Staff were friendly and accommodating! Rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms could have had coffee machines and small refrigerators, although the staff did lend us a coffee-maker when we ask about it.

Not worth the aggravation

It’s right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.

I knew there was no parking but I expected a drop off area for luggage and check in. Instead we had to drag our bags about 300 meters across a plaza while leaving the car in a non designated area and worry about getting towed. Then, after check in, we had to circle around to look for parking. I would not recommend this property to anyone with a car. The shower head was broken. There is no way the cleaner would not know this since water sprayed everywhere and flooded the bathroom. I would describe the staff I interacted with as disengaged. There was no kettle, coffee maker or even plastic drinking cups. Very bare bones. Think twice about a long stay at a beach where folks were partying all night beneath your window. You can’t hear the waves with the AC on full to drown out the beach booozers. I am glad we were there for only one night.

Es un lugar pequeño, pero tiene todo lo que se necesita. La habitación es de gran tamaño, el baño también y el plus es el piso que es de secado rápido, si vienes de la playa, no va a estar mojado todo el tiempo.

Las paredes son de material falso o tablaroca , entonces podia escuchar la platica del cuarto contiguo pero tambien los gemidos de la chica de a lado a la hora del sexo………🥶. Ademas, no tiene estacionamiento ni personal para manejo de equipaje

La ubicación es excelente, además de que el personal siempre fue muy atento y la limpieza impecable.

Podría mejorar la regadera porque estaba un poco tapada y era un poco incómodo usarla, pero funcional a fin de cuentas y con agua caliente en todo momento.

Mi estancia fue muy agradable y pude disfrutar del lugar al ser una zona segura.

Me gusto por su buena ubicación, el personal es muy atento. La habitación es cómoda y cuenta con excelente vista. Me excedí del tiempo para entregar la habitación, pero fueron muy pacientes. Y sin cargos extras.

Que no incluye desayuno y que el baño no tiene buena corriente de aire. Hace mucha calor y las ventanas no son suficientes.

La ubicación del hotel y la cercanía con la playa.

Que había reservado y pagado una habitación DOBLE (con dos camas mateimoniales), y según la host "booking me la asignó mal" y me habían dado una con una cama queen size. Tuve que pagar una diferencia de 1566 pesos, para que me dieran la habitación que originalmente había reservado. Las personas del alojamiento culpan a booking y en la app no te deja hablar con alguna persona de la plataforma sino que te despliega el teléfono del hotel para solucionar el problema. También le hacen falta cosas a las habitaciones: jabonera en la regadera o un nicho, donde colgar la toalla de manos en el lavamanos, más ganchos en los closets y un toallero más grande en el baño porque te dejan 4 toallas y no hay donde colgarlas a secar.

es un hotel nuevo, y se nota en sus instalaciones, lo encontramos muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones en general, la ubicacion es excelente ya que esta a pie de playa.

la habitacion es de excelente tamaño, solo que hace falta alguna banca, sillas o sillones para poder descansar o sentarte en algun momento, tambien nos parecio que en el area de playa podrian tener algunas mesas o mobiliario para aprovechar la estancia en la playa y ofrecer alimentos y bebidas

Perfecto para parejas y familia.

Excelentes instalaciones, la ubicacion esta perfecta para disfrutar tranquilamente y durante el dia puedes caminar a restaurantes y la vista es muy bonita. La cama es comoda, solo no salio agua caliente, pero de ahi en fuera todo bien.

Muy buena estadía en Santa Cruz. Hotel nuevo, pequeño y cuidado.

La ubicación al lado del mar y cerca de algunos restaurantes, la tranquilidad de la zona de Santa Cruz.

En lo personal no me afectó pero hay gente que se juntan en la playa al anochecer y pueden ser un poco ruidosos con los parlantes, pero siempre terminaron cerca de las 22. Otra mejora se podría incluir un frigobar en las habitaciones y el tema de la ducha quizás poder regular mejor la temperatura y la flor.

La verdad ,gracias por el buen trato desde las señoritas que atiende la recepción,hasta la persona que hacía el aseo , instalaciones excelentes en general ,vista al mar excepcional, muy cómoda la habitación, la cama excelente, en particular me gusta ir a Huatulco y ahora que nos hospedamos en Unnu ,volveré a reservar ahí ,gracias 😃👌👍
