Too noisy to sleep

location is in santa cruz

Extremely noisy at night due to party buses, motorcycles and construction all very close by. Couldn't sleep at all. Left vs stay a 2nd night which was prepaid and not refundable. I had asked about the noise level and was assured I had a quiet room, which was certainly not the case

Canadian resort very,very disappointed.

Nothing to like from this place. I don't know why Booking have a 4 starts for this hotel.

Bathroom so dirty and mold in the shower and walls. We have to ask the manager to show us on others rooms. All the rooms have same problem. We stay because no choice, no money return and no cancelation policies. We are very upset by this place.

overall ok but would probably try out another location close to this spot

the location was great … walking distance to the beach and marina. real easy to get a taxi if you’re looking to go else where. also walking distance to banks restaurants and a few night spots. the actual hotel needs some work. thankfully the staff was nice at least the people that helped us out. unfortunately a friend of mine did struggle with her allergies at the hotel.. we’re not sure if it was due to the construction but we notice that the minute she walked in the room she’d start coughing. i did like the fact that you can relax at the pool and there are no restrictions. we went to another location and couldn’t have a cooler/ music at the pool. this location was comfortable we were able to bring food/drinks and play music.

the beds weren’t that comfortable. a lot of construction around the area.

Comodidda y tranquilidad

La habitación contaba con refrigerador que fue un plus y le dio bastante comodidad a nuestra estancia. El personal fue muy amable y accesible a nuestras preguntas y dudas. Ya sea por la temporada o no, el lugar era muy tranquilo y el hecho de estar localizado a unos metros de la playa fue excelente.

Se entiende que por comodidad para los demás huéspedes el horario de la alberca se pueda dejar de usar temprano, pero me hubiera gustado un horario un poco más amplio al respecto.

Buena ubicación, hotel viejo descuidado

La ubicación, la alberca, el personal y el desayuno muy buenos.

Es un hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento, falta pintura los muebles antiguos, el baño tenía tina de baño horrible y sucia y pues con una persona adulta fue difícil que se pudiera bañar, las camas incómodas las almohadas fatales, el último día se bloqueo el aire acondicionado y no pudieron resolver porque no había mantenimiento, los baños comunes olían horrible
