was more good the bad but that is not what we pay for, right?

I liked most things about the property. clean, modern, quiet , the pool and location and the staff.

what i dud not like was i booked a terrace room and was given a balcony. rooms should match the pictures when booking. I did not like there were no blankets to use, only sheets. And the wifi is terrible. I had to use my bf hot spot to work online while I was there which meant he had to leave his phone with me if left the room.

Good location. Clean rooms

I really liked that they accepted dogs.The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The air con in the bedroom worked well. The location was close to la playa. The pool area seems odd, but it was relaxing. The shower was nice.

The WiFi was truly awful. I only ever got it to work occasionally and never for long.

The pool was very dirty and not private, despite what the listing implied. The suite itself was extremely dirty - there was actual feces on the wall beside the toilet, urine stains on the toilet seat, and stains on the walls and closet doors throughout the rest of the unit. There were two very small pillows with holes in them on the bed, and the lights throughout the apartment are essentially fluorescent hospital lights. I’ve never given a review this low in my life. But for $140 Canadian, this was an absolute ripoff and incredibly disappointing stay.

Not recommended.

The location was good. There were lots of restaurants in walking distance. A beach was 5 minutes walk away. The bed was comfortable.

I would not recommend this accommodation. There was little communication. Even though I sent a message, no one responded and no one was there to meet me and hand over keys. The place was dirty and disappointing. The furniture was rustic and not in a nice way.

Disappointing

The manager accommodated our requests for extra towels, toilet paper and keeping the noise down from the partiers next door.

Too small and wasn't really as it presented in the photos. The hotel was under construction 7 days a week.

Pleasant

The bed and bedding were new and comfortable. The stove, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, air conditioner and fan all worked. The host was available and helpful when we could not open the safe.

The floors were not properly cleaned and a swarm of ants were coming out of the bathroom sink which also was not properly cleaned. The women that we saw that were cleaners did a good job so I'm wondering if someone hastily tidied the room to accommodate us. There was little attention given to the overall cleanliness of the property. It is overpriced by about $20. dollars a night for the area.

The location was good , but for the amount of money we paid, this place was not worth it.

Good location to grocery store and beach. When we arrived there were no towels or blankets but the owners responded quickly and brought them to our room.

The room smelled of cigarettes , and the noise from the pool and hallway made it hard to sleep. The kitchen was poorly stocked with few pots and pans. The porch was empty without any patio furniture as shown in the picture. The hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms.

nice little swimming pool. good location. big room comfortable and good location. a taxi to the beach is only 30 pesos. there's the mideaval bar close by. some decent restaurant close by. a big Chedraui is near for supplies. there is a kitchen and fridge in the suite so you can have cold beer always. there is a balcony where you can smoke

there is some construction going on while i was there so a little noise at times but not bad. it is difficult to find staff. if you get the owner's WhatsApp this will eliminate this problem.

Other than the aforementioned issues, our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Air conditioning was great. Balcony was very nice--we enjoyed watching birds and wildlife. Location was wonderful and the condo/apartment was very spacious. We liked having a kitchen and refrigerator.

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was a major construction project happening right above us (lound pounding and noises all day and even into the evening). The WiFi was intermittent. Once, for work, I had to use my own hotspot. The kitchen was nice but not stocked with the basics (like salt, pepper and oil).

Only suggestion. Please leave cloths in kitchen so the visitors can wipe over. One loo roll for two days for two people is not enough and neither is not having hand towels in bathroom and then only one towel each. Bath mat would be good too as shower room small and gets very wet.

Great, family-friendly apartment in a safe, convenient location near the beach!

The apartment was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had a nice patio. Jorge the owner was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating, I really liked him. My family would definitely stay again. Very near to the beach/beach clubs (within walking distance)! Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, places of convenience nearby.

We had a little issue with water in the apartment when it rained, but it was a minor inconvenience that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Muy bien ubicado y muy buena atencion 🤝

Muy buena ubicación y los cuartos son comodos, ademas que la atencion por parte de los anfitriones fue siempre muy atenta. Queda muy cerca un chedraui por lo que puedes comprar tu comida para preparar ya que no hay muchos lugares de comida cerca. Recomiendo rentar una motoneta porque el sol todo el dia esta muy fuerte como para ir caminando de playa en playa.

El dia que fuimos tuvimos la mala suerte de que no estaba en servicio la alberca, y elegimos esa estancia porque buscábamos una que tuviera alberca, y si hace falta porque hace mucho calor en Huatulco. Al final nos compensaron con una cortesía de unas bebidas en un restaurante. Pero al final por el precio que terminamos pagando pudimos haber buscado otro que si tuviera alberca. Me hubiera gustado que nos avisaran antes de hacer la reservación.

Excelente para viaje en familia o grupos

La ubicación es excelente, en la misma calle tienes buffet y a una cuadra el Chredraui para comprar lo que necesites. Las playas más turisticas están a unos cuantos minutos. El apartamento era amplio y contaba con varios sofa-camas que hicieron la estancia más confortable.

Durante nuestra estancia no estaba en funcionameinto la alberca. Parte de las razones por lo que nos decidimos en este alojamiento fue la piscina, por lo que nos decepcionó este punto. Recomendamos que en el área de servicio coloquen tendederos para colocar ropa mojada, ya que no hay. No hay lavadora para tomarse en cuenta y los trastes con los que se cuentan son limitados.

Palmas de Chahue

Lo que me gustó más fueron las instalaciones, privacidad y comodidad, pues cumple con lo publicado. Es un espacio ideal para familia/grupo numerosos y que les guste interactuar en las áreas comunes. La limpieza es buena, así como el aire acondicionado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirte cómodo. Además la ubicación es excelente ya que está a 10 minutos caminando de la playa de Huatulco. Está muy cerca de una tienda comercial y otros servicios. La interacción con los dueños es por medio de WhatsApp lo cual podría causar desconfianza, pero en este caso no es así , pues cumplen con lo ofrecido por tal motivo no es tan necesaria la interacción de persona a persona. Altamente recomendable, y definitivamente volveríamos a contratar este servicio de hospedaje.

Mala relación calidad y costo

La ubicación es muy buena.

Las instalaciones están descuidadas y viejas, presenta humedad en el marco de la puerta, los muebles de la cocina, la regadera muy mala o te quemas o sale helada, no hay ningún soporte para colocar las toallas ni el papel sanitario.

la alberca, pero casi no puede estar ahi porque habia un señor grocero borracho, eso fue inseguro.

Falto tener mas servicios como mas toallas, trapeador, ya que es un depa para hasta 5 personas y solo habian 2 toallas y cuando se bañaba uno habia agua y no se podia limpiar. No habia jabon para lavar las manos.
