Clean condos

The place is just as shown in the pictures, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We also had water refilled everyday and coffee. WiFi also works decently

The mattress has a sponge as cover making it too soft, the water pressure is very low but sufficient for the shower, and the AC sometimes had a sulfur smell

Great place to stay in La Crucecita

Location was great, can walk everywhere, or walk to Chedraui to easily get a taxi. Pool was lovely, quiet in AM, rooms and beds were great.

The sofa's in the two bedroom apartment were not really comfy for relaxing. Even if they added two comfy chairs that would be an improvement.

Plastic mattress pad was uncomfortable and made us sweat at night. Should be a cotton pad. Fridge was very small. Better chairs needed in the room. Shower streem did not work well.

Fabulous haven to enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer.

Beautiful pool and spotless spacious suite! We really enjoyed the central location while still being a very quiet spot. Just a short walk to either the bustling downtown or the beach and right next to the huge grocery store. Very friendly manager and helpful staff. Nicely decorated and comfortable suite with a very nice kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Great location behind the main supermarket with taxis never far away. The loft was spacious, well-equipped with some fantastic air-con. Wonderful service and fantastic pool. Would 100% return.

I liked the location, is close to restaurants and to a big store, 5 .minutes walking, and the condominios are spacious and clean.

The only thing that I did not see was an iron, but everything was fine.

Very satisfied with facility and location (other than pool - see above).

I had a small microwave, a coffee maker and a small fridge. I had to ask for a plate and a knife and fork. They were quickly provided. The air con was terrific as it was very hot. The beds (2) were comfortable with nice white covers.

THE POOL...it is a nice size and one reason I chose this location as I like to swim. However, a pool like this, used by small children, needs to be kept scrupulously clean. Also with full sun most of the day, the pool is a breeding ground for bacteria. When I pointed out scum on top of the water, a maintenance man used a skimmer to clear it away but that doesn't work. I would ask that management hire a professional pool maintenance company. I went into the pool only once. Other than that, everything was terrific and I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel! We loved everything about it, it’s always clean, they always have someone available at the front desk 24/7, extremely safe and organized, all staff are super kind, and the rooms are spacious and are even equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge in case you want to store some restaurant leftovers! Not to mention the location could not be more perfect, the centro and Chahue beach are both walking distance and it’s right behind Chedraui in case you want some groceries or need a quick cheap snack.

The internet could be a little better, it was almost non existent at some times.

very open community by the pool. pool was spotless. grounds were immaculate. we had the hotel studio room. So nice to have a small fridge & microwave.

the beds are too hard & I awoke with a sore back every day. The pillows are too large & hurt my neck. I had to use 2 towels in a pillowcase instead.

JAROJE was a wonderful place to stay in La Crucecita.

this property was very well run and the cheerful staff made it so enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to keep it clean and answered our questions, the pool was fantastic after a day of exploring this beautiful area of Mexico. the proximity to beaches, downtown la Cruceceita and the supermarket across the street and abundance of great restaurants within walking distance made our stay terrific. we would definitely recommend JAROJE for a short or long stay.

The complex was centrally located and the units were set up nicely for longer stays in Huatulco.

The complex was located within walking distance between Santa Cruz and La Crucecita and right across the street from the big shopping store, yet it was quite quiet. It seemed that most of the people staying there had been staying there for years and had established nice friendships. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. We were interested in staying there again if we could get a two bedroom (one bedrooms appeared too small).

Good, affordable lodging with a pool

The pool and AC were very nice to cool off on a hot day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ines. The different towel animals each day were very fun.

One of our beds had a very soft mattress that collapsed on the sides so it was difficult to share with another person. The mattress pad was also plastic and made a loud crinkle noise. Our other bed was OK though.

Construction in the area is a bit noisy. The out side lighting at night is very bright even with shades closed The interior lights are remote controlled and other rooms ( guests) can turn lights on or off. And vide versa

we loved our stay at Jaroje for 2 weeks. if we were going to stay longer we would want a larger room.

The staff was very knowledgeable, texted back when I had questions, recommended several delicious restaurants where locals go. The rooms and pool looked clean, we had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and drinking water in the room. 12-15 min walk to beach and to downtown parque Crucecita. we caught a parade and even a children’s carnival with rides.

There aren’t many good restaurants nearby, most are downtown.

Very clean, comfortable beds, the amenities (fridge, coffee maker with coffee and water), very spacious, good lighting, plenty of space for our luggage.
