Great location. Only 10min walk to one beach, 6min drive to another beach and 5min drive to downtown. The hotel was an art gallery beautifully decorated. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind. They welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. They were very helpful with finding us taxi, etc. They offered us homemade breakfast.

Que el baño no tenía luz y que el clima no enfriaba lo suficiente era como si quisiera trabajar pero tenía como algo traqueando que le impedía enfriar

Bella struttura con ottimo caffè Pluma Hidalgo

Lo stile unico della casa, con piante, oggetti d'arte. Camera molto spartana ma comoda: ottimo letto, aria condizionata e Wi-Fi ben funzionanti. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e appassionato di caffè: si può gustare un ottimo caffè in struttura direttamente da Finca Independencia a Pluma Hidalgo, preparato in tanti modi (espresso, V60, aeropress, ...). È disponibile anche ad organizzare visite guidate alla Finca. Anche il cibo è ottimo, tutto preparato in casa.

La ubicación, la aceptación de mascotas y el desayuno incluido

Pésimo del servicio que permitieran una fiesta con muchos borrachos a las 5:00 am literal me tuve que salir a exigirles que bajaran el volumen porque no nos dejaban dormir, los dueños del lugar creo que también estaban ahí, me parece poco profesional y una mala experiencia

Excelente lugar. Sobre todo Pachis que nos atendió en la noche. Se merece un 100 por tanta amenidad.

Todo, si pudiera dar más de 100 sería lo maximo, el personal 100% amable, el lugar bonito, súper ideal para descansar y relajarse, excelente ubicación para ir a las bahías y el centro. Recomiendo al maximo sobre todo su café de la casa.

La verdad nada que decir de esto, al contrario los comentarios que leí negativos del lugar, estando ahí me di cuenta que era todo lo contrario y si pudiera volver a quedarme, lo haría.

En el servicio no fue buena mi experiencia 👎🏻

La ubicación

No tuve buena experiencia en el servicio de limpieza de mi habitación. Cuando recién llegué a mi habitación, no me dieron jabón ni shampoo , ni papel de baño , al momento de pedirlo en recepción me dijeron que daban únicamente papel higiénico , que para eso , fueron rápido a comprarlo en una tiendita cerca. Además que no le dan mantenimiento a la habitación, los accesorios del baño se caen solos , están sobre puestos. Me quedé dos noches , y en el segundo día que me hospedé según hicieron aseo , pero en mi baño la tasa estaba con orines que NO eran de nosotros ! , muy seguro fueron del personal lo cual metí queja en recepción porque da desconfianza que utilicen NUESTRO SANITARIO CUANDO NO ESTAMOS ! Y cuando llegó el último día de mi estadía , salí a las 7 de la mañana y no había ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE quien recibiera la llave , lo cual lo tuve que dejar en una barra , y eso también te pone a pensar que no hay nadie quien cuide el hotel y los coches en la noche. YO NO VOLVERÍA A ESTE HOTEL!
