Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location was close to shopping and beaches, but in a quiet location. Room and bedding was clean, and the pool was a welcome amenity. Food in the restaurant was very good.
We had a junior suite, with a mini fridge and coffee maker but the room was equipped with only 2 coffee cups. We would have appreciated having several glasses and perhaps some cutlery but this was a minor issue.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was cute. The balconies were great to have with the sound of the fountain.
Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the food choices at the restaurant. And they weren't even open until 8am to get coffee. Staff was there. They should make coffee available earlier.

staff was friendly
could not get towels for swimming pool and if I used the room's towels, the staff could not get me new fresh ones

We were a family of 4 with 2 seniors, stayed for 3 nights in early December. This place is a lot like what is pictured, nice sized rooms with high ceilings. The staff are pleasant (and seem to only speak one language, and my spanish is choppy!) Cute balconies on the second floor....no elevators (only stairs and a ramp for rolling luggage beside them) so keep that in mind for seniors and those with mobility issues ask for ground floor. It's a short walk to the pretty beach however it is often too rough to swim, so the pool is a nice option, its not deep and half of it is shallow for little kids. This hotel seems set up best for families with children. There are amazing swimmable beaches accessible by car or taxi. The water pressure in the showers were very good, beds were comfortable and very clean. Parking on site was handy. The price was good. There is an amazing neopolitan pizza place 3 mins from the hotel and an incredible fish taco stand also nearby.
The furniture in the rooms is a set of tripping hazards. I stubbed my toes a million times, there is NO FRIDGE unfortunately. No glassware either. Its set up to sleep or sit and thats it. We had to go buy plastic cups for any beverages we had in our rooms, and ice and a cooler from the OXXO. The rooms had dim lighting sconces (cold white LED bulbs) which made it feel a bit like office lighting at night. The A/C units were unreliable in one of the 2 rooms our family stayed in. The A/C placement wasnt great...basically blows cold air on you on the bed so we were all constantly turning them off and on because of the rollercoaster of humidity, heat and freezing merry go round...i slept with the remote in my hand to turn it off and on. The restaurant food was pretty bland and tasteless especially the mexican dishes...do not order anything with the shrimp like the shrimp cocktail..its farmed, frozen, defrosted into a ketchup soup. This one was one of the worst restaurants for food...however the staff we really nice and they made good Americano coffee. I would eat somewhere else until they hire someone who can cook the good stuff . The Christmas Decoration bomb hit this place with abandon...a little too much flashing strobe lights in every direction covering every pillar, pole, balconey, floor, door knob in sight. I found myself wishing I came during Dia De Los Muertos instead.... would it have been easier on the eyes đź‘€ !?

Great location! Quite but close to shopping and Main Street. Always taxis ready to take you anywhere! Pool and service! Breakfast was good!

Property was clean and lots of parking.
Service just wasn’t there. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and would just continue to talk amongst themselves rather than assisting or properly answering to questions.

Location is good, five minute walk from beach - it would be even nicer to be right on the beach - but that’s where more expensive hotels are. Some beautiful vegetation right next the hotel.
Fridge in room was locked. Need to pay extra to use it. Pool is often very busy. Breakfast didn’t start until 8am, and I’m very early, so went elsewhere.

It’s a very sweet and authentic property. It felt cosy yet spacious, and safe. Very nicely tended and clean. The restaurant, pool, and other amenities are much appreciated. Close to the beach, and walkable to town. Above all, the smiles and care of the staff were so welcoming.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. Hot shower with great pressure. Very nice onsite restaurant, competitive pricing, great service and tasty dishes. Good AC in the room. Tour services onsite, good options and pickup was generally on time. Close to the public beach, Chedraui and walking distance to downtown and the peer. Beautiful pool at the hotel.
The view from the balcony (room 402) was overlooking the parking lot. May be a bit overpriced, but that is just my opinion.

Close to supermarket and a variety of good restaurants.
Not a lot of international travelers staying at the hotel during our stay(Jan 2-11). Found it difficult to visit with nationals that were also on vacation, as we do not speak fluent Spanish. Also, the beds were a bit firm for our liking.

Gorgeous property with a great location being near a supermarket with ATMs. The management was nice and welcoming and everything was clean. The hotel felt upbeat with music playing during the day and evening at the pool area. The group of friends we came with all talked about how they enjoyed their stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
The beds could be improved. They were quite hard. Didn’t like how we had to wear wristbands our entire stay.

Well located, and had very affordable food and drinks. The staff were very helpful with contacting people to set up excursions, or to modify existing ones.
Not a big deal but the cocktail selection was only sweet

Nice rooms, pool was nice... good pool drinks. Good location near beach. Quiet location away from traffic. New facility.
Advertised room had refrigerator but ours had none. Hotel gets busy later in the day when tour bus arrives. Gets a little noisy then, but no big deal.

Did not have breakfast on location. Had one dinner and did not enjoy. Perhaps they could have more selection.

We came to Huatulco to scuba dive, the location was perfect for the dive Center. Easy enough to walk into Crucecita for dinner. we did not eat at the restaurant. we prefer street vendors. beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. After a week in Mexico with no hot water, this was a treat. Staff was incredibly friendly.
Pool noise was loud with children. Eventually we tuned them out. bring an eye mask as the blinds are not black out, if you require this.

Good location and amazing value for the price. Staff is very friendly. They appear to be doing major renovations to the property and our bathroom had all new tile, new sinks, and room had new windows, door etc. Pool and lobby area were pristine and breakfast was reasonably priced. Very impressed with the value for the money.
Know ahead of time that you should bring your own pool towel and toiletries. These would bring it from a 9.5 to a 10!

Good location for where we needed to be but that’s only reason we would stay there. Nice enough but not to our standards
Bathroom was not great, towels were dingy, bedsheets like sandpaper
