Nice room, nice pool area, nice people.

Beautiful hotel with an authentic feel. The pools are lovely and the staff are all very kind and friendly. The vibe is peaceful. And it’s nice that there’s also a beach club if you want a change of pace. The A/C in my room was awesome - really loud but it helped block out the child screaming at 6am…

Only that the WiFi was weak and unreliable in my room, and the price for a beer at the beach club was crazy. But these things didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay.

Great place!

Old Mexico charming resort with a gorgeous beach club where you get the best service (Ihave to mention Joseph who took care of us,thank you). Located right next to the beach,having all the comfort- you can book a great massage at the beach after the long flight. .2 pools,clean and well maintained and a restaurant on side also serving at the pool or rooms. Towel service at the pool,great to have a gym on side!

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room as we arrived being 2h behind ( that means that we wake up at 6am) and nothing is open

I felt like a vacationing princess, I will definitely be back.

Clean, fresh, great music at the pool area. It looks just as great as the photos. The staff is top notch. I love how it’s walking distance from the square with restaurants and shops. I felt very safe walking around at night solo.

I wasn’t super impressed with the breakfast. I thought it was included, double check that before you book if it’s something you definitely want. I was happy they had decaf coffee.

Quick business trip, great for an overnight or family vacation.

I stayed here with a very limited Spanish vocabulary and met a staff that had a very basic English. However, the attitude and friendly apporach by the staff made this language barrier almost non-existent.

Never presume as the add didn’t lie, just didn’t provide all info like no elevator.

Appearance. Choice of 3 pools. Location.

No Elevator. Steps up from the street to the lobby. More steps to the pool level then 2 more flights of stairs to level 1 where we stayed. We had paid for both ocean and pool view but the are only available on level 5&6, way to many stairs as some of us are stairs-challenged. Belcony door lock broken. They did repair it. Bathroom sink fosaste not secure. They did repair it.

The room 118 with the balcony and the view on the harbour is fabulous! Really clean and beds are confortables. Free bottles of water every day is nice.

The music is too loud around the swimming pool all day long, not really relaxing.

My wife cut her toe in the pool because it was a sharp edge. We reported and asked for first aid kit. They just gave us cottons and antiseptic. They didn’t have a protocol for this kind of emergencies. Md acted like they didn’t care.

Right on the Marina

The property is located right on the marina. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants, pharmacy and souvenir shopping. Yet it’s quiet enough in the evenings. The staff at the resort is outstanding. Great customer service. In case you need clothes washed they contract with a company that picks it up and returns it washed and folded for really cheap. Also, the hotel can exchange dollars to pesos at a reasonable rate.

The beach club is nice because it has an additional pool. shirts and restrooms but the drinks are way over priced. Paid $25 for two drinks and a water bottle. The beach is okay, very small and dirty, doesn’t seen to be maintained.

The location is decent within Santa Cruz. The beach club was okay.

The room was very small and stunk of sewer which is typical in Mexico. Difficult to get safe ventilation. Our patio could be accessed by others easily if desired so we did not want to leave the door open when not there or sleeping.

A beautiful location with a great beach club.

We really appreciated the superb location with a balcony right over the harbor. We also appreciated the staff for changing our room for a better fir for us.

It is a challenge for such a big hotel to not have elevators for all of the luggage etc. We also found that the blaring music all day and all evening at the pool side felt invasive after a few days.

I like the location closed to the marina and restaurants.

it was deceiving to put a picture of a beach as part of the hotel. The beach club was a block away from the hotel. the beach in front of the club had a very small space to swim since there were lots of fishing boats in front of it. You were not allow to bring any food or drinks to the club. the music at the club was very low and repetitive. The breakfast included in the daily price was always the same. if you want it orange juice, you couldn't get a bowl of fruit. The servers were not trained to understand any specification besides the daily menu. Coffee, you almost needed to beg for a second cup.

Beds were like sleeping on plywood, It was loud with music and people partying to all hours. Toilet set was broke when i got there and they never fixed it. I book and ocean view room but they have no ocean view rooms!!!. They charged me $700 peso promotional fee that was NOT on my booking .com bill when i booked.. They double charged me at the cabana bar. I paid cash and they still charged my room. Only one person at reception spoke english which was tough. I could go on but i won't.

Room and bathroom were spacious and i had a balcony overlooking the pool which was nice. Special shout out to Ari at the front desk who GOT THINGS DONE with a beautiful smile!! Unlike the men - sorry guys but you need to step up your service. the beach club access is also a fantastic bonus with this property. I used it every day. the service is excellent, the food is good and the views and pool are lovely. It is a quiet respite away from the hotel's loud annoying pools.

the towels were old and stained - should be replaced. could use a small but comfortable chair on the little balcony. Also, a room at this price point should have a fridge and a coffee set up. NOT interested in renting a fridge for 350 pesos! My biggest complaint was the constant loud music at the pool that played from 10 am to 9 or 10 pm. Loud American rock and roll!!! give me a break. You couldn't even sit on the balcony and enjoy a morning coffee without being bombarded. Maybe play from noon to 8 when families are at the pool and want to have fun with some music but a little serenity to enjoy the stunning views would be appreciated.
