Wouldn’t hesitate to return! Great stay!

The tiki/tropical vibe was lovely. Pool was great, breakfast was decent. Staffed were friendly. Ability to rent scooters or book a tour at front desk was convenient. It’s right behind the grocery store, which for us having a kitchen suite was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach.

The fan was very loud, as was the outflow of others AC units coming from the bathroom window. Bed was a bit too firm, but that just personal preference. The menu in the restaurant was uninspired and the food was just okay.

A comfortable stay in a well appointed and friendly hotel.

The buffet breakfast was quite good, and we looked forward to it each morning (kind of 'second breakfast' for us) during our stay. Also very much appreciated the gym on the third floor - Cheers!

To be honest just the location

too many things, the hotel is very old and, the first thing that I didn’t like is the hotel said that has parking but it has 3 places outside the building for all the host, I could hear everything from other rooms, from conversations to when they open the water all the pipes moving for the lack of maintenance, it was missing more towels and a ventilator

convenient walk to beach and store. swimming pool was nice. restaurant and bar looked good but did not use. strong wifi. a couple of English channels.

terrace had food on floor, patio had hand streaks all over, hairs on floor. A/C direction could not be directed and it was blowing right onto bed. pretty uncomfortable. barking dogs in a guest room. beds are Mexican hard, pillows lumpy. maintenance man was bothering me for three days, more like stalking me. creeped me out and made me feel unsafe even with my husband with me. when we were waiting for a taxi after checking out he was just staring at me so I moved out of his sight line. then he moved do he could continue staring at me. I moved three times and every time he would follow me just standing there eyes fixed in me. this should never happen.

Good value stay close to Huatulco beaches

Huge room with A/C, at least a king bed, couches, tv. Very nice staff. Facility seemed slightly older but was well cared for and clean, with good wifi and hot water. Nice pool with towels available. Location was really good, 10-15 walk to many beaches, right next to Chedraui market, and also close to the center of town and the ADO bus station.

Nothing much - a very minor inconvenience was that the key card reader wasn't working on our door so we had to manually use a key and also drop off/pick up the key from the front desk everytime we went in or out.

Very pleasant time and best wifi in Huatulco

We had a great experience here. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially reception. Swimming pool area very nice!!! Restaurant too. Wifi the best in the entire town! And we stayed in several hotels. Really appreciated this.

Our room was next to a utilities room and we couldn’t open the window cause you will see that room and anyone inside of it and viceversa. It was quiet most times and light went through but still.

Great Hotel, It is in front of a Chedraui store, so if you want to get any food or drinks you can buy some at a cheaper price. Close to the zocalo and the beaches.

The only bad about this hotel is the restaurant, food is great but it takes a long time to get it. we waisted a lot of time waiting for our food. but again the food is great just time isn't.

Reception staff were super helpful. Originally we were given a room without a window but when I asked to move to a room with a window the woman at reception could not be more accomodating and we ended up in a room with a big window and balcony that was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Hotel is in easy central location with safe parking.

The staff were very accommodating, And pleasant.

The towels were threadbare. Sheets were grey. TV didn’t work. Pool was very small and the loungers were crammed in to the only space available. You almost had to crawl over people to get to a seat. We went out and paid to go to a pool with room. We only had one meal so I can only speak to that unpleasant experience. Fish tacos were raw inside, loaded with grease and smelled awful. We did not eat the food and did not try again.

Calle muy transitada, los fines de semana se escucha musica de todas parte, el.area de la piscina esta muy pequeña y pocos camastros por lo mismo.
