and when we told the host that we arrived he was rude and gave us the incorrect phone number of the person who was supposed to bring us the key. The accommodation was OK for the price, however the bathroom was terrible, smelling of mold and not really clean.

The location was great and I think this was the only think about this apartment.

Well.... The apartment looked tidied up but not cleaned. The kitchen was disgusting, kettle was covered in cooking oil and was full of limescale, therefore we didn't even make coffee. The first night the heating and hot water didn't work so we couldn't take shower, however after looking in bathroom we were wondering if was cleaned at all. The hot water and heating was fixed next day but the apartment was cold anyway.

Firstly, nowhere in the building was it written that there was an apartment, all the neighbors were asked, no one had any information. Secondly, it was very dirty, especially in the bathroom. Thirdly, the worst thing in bed was lice, and because of these lice, how much money and time was lost. Very very bad impression left.

Not only was the apartment not as it seemed in the pictures, but it was entirely infested with bedbugs. We saw at least 15 bed bugs and two of us received bites, despite sleeping on the couch wrapped in towels out of fear. We also had to go to a launderette and wash down all of our clothes to kill the bedbugs. Just when we thought the situation couldn’t get worse, the police arrived at the building to deal with a situation with other residents, and when they saw us enter they made it their business to approach us and insist it was urgent for us to leave immediately from this extremely dangerous building as they were scared for our safety. Even after we explained we were only staying a few days, they adamantly advised against us staying for even that short period. We were forced to pay for new accommodation and leave after our first night.

Only the location was very good.

The room was very bad, the room was damp and it smells bad. The frige too has a bad smell so we didnt use it. It was a disgusting place, noisy, bad view, there was no sink in the bathroom. The towels were old. We dont know what to describe before. We were very surprise how did Booking.com have this kind of apartament in their webside that doesnt have a minimum of conditions. We dont recomand it for someone else. Too much money for what they offer.

Ok for a night sleep

The apartment is very close to the city center (500 m) and meanwhile to the midi station (1 km). It is very warm during winter. Has a microwave, plates, and kitchen utensils. We used it only for a night sleep, so for this reason it was good for us, but if you expect any comfort or lux it is not for you 😊.

It seems larger on photos, but it is very small and a little bit old. I advise the owner to take a box for self-check in. We were waiting for 40 minutes in 1 o’clock in the evening during the rain to receive the keys…The sheets are old, there are no mirrors on the sinks and actually my husband used his selfy camera on the phone to shave himself 😊.

There was no TV. The microwave and one of the two heaters didn't work. The owner told us there was a hairdryer in the apartment, so we didn't worry about it...but that was no true. Then we asked for one the first day because we were 3 long hair girls in mid-winter. The guy who showed us the apartment said that he tried to get one. We knew nothing else about him.

Struttura carina

La gentilezza e la cortesia di Sylvestre, colui che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, che è riuscito a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e a rimediare alle dimenticanze di altri che lavorano nella struttura. Eravamo in 4 e abbiamo trovato soltanto 2 tovaglie per la doccia e mancavano le federe dei cuscini del divano letto, ma Sylvestre nonostante l'orario è ritornato all'una di notte a portarci tutto.

Mancavano le tovaglie per le mani e i prodotti per il bagno. Il bagno era piccolo e la camera con il letto matrimoniale troppo stretta, non si riusciva a camminare lateralmente.

Tellement de chose à dire. Je vais commençais par une mention spéciale pour le photographe vraiment doué. Faire de ce logement médiocre un bijoux photographique ce n'est pas donné à tout le monde. Pour le reste tout était médiocre. Literie atroce ressort que l'on peut sentirez dans son dos. Pas de pression a l'eau chaude dans la douche. Sol gondolé par l'humidité. Rien n'était confortable. Seule l'emplacement a quelques minutes du centre ville et le quartier populaire multiculturel était très agréable

Uciążliwy sąsiad - cały czas hałasował w nocy, nie można było spać. Dosyć brudno. Fatalny widok z okna. Okropne brudna klatka schodowa - obrzydliwa poręcz przy schodach. Okresowa brak ciepłej wody. Maleńka i brudna łazienka. Nie można wyłączyć kaloryfera. Osobiście nie polecam tego miejsca.
